✓ App is cool but still had to waitI would think the purpose of a app would be to place an order and have it ready to pick up at a particular time. However, I placed my order and arrived 15 minutes after the designated pick up time and they had not even started my order. Fortunately, there was no one in line and they immediately started putting it together. However, if five people have been in line I would have had A 15 minute or more weight just to pick up an order I placed with a aap. ✓ 1 step forward 2 steps backWe love Cowboy Chicken, but since they’ve updated the app our gift card and point redemptions only work for online order. It doesn’t work in the store. When we try ordering in the store they make us order through the app to get the gift card or discount price. Secondly, they removed certain options on the app for subbing things out. It feels like the app took a step backwards instead of forward. Hope they resolve this sooner than later..Cterwill92Version: 3.2.1

✓ OMG BIG!Why is this app so huge? This is more than half a gigabyte? ✓ Food is great- app needs workFood is delicious. That said- The app needs to tell you something’s not available BEFORE you put it in the cart. As it is now- you have no idea what part of an order causes your meal to not be available! Are they out of the fries? The Mac & Cheese? The creamed spinach? beans? Who knows! ✓ App features don’t work wellThere is a past order tab but it never has any orders I’ve made. If you go to transaction history ; it just has how much you paid and not what you got. And also the pickup time is always like 10 min after placing the order without taking into account the rush time in the restaurant. I don’t mind if the wait is longer : I will wait to drive over but I’ve been standing for almost 15-20 after arriving 5 min after the designated pickup time. The estimated time should be based on the rush they have that day; else you’re waiting a long time which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to coordinate your day around. ✓ App overchargesThe app over charges and adds one dollar to the meal price. The app shows $11 for half chicken meal. When I went to check out it was listed as my meal $11, subtotal $12, tax $.99 total 1299. If the meal is 11 and the tax is $.99 where is the extra dollar coming from? ✓ Recent UpdateI don’t know who was tinkering with the app but they ruined the interface. There is no longer a regular menu when ordering online. The only options are for catering now. ✓ Great food, app leaves much to be desiredTo be clear, I love Cowboy Chicken. It is my go-to for party food and for a quick, healthy dinner. I used to order thru their website but this app gives me $5 off rewards, so I started using the app. Problems: 1- app does not ask for desired delivery time, so when I’m not watching closely, I order for ASAP time - usually when I’m not home. 2- app does not show the promised delivery time, so I can’t check. 3- I have yet to receive an order on time when ordering thru the app (why I’m trying to check the time selected). I did not have issues with orders placed thru the website, so this is not a restaurant issue.
