✓ App Needs workThe app wouldn’t let me scroll sideways through the menu options for instance under Burgers and Sandwiches could only see the first item and partial of the second and wasn’t able to view the others. Every time I tried to move the menu to the left to see what is available on the right it would go back to the first option. Tried to submit app support but it takes me to the store location support. ✓ Lousy AppSimply tried to enroll for future online ordering. It refuses my email as invalid. It is not the common gmail.com but it is the proper format and I’ve had it for 12 years. This will probably cost you some business because an actually working app is convenient for a large group of lunchtime ordering. The screen won’t even open for me to see if there is a Help Bot. ✓ Not worth usingSorry for giving a bad review. I usually don’t do this but this app is so hard to use for no reason. It won’t let me sign in with my email because it says I have an invalid password when I click forgot password it says no email associated with an account. Super annoying. It’s alway done this. Why ask people to make an account if they can’t use it. And it never saves your order in your cart this whole process so I had to keep picking out my food only for the system to tell me I don’t have an account and clear my cart again. ✓ Cannot get access to my account!I’ve tried multiple times to access my account. I requested multiple emails to reset the password. Every time I try to do it it tells me that confirm password does not match , even when I use the password generated by iPhone. I know that password did not get missed typed on the iPhone password confirmation. I tried to contact someone for help. No one answered the phone. I finally had to send an email in. It directed me to the store. They called me back to fix it. I told them multiple times what the problem was, but they wanted me to come to the store so they could see what I was talking about. I even reloaded the app. I really don’t want to go to the restaurant to spend time to figure out this app. Since this is a software glitch there’s nothing they can do. I’d like to be able to use this app because I go to the store frequently. But it’s too hard to use and set up. ✓ Very Poor Performance!I have a reward that expires soon that I cannot use online as the app won’t allow me to even stay logged in! I followed the instructions and reset my password, same thing. I used a different secure data connection, same thing. I power cycled my device and started over, same thing. There hasn’t been an app update in almost a year! ✓ First time using is a bustThe app looks great and I earned a free appetizer for signing up. But anytime I tried to go back it would clear out my basket. So after three tries I finally made it to the checkout point without losing my order, it said my free appetizer would be applied...but it never was. ✓ Trickle Down Effect of Your Disastrous AppWe had a free appetizer reward for signing up for the O’Club The app would not work. We waited over one hour for the manager to try to get the reward redeemed so we could cash out and leave the restaurant. The location was Summerville, SC. Our waitress, Courtney ended up in tears because she was trying to help get our bill; while several of her other tables were not understanding of the issue and did not leave her tips. She lost money due to your pathetic app, we lost an hour waiting. But the most alarming aspect of this experience is for humans with a total lack of understanding for issues that do occur. Why? ✓ Cannot scroll through menu itemsIt is extremely frustrating trying to scroll through menu categories. Trying to scroll up through categories usually results in scrolling sideways through each category and so it is very unintuitive to try to solve the puzzle of where to touch the screen to get the menu to scroll up and down rather than side to side. And scrolling side to side is unsatisfying as well, as it does not behave like typical swipe scrolling on a touchscreen device, and only moves if your finger is on the screen, i.e. you can’t swipe and let it scroll then use your finger to stop the scroll. Overall, horrible interface that results in a negative, frustrating off-putting app. If you want to order from O’Charley’s online you are much better off using the website on a tablet..Version: 22.14.2022082401
