✓ Yup, it’s a scam.I never write reviews. Needless to say, I’ve experienced exactly what the other reviews have expressed concern over. I was naive and desperate enough to better my mental health, and downloaded the app after seeing an ad on instagram without reading the reviews here. I paid the $10 for 2-week trial, which seems to have been changed from the original $1 trial. I forgot to cancel my subscription and they charged me $50. What is a big red flag to me is that they have a bunch of different “packages” and “trials” with price points that seem to constantly vary. I contacted the support to confirm the cancellation of my subscription and they told me to do it in the app under settings. The only header is “restore purchases,” which I’m not even trying to do, but it says that I have none. It’s interesting to see how many people have had almost the exact same issue- and the “Developer” response to “contact us!” Stay clear of this app!.Version: 4.0.1

Once I downloaded the app they make these workbooks available for download not telling you at any point they cost 45 CAD. They charged me for two of these. ✓ Not workingBe careful when signing up for a trial I have signed up and downloaded the app. Before doing so I filled up my info on website and was directed to the next page where I accidentally purchased pdf version not knowing I am being charged ( there was no notification that money will be taken only very cheeky small writing underneath the button) and I though that’s part of the subscription. After pressing the buttons twice ( nothing was happening) I realised I been charged twice for the pdf format. When I downloaded the app and tried to log in I couldn’t get through and contacted the support. Took them a week to get back so I have been charged for a month subscription too so all this comes to over £70. When I claimed I can’t log in I have been turned down that I have no right to get money back and they canceled my subscription .. 3 weeks later I still have no access to the app or purchased pdf formats and no money back. ✓ Don’t useThis app is waay too easy to sign up to a ludicrously short trial period that doesn’t give you enough time to really review the product. I suspect the business model is based on people ending up getting charged unwittingly because the subscription cancellation process is clearly designed to be as complex as possible. The fact that the first several top-rated reviews were all previous users warning others not to pay for subscription due to the developers' shady practices was enough to steer me away from testing a trial of the app. So to those who warned me and others looking to use the app, thank you. ✓ Auto Renewal Before Trial DeadlineBe forewarned…my credit card was charged 1 day before the renewal date, therefore not giving me the opportunity to “officially” (thought I already had) cancel before the due date. ✓ Extremely disappointed with unbelievable customer serviceI purchased the app and the subscription. I have never been able to get the app to work since I signed up. I wish I had seen the other reviews before signing up for a $10 2 week trial. While the app does show you a confirmation screen upon submitting your cancelation request, the app itself does not update to show a static message about your canceled status. Because of this limitation, I asked their CS team to confirm receipt of my cancelation request. Since then, I’ve gotten days of drawn out, unhelpful responses asking why I wanted to cancel, then advising me to submit an inquiry from a different email address because they were not able to locate an account associated with my current one. ✓ False AdvertisingI saw an ad on Instagram for this where they show text that is bolder at the start of the word and fades, which appeared to help me read. The advert suggested the app would have this tool. So I paid for the trail and could not find the tool. When I messaged them they told me that the fading lettering was ‘not available’. Due to that I asked for a refund if the trail, to which they refused. I’m not over fussed about the £5 but the principle of not refunding is pretty lousy. ✓ Lots of steps, annoying, not helpful.I do not recommend this app at all. OK I just downloaded it and the set up is ridiculously long. The tutorial is really long as well. ✓ Complete scamAbout a month ago, i decided to start the free trial for this app out of the blue. i ended up forgetting about it until i received a $5 charge to my card from them. I went in to the app, cancelled my subscription, deleted my account, and called it a day. two days later, i received a !!!$30!!! charge to my card, for an account that no longer existed.
