The result of “colorizing” a black and white portrait was this—the chin became an unnatural pink while the rest of the face remained black-and-white; the background (vegetation in the original) was half colorized a strident, unnatural green (highlighter pen style) while the rest of the background remained black-and-white. ✓ Very time consumingI just wanted to be able to have a black n white photo have the colour inserted but instead you have to choose the colour you want added and then add these markers to the area you want the colour. In other words, this app is *not* on the list of apps which have permission to access photos stored on the iPhone but the app *is* able to access all photos on the iPhone. After opening an Apple Support case, I was informed by Apple that this app uses an iOS feature that allows this app to access photos without giving the app permission in Settings > Privacy > Photos.
