✓ HelpIt’s a good app and all but.. when my phone turns off it stops playing, when I did the first meditation it worked but now it’s not, can anyone help me?.Ali and Maple😁❤️‍🔥Version: 2.3.1

✓ DisappointingHoped to use this app to listen to the sleep stories, but it only worked properly once, every other time I’ve used it the tracks have cut-off halfway through, undoing any relaxing effect they managed to create. Will stick to listening to stories on YT.JLM12341Version: 2.3.1

✓ Pretty good but no SupportI really do like this app. I use it to meditate every morning. That said, I would like to make a suggestion to have the option to search/filter by length. Sometimes I only have 8-9 minutes instead of 10-13 and I’d like to be able to quickly find a meditation to fit the time I have. When I try to find a Contact Us or Support option to make the suggestion, none exists. The Help option in the app just opens a white page. The Instagram link is broken - “No User Exists”. I also saw someone indicate that the privacy policy link is broken which is concerning. Hopefully they’re watching comments in the App Store….Kubu1218Version: 2.4

✓ Loved it, but not the new reminder pop upI love this app, the stories to fall asleep are wonderful, the voices are soothing, and has worked a charm for me for months. But lately, the story stops a few minutes in with a pop up to set up bed time reminder. I do not want or need a bed time reminder, I am in bed, falling asleep. There seems to be NO way to disable this pop up, I tried setting a time and no days, I tried setting days and a time, nothing works to stop this pop up from intruding the story and my sleep. I have reinstalled, please, is there a way to disable this pop up reminder? It would be a 5 star app for me, but these pop up reminders have ruined it for me..Kotto57Version: 2.4

✓ Ironic RantOk, I know going into this that ranting about an app whose purpose is to promote mindfulness is rich with irony and snarkable witticisms, so if you must indulge, do so knowing that I completely support you because a part of me is smirking at me even as I write this. So here goes: What is the deal with all of these apps claiming to be designed for iPad, and then don’t even support landscape mode!!?? For that matter, where is Apple in all of this? How does Apple allow a developer to list their app as being iPad compatible when it doesn’t support landscape mode? Landscape mode is one of the joys of working with an iPad. ✓ What givesSo I love using this app to help me calm down and calm my brain before going to sleep at night. But I’ve noticed lately in the last six months that without warning, the app will not load, and there will be a bar across the top saying “ loading contents“… I understand that apps need updates, but can you not do it without first, a warning to your customers that your app may be down for a period of time, and second, maybe not doing it around the time that some people go to sleep. Maybe sometime in the middle of the night might be a little bit better. it’s super frustrating for someone who struggles to get to sleep at night due to anxiety to see this come across the screen..ESmith1881Version: 2.4
