However, these were wiped off as according to the support system they claimed that there was a technical issue with the reward being higher than it should have been. I received 1000 spins in compensation, which is a total rip off! This company has no morals or integrity. I am highly dissatisfied especially since I won those spins fair and square! The maximum you can go to is second or third treasury as it is never been even close to the ground price. I get it done. It shouldn’t be easier to get to a grand prize i think should be attempting if I could get to maybe number 7/8 then I might even try to get number 10, but if you can’t even get above second or third stop trying, which I do. ✓ Pet MasterNot as good as coin master. Reasons being. There is a triple attack which wipes out your shields in one go. So you always have to rebuild often. Shields rarely come up so your often exposed. Rewards are not as high and in app purchases are not as generous. Also there are very little free offers after an in app purchase. Cards are very rarely new and sets hardly ever complete! And the scrolling up and down the books to view cards is too time consuming. There is a “coming soon” team function that’s not yet been launched or developed- wish the developers would remove it or activate it, but again it’s there to keep you invested in the game. A very frustrating game of one step forward two steps back!!! Don’t think I couldn’t not mention the pop ups!!! Jeezo!! 🙄. Developers have a choice on how many pop ups and they choose MANY. Come on guys sort these issues out. Biggest laugh is the developers feedback stating they are striving to turn our frowns into smiles and constantly developing the game. I actually spend real money in this app through in app purchases so I decided to reach out via email regarding the issue. I have to say that they were really fast to respond but I was told basically Told by Sandy that I was lying and that they checked on their end and no mistakes were made. Not trying to be a KAREN here but to be told I’m lying is irritating. I’m a grown woman and have no reason to reach out and lie. (First email ever also my first review ever) I will continue to play the game but I have spent my last dollar supporting the app through in app purchases. ✓ Annoying pop ups!Have been playing this game for a couple of months now, and am getting sick of the annoying pop ups which is ruining the game, on one occasion i counted 11 pop ups before i could even start spinning, average pop ups is around 7. Then more pop ups arrive after using all your spins. To buy chests is a joke, im not even at lv100 and it costs 400million to buy the 8 card box. Very buggy game as well, will occasionally shut down when you have a chance to raid or attack someone and lose out on coins. Not enough free spin links, i seem to only get 1 link for free spins and 1 for coins. It’s hard to keep up when people constantly attack your village and you haven’t got the coins to constantly repair.
