✓ No refund for missing itemsMay as well use DoorDash instead as that is who they use only if an item is missing it seems they are not going to refund you. Doordash is easier to get a refund in. It is April 23 and my order was April 9 and after speaking to 3 different people I still have no refund for missing item and have been lied too. ✓ Poor FunctionalityThe app looks great, but it doesn’t work very well. I’ve had orders not go through to the store, you can order (and pay for) items the store doesn’t have in stock. It always provides a wait time of 20 min - which is never accurate. Apps should make ordering easier. This makes it worse. I guess it’s a nice online menu?.MnhgjkksVersion: 2.3.2

✓ Orders late and messed upSince getting the new app, my orders have taken way longer than the app has told me and orders have been wrong on multiple occasions. I never had this issue with the old Clean Juice app and have been a customer for a long while. Today’s order was to be ready at 11:04am and it’s still not ready at nearly 11:30am. I ordered it at 10:44. Something is wrong with the technology. It seems the stores are not receiving orders in a timely fashion and are not getting all of the details..FluteKTVersion: 2.0.4

✓ IPhone app has problems(This is a review of the app, not the product.) Took several tries to get through login and mandatory password change. Ordered the full-day cleanse, and when I was placing the order it popped up a pre-filled "when do you want it by?" dialog that didn't appear editable, set for 15 minutes in the future. Shrug. Whatever - I just wanted to do the cleanse tomorrow. Placed order. Then got confirmation email saying order would be ready in "2895 minutes." Called store, they agreed that sounded pretty random but couldn't actually tell me when it would be ready, just that I could request a pickup time although today was pretty unlikely. ✓ Transfer from old app to new app frustratingHad a credit of $10 on the old app- entered all of my info and then it said to download the new app which I did and only got a $5 credit and then had to add all of my contact details again and then when I finally placed my order it said it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes to get the app figured out so with the wait time it’s 40 min total- ugh.PGAKVersion: 2.5.3

✓ Good app but I don’t want advertising in notificationsThis app works real well for ordering juice ahead of time, but there isn’t a way to disable the ads they served via a push notification. ✓ Login info needs to be fixedI initially set up my account in store with phone number only. App requires email to log in. Added my email and tried to set up my account but keep getting error message that account with my phone number is already set up. ✓ Doesn’t allow you to log inI have an existing account with Clean Juice and each time I try to log in with my email or with Google or Apple, the only option to continue is “Register” instead of “Login”. It’s pretty frustrating because I’m unable to login because I “already have an existing account” which of course I know. Clearly it’s a bug, and needs to be fixed so I can continue to do mobile orders and receive points..ALYSIANB24Version: 2.7.0

✓ It’s okayI have been a long-time customer of Clean Juice, but the app has always been a problem. Some items that are on the menu will not show up. ✓ Company needs to update locationsThe 2 locations I used to visit are closed but are listed as open stores on the app. The food/juice is amazing though and love the concept of this venue.
