✗ Slight problem with appI can tap on a box with the instruction to leave the same number of bottles as what I return, but that information doesn’t go back to the company’s computer. The “number of bottles to leave” count is what they see and what they deliver. Why even have that check box if it’s not reported to the delivery person?.RPMVersion: 7.4.1

✗ Delivery did not match the appI have been here for each delivery so I have confirmed the correct amount needed. I was not here for the last order. I changed my order on the app but the driver left 4 because “that was how many machines we had” and did not do what the app/order said. I had a good deal of extra water. When I called, she said she would reach out to the driver but he never came back. So I gave the app 3 stars because it is easy to use but the driver would need to heed to the app’s instructions..GreenEyedLindsayVersion: 7.1.6
