✓ This is amazing!I’m using this with my LG-TONE-NP3 Stereo headphones. It works perfectly, but took a bit to get set up. I am using them dual connected on my cell (an older iOS SE) and my laptop. The app has a me able to hear the music on the laptop AND use the equalizer settings on my phone! I’m impressed..Zdr. zaiusVersion: 1.4.24

✓ Unnecessarily fiddlyWhen the app works, it works great. Meridian makes a big difference to the sound in a good way. Plenty of options to fiddle with, including two custom EQs. However, it’s really buggy. When you set these buds up for the first time, don’t pair them to the phone until you’ve got the app open. Then pair them as normal. Make sure you accept the LE Bluetooth pairing option otherwise the app will not work. Don’t rename them until setup is complete. Then you’re good to go. Otherwise I was experiencing constant “No headset connected” warnings with the name changed, and even at default without the LE option paired, none of the settings did anything. Updating takes a while and closing the app in any way, including the phone going off and locking, will stop the update. Turn off display sleep before you do the update..CleanyclothVersion: 1.4.16

✗ APP is uselessBought this Nov 2021 and even after seeing all the low ratings I still downloaded it. The others were right. This app does zero and I’m surprised how long LG has let this go on for. The ear buds are great but was looking for forward to using the app for additional setting adjustments. I keep tapping the different equalizer buttons and nothing. I searched for updates and it keeps searching. I don’t get it. Spent all this money for a reason LG. Get with the program and please fix. This is terrible..IdessaVersion: 1.2.98

✗ App doesn’t workWhen I first opened the app it asked me to allow Bluetooth and location etc and then told me there was a software update. I tried to update but nothing happened and it told me the earphones weren’t connected, but they were. I briefly saw the battery status. Then it went to a Home Screen with only two options - ‘find my earphones’ and ‘connect’. I can’t select anything apart from those two options. There is no menu button. It doesn’t matter where I tap, nothing happens..HgfrujbdryhjVersion: 1.2.76
