✗ Hear.comWhen I was being tested and financed, this company couldn’t be more helpful. They told me I was all set up with my insurance and they would pay $2500 and I could finance the remainder and if paid off in a year, there would be no interest due. (The financing was through Syncrony , a company I’ve had bad luck with before. Because of their high interest, I made double and triple payments. When it was paid off early, they lowered my credit limit!) I got no paperwork until I requested it. I submitted it to insurance. They said Hear.com was not one of their preferred providers and the bill wasn’t coded properly. I contacted the company and they said they’d take care of it, but I haven’t heard anything since. The hearing aids worked perfectly when I got them, but some features are no longer available . I called them and they said my phone software wasn’t updated (it is supposed to be automatic). I got that taken care of, but the aids still don’t do all they are supposed to..OelkramVersion: 2.6.50
