✓ TrashToo many issues to list with the DGN. Does anyone with the DGN actually try to watch their own product on the network??? ✓ Great content, poor app navigationYour quality and reliability have greatly improved over the last years. But your app is very messy to navigate. Endless scrolling of different significant events. ✓ Too Many DevicesI like to switch rooms throughout the day. When I turn off the coverage in one room then move to another, I always get met with the message “You’re watching on too many devices right now” even though I turned off the coverage in the other room (or on my phone). The only options are to either log out of all of my devices (terrible option) or to not watch the coverage at all. Incredibly frustrating.Cbaker423Version: 8.200.1

✓ Needs work on UE/UIWatching live events is great, here is the problem, I’m not that plugged into disc golf and this App does a terrible job of navigating their UI. I hate to be overly critical since this sport is growing, but the people behind the app are clearly lacking someone who understands good UI. Issue: 1. No clear schedule of upcoming events for 2023. How do I know what day to watch if it’s not clearly stated in an app whose main purpose is to provide live disc golf coverage. There should be an easy way within the app for me to know hey what’s the schedule look like for the year. 2. UI for content is terrible, a)There is no synopsis for the content they provide so I have no clue what most of the vids they share are about unless I decide to watch the intro. B) there should be drop down menu option somewhere for easier navigation. Right now it’s searching if I know what I’m looking for or scrolling through the app until I find something that seems interesting. I continuously have trouble casting the live coverage to the TV, with playback errors and errors saying there are too many devices. ✓ Can’t watch after a round is over.I absolutely love the fact that I can watch these events live, but it’s very upsetting that’s after I get off of work on a weekend and the event is over for the day I cannot go and watch the round that was complete. All it keeps telling me is that the event has ended and it does not allow me to watch the actual event. In further context, I have been trying to watch the round to MPO cup event on April 15, it is now 815 Eastern standard time and it does not allow me too go back and watch the MPO card. This is not the first time and for someone who works on the weekends and all they wanna do is get home and start watching the events when I get home I can’t is extremely disappointing. ✓ Black ScreenDon’t get me wrong, I love the channel and the app when it works. But with 2 phones and all of the troubleshooting in the world, every time I turn the screen sideways to get a larger view of the screen, it goes black. Even when I go to turn it vertical, I only hear the broadcasters. The ONLY thing that works is deleting and downloading the app. This happens at least every day, sometimes multiple times a day. ✓ Two live tournaments this season. Two complete crashes on the final holBoth tournaments so far this season, close to 24 hours of MPO coverage. I’ve watched it all live. Except the final hole on both tournaments. Because the stream crashed. Search on the Reddit disc golf sub, it’s happening for lots of people. How can my subscription cost be justified when I invest 7 nights of my life only to miss the winning/final moment? ✓ Not a consumer-focused serviceThe coverage often lags and unfocuses, and the playback videos take forever to be posted/you can’t start a live event at the beginning and watch through if it’s going on. I work awkward, long hours and can’t usually watch the beginnings of events, but can get to them about an hour or two in. So that means I can’t watch from the beginning until the event has ended and then it’s another day until the prior day’s coverage is posted. It’s not very satisfying for me. There has also been a lot of talk about an MPO commentator on here who people seem to find grating or detracts from the coverage, but rather than assessing their employee’s job performance, DGN errs on the side of nepotism and it’s pretty uncomfortable to listen to.Gary HoldenomerVersion: 7.205.5

✓ Frustratingly hard to avoid spoilersI have to watch events weeks later than they originally aired. When I try to watch them, though, it is almost impossible to avoid spoilers. The app seems to be almost trying to spoil the event for me by showing the winners, e.g. by prominently, impossible to avoid glancing at, promoting videos that show highlights of the winner’s play in a given event, in the “up next” window that ALWAYS seems to pop up no matter what I do. Please add a setting to disable the “up next” window. That window ruins every single tournament for me. I try and try and try to not see the spoilers, but eventually a window pops up unwanted and shows the spoilers directly. Just glancing at the screen to see what popped up, and then the tournament is ruined. I am just so frustrated with this app..Marko2694Version: 7.620.1
