✓ Not getting required groceryI opted for Patanjali Atta noodles but it was showing not available for my pin address, very worst customer service and not getting what we need.Version: 1.0.5
✓ Cancelled orderOrder is automatically breaked into parts and later on order usually cancelled by Jio mart.. it is not certain that if your order once then it will be delivered ultimately.Version: 1.0.6
✓ Worst experience!! Heavily disappoinded.Very disappoined from there service My friend told me that he is using this app for a while and he is happy as there is free delivery with no minimum order value. So it sounds good and i thought that i should give it a try. So i downladed the app while downloading i saw the first review about not get the delivery also the cashback and it was very bad, so i told my friend that there is some reviews so what do you think are they fake? As i sad he was happy so he said yes they are fake But, when i ordered my groceries for 1st time, guess what i ordered on 8th september and the expected delivery date was 11th of september , okay so there is no problem in it but the delivery date was extended every time and can you believe that my order was never delivered Today is 26th october and yet they are saying that arriving 27 october But wait can you believe i ordered one more time on 10 october and guess what it was also not delivered yet 😂 So i dont know what is the problem with them but i am very disappoined with there service and dont want to recommend any one.Version: 1.0.2
✓ They cancel your orderMy experience with Jio was poor. because they claim a 50 percent off sale and once you place an order worth rs. 1000 they automatically cancel it without you doing it your self for that reason I have to give it a one star.Version: 1.0.5
✓ Of no use needs complete improvementFirst and last thing: after attempting many times also not able to login. OTP takes long time to come to the mobile and by then the app literally freezes not going anywhere. Dont know how it works after logging in...Version: 1.0.2
✓ App works too slow, no way to communicate convenientlyApp works too slow and one cannot communicate with an executive through phone, Whatsup as we get certain options and get a message only. Mail even is not responded. So issue is not resolved at all. Not accepting review, why nickname is must? Tried many but each time ‘taken, try again’ No issue with products and delivery. ✓ Worst app ever seenWhen we place the order more than 1000 rupees, the order gets cancelled without prior notice. When we call back to customer care ,they say it’s technical issue and tell us to reorder. Meanwhile, some items will be missing and if we find some and place the order ,again it will be cancelled. It’s a complete waste of time and energy we spend on this app. It happened not only to me but also to my friends too. I suggest they have to modify the app and should take the orders correctly if they are loyal to the customers..Version: 1.0.7

✓ CheaterI am from Bhubaneswar and I decided to use this app to shop grocery during this covid time. They did not deliver some of my items but charged me for those undelivered items. I tried to reach out them and raised 4 tickets. Each time they gave me false promises like we will deliver the items sir .. we will issue refund and you will get it in 7 days bla bla and this never happens.. They will simply mark the request as complete with out taking proper action on it .. cheater and fraud people..Version: 1.0.3
