✓ I’d LOVE to get Points for Pizza… butYour app refuses to let me sign in! I’m a catch 22… Filled out the rather extensive personal info. It tries to auto fill email addresses I’ve never heard of!! When I got to the end of the long form, it says my phone number is already registered, and to sign in using my phone number. Problem is the app ONLY has the option to sign via email!!! This is quite a hassle, for a slice of pizza. Even your delicious Hawaiian, with green peppers please..Version: 23.13.2023071801

✓ DONT USE THIS APPFirst time I used the app and the APP reversed 3/4 of the order. The APP put the ingredients for one side of the pizza on the wrong side I verified (in the app!) that I entered the order correctly but when I got there it was totally wrong. The staff said that happens all the time. So that strongly suggests the APP is CRAP. Until they fix it DO NOT USE THIS WORTHLESS APP. ✓ Not my favorite this timeLast month my wife and I visited the location in Bonaire ga. Atmosphere was wonderful. Service was great. The pie. Was perfect. The crust had char and the cheese was golden brown. I mean perfect. Tonight. Placed an order for delivery. Wow what a disappointment. The dough was too thick and undercooked, just not up to the last standards. My kids took one bite and said no this isn’t good pie. Well live and learn and hopefully next time things will be up to par. Remember guys don’t rush your food. People will wait for great food.Version: 21.54.2021092301
✓ Difficult to UseI never use it to place an order because the pick up times are always 30 min - 1 hr but when I call it in the pick up time is 15 mins. Been trying for 2 days to enter a missed transaction for my rewards and can’t get it to load. Even removed the app and reinstalled it and now the whole app won’t completely install, it’s just sitting there half way loaded. ✓ Tried pizza but wondered…I am a true pizza connoisseur from way back. Tried it twice at Johnny’s …Some how, a pizza that originated in Alabama raises flags for a northerner. The crust was pretty decent, but I need to find out why this pie doesn’t stick to straight mozzarella?!? The cheese is a salty blend of not sure what! I guess my search must continue. ✓ Needs better functionalityThe app does what it promises but needs enhancement. While I can order “curbside” on the web I can’t seem to do that with the app. I also can’t order a pizza with “no cheese”, which is necessary sometimes. ✓ Difficult to orderApp is frustrating. Got my ordered entered and didn’t let me continue to finalize my order saying my name was missing but I was signed in and my name was clearly displayed in the name area. ✓ Infuriating App!I wanted to repeat my previous order, with a different credit card. I successfully entered the new card info. When I got to the end of the order, it said the cannoli were sold out. I had to go all the way back to the BEGINNING of the order to remove it. Then it made me repeat the CCV and address for the new card. It wasn’t until I got to Order Received that I noticed it had not included the tip, for which I had previously entered a cash amount, nor had it prompted me to enter a tip the second time thru. That left us scrambling for a cash tip after the order had already been submitted. ✓ Pickup ordersI like the app, it’s a great, easy to use app, but for some reason it keeps defaulting to pickup. I’ve had at least three orders I’ve had to either reorder or go pick up in person because even though I initially clicked delivery, it reverted back to pickup. ✓ 2 hr delivery and incorrect itemsArrived cold and wrong. I paid for meat and spoke with the server Rose and she said she would make sure they fixed it but there is absolutely no meat. Rose answered when I called an hr later as my order was not delivered and she had me on hold for over 20 mins and never came back. I called after another 30 mins and she was rude and told me my order had been picked up and she did not know what time it was picked up and was very snippy and quick to hang up on me. I did not receive my order until 2 hrs after ordering and it was cold and incorrect. I am being pushed to go to Grayson from now on after this issue.Version: 22.14.2022083001
