✓ My açaí bowl was not very good today.My açaí bowls are usually very well made and tasty. However, todays bowl is extremely runny and not It just doesn’t taste very good. I have been buying them for quite some time and this is the first time I have been extremely disappointed. ✓ DisappointedOnly gave 3 stars because of the one good worker that you guys have. The other guy (the younger guy) is terrible. I wish I knew his name! He’s so unpleasant,slow and inconsiderate! I placed my order from 11:30am on app and he came late to work and it’s 12:30 and I’m just getting my bowls. He knew we ordered from ahead and he kept taking payments of other people who came in and slowed down our order,i got melted Acai bowls. This is not the first he’s done this. ✓ No more rewardsAlthough this isn’t the only reason I come to Red Mango, the rewards are a plus for me to return. There are other places now that I am frequenting more because of their rewards program. I emailed Red Mango and didn’t even receive an acknowledgment response. ✓ Pretty but broken.I can't figure out how to tell the app that I'm near Chicago, not in New York. This is the stuff that's supposed to Just Work in AppleVille, but it's broken in this app. I tried their app support link but it just brings you to their (non-mobile aware) homepage, which on an iPhone is useless. In short: please take your mobile customers seriously before releasing a mobile app. Get your website geared up for mobile. Include testing in multiple locations as part of your QA process. Allow manual search thru the mobile app as a back door when location services are disable or busted. Be ready with a real support system. THEN release your app..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Cool app but can use an updateRed mango is hot but this app is a little cold. App is nice to see points and to locate the nearest Red Mango, but lacks useful features... It can really use that digital pay by phone app like starbucks, and to be able to reload cash into the card via the app. Once this app can do what the Starbucks app can do it will be more than a 5star app...... ✓ Useless appLove Red Mango but this app is useless unless you are just looking for nearest location (which you don’t need an app for). There’s a tab for menu but nothing comes up.
