✓ Uses a lot of battery and disconnects.If they could configure this app to run in the background without losing my device so much charge…I will give this a four star review. My iPad Pro’s battery drains a lot when connected to this VPN. Also this VPN disconnects from time to time which is annoying. ✓ UnstableIncredibly unstable. Not reliable at all. Constant disconnections from the internet. Really unreliable. To top it off when it is working the speeds a slow even when you connect to local servers..Version: 1.4
✓ Good but still buggyI love Malwarebytes Privacy on PC. I had a spare subscription key, so was super happy when they launched this for IOS. Pros: -Don't have to pay twice if you are already subbed to Malwarebytes Privacy for PC. Can use spare key. If you do not have a spare key, they tell you up front that this will cost something to get the full features. None of this "free" but "actually not free" nonsense. Bait and switch in-app purchases are the worst! Thankfully this is one of the few VPN's that uses an honest business model. -One of the fastest (maybe even the #1 fastest) VPN currently for IOS. -Great GUI. Really like that it is easy to tell what is going on instead having to fumble through the user interface. -Yes, it works. There have been multiple times where I tested this VPN by setting it to some far off country. Then, when I tried to log into my online accounts, the online security systems immediately ping me saying they detected suspicious activity in that someone was trying to log in from another country. Meaning it really does work! Cons: -Sometimes connection will just drop randomly. Don't know why. I need to check every hour or so, to make sure it is still connected. Does not alert when the VPN connection drops. -Possible that on rare occasions the IP leaks. Unfortunately, I don't know if this really is the case or not. But I have noticed that once in a while the "private IP address" at the bottom just disappears (even when I do not switch servers nor turn it off). The VPN has been running and just randomly the private IP address is gone. Thankfully switching servers then switching back, or turning it off then on again will fix this. But don't know if this just a GUI bug, or something more serious. But I thought it worth noting. Overall, I would recommend trying this out if you are looking for a premium level VPN. While it's not perfect, so far it is the best VPN I have tried used on IOS..Version: 1.1
✓ HackedI downloaded this app for security due to me being hacked. The hackers were able to add themselves to this app by duplicating my Apple ID without my knowledge… I understand this app had nothing to do with the hacking, but I was not contacted when the hackers were able to add their devices to my account without my knowledge! I didn’t receive an email that a change was made & the cost for these extra devices caused my price to go up! Going forward developers, please create a security breach or warning to the customer that changes were made to an account as this issue made me delete this app & go with a more secure app that lets you know when changes have been made to my account. ✓ Malware bitesYou’ll never convince me this is to prevent malware. It is malware. If you can delete it but that’s not gonna get rid of this. I’ve now got payments constantly attempted to be take from my bank and try to open subscription to cancel the .... it won’t open. I’ve tried all there is and just to end this I have to close my account and re open a new one. What a .... thing I can’t put here this has been. And it’s still installs itself back on my phone. It did bite me with malware. If not why is this app impossible to delete off your phone and why does it bring friends. I don’t want the apps it automatically brought with it. They don’t delete either. All I can say is, I didn’t even get to use it because I spent the 7 days free trial trying to fix my phone from all that went on after installing this. If it isn’t actual malware or whatever ware that is against us, then I think the apps picked up some and serving it out. Maybe scanning the malware app for malware might help. ✓ Apps still know my actual location..As the title describes. When using the VPN privacy mode, applications are still able to detect my exact location. For example, attempting to use Netflix US in Canada, pick a US VPN, the app still knows my exact location, so I am unable to connect to Netflix US. Or when using it for watching live sports (hockey) from across country, I’m unable to watch it due to blackouts, as well as the application knowing where I am still…..Version: 1.5.1

✓ Really disappointedI have licences with Malwarebytes for personal Computers etc I used this and I saw a VPN by Malwarebytes thought great another great product.. Sadly I upgraded my iPhone to the 12 and deleted and reset my original iPhone but I came to use the VPN again and said to many devices used. I then tried to restore my purchase and tried more than a dozen times.. Contacted Support did what they suggested now on different vpn software.. Disappointing.Version: 1.3.1

✓ Others can be betterThis VPN is ok since it is the one that came with my subscription. Having said that, I prefer Express since they have the ability of a “smart location,” as well as the opportunity to pick from a myriad of others. It’s your choice. Instead, there is no recommended location or anything on this one, it’s just gives an option to pick one, regardless of whatever one it is. Not a whole lot of guidance or advice with this one from the makers. Something the developers can improve on is a smart location..Version: 1.6.1
