✓ Love HuHot not a fan of the app-I love HuHot, but as of late, when I get delivery they never check my order completely- like today- I had a free dessert and I ordered it- it didn’t come! I can’t blame it on DoorDash, bc they source it out VS me using DoorDash myself - also my food, I ALwAyS get the same thing- the last 11 years, the SAME thing - tonight- super freaking spicy and I don’t get spicy!!! Basically they both blame each other and you don’t get food OR a refund. Has happened to me 3 different times now. ✓ Disappointed!!Absolutely love HuHot when we dine in. However, ordering on the app, our food always seems to be dry and mostly noodles. I ordered chicken, crab and meatballs. I found 5 meatballs and maybe a sliver of chicken and crab in the whole dish! Also, the app gives you 10 ladles of sauce to choose from and it doesn’t seem to be nearly enough. Or whoever is making it isn’t using the correct amount. Both mine and my fiancé’s food was dry! As much as I love HuHot and the food. I’m extremely disappointed and this was not worth the $30 we spent on it!!.Version: 20.27.2020052602
