If you are having trouble sleeping it really does help you even when you are a light sleeper. You can also put a timer in when you want the sound to stop. ✓ Love this app!I’ve been looking for a way to help my anxiety for a while now. I’m new to meditation and this app has helped me a lot. There is a new session unlocked everyday, so that is nice for beginners to get the hang of meditation. There is also a library of different sessions for the experts. ✓ Love thisOkay so I clicked on one of the sounds/songs and it was amazing! I got tired as soon as it played. I just wanted to fall asleep, but before I did I knew I needed to write this review. If I’m already easily falling asleep by this app I know it’s going to be perfect for me. ✓ Peaceful SleepPeaceful sleep is the first meditation audio that I listened to last night. It was very calming and I fell asleep very fast. I am a combat veteran with PTSD. For the first time since 1991 I was able to go to sleep fast, stay asleep and actually had very peaceful dreams. I had to stop taking medication for my PTSD sleep disturbances a month ago. Even with the meds the nightmares would creep in. Tonight I am going to try the Peaceful Sleep audio again. If it continues to work I will definitely share my find with my fellow vets.
