✓ Left me very confused and disappointed-Very beautiful game, my favorite part was the star scene. -Very disappointed that is wasn’t more about mama fox and her babies. - Not gunna lie it’s was kinda funny to see the trees wiggling as you got closer to them - Story about the couples lives was boring/cringy and didn’t make sense as a background for the mama foxs journey - Controls we’re simple and self explanatory - Mama fox was way to slow, especially when she was grieving over the death of her daughter and was walking toward the first tree - Very heart warming to see mama fox and her babes together at the end -Game over all was very confusing, I believe it would of made more sense to just make it about the fox or make two separate games about the people and fox I’m sorry but it wasn’t worth $5 I’d love to see what you come up with next though, you and your team have the potential to make a solid game..Tackybearlovin369Version: 1.3

✓ NarrativeToo bad you can’t turn off the narrated story and just play the fox. I was hoping this game would be suitable for my kids but the story is intended for adults. It’s rather depressing. ✓ Tough to find the beam thingsI read an article about this game saying it had the best graphics of any mobile game, so I decided to try it out. When I saw the first cutscene, I noticed the intro was very nice. I heard the storyline, I didn’t think it was interesting but nothing to rate an app for. Then, I saw the beam things that came from the ground and dug on them. This took a long time however, which greatly irritated me. Eventually, it took forever to find them and just made the game boring. I finally decided to delete the app. I apologize developers if my review seems very critical of the games nature, but this game should have a little map you can use in the menu or something..Honestopinion1324Version: 1.3

✓ I LOVED This game until...So I downloaded the game and really enjoyed it and I got to the last place there was and it KICKED ME OUT OF THE GAME I tried over and over and over again and it did not work PLEASE FIX THIS I can’t believe I paid FIVE BUCKS for this? ✓ Don’t waste your money, Read this.I bought this game thinking it would be a beautiful, stunning adventure. Most of the time there is commentary going on, telling a poorly written story. The game has no clear instructions, (except controls) on what the point is. Clearly the developer tried to make some emotional story, but messed up. The commentary is annoying, the graphics are oversold, and the aim isn’t clear. Make the game better, or remove it. Money wasted. -Kittensaurus12.Kittensaurus1Version: 1.3

✓ MehI don’t mind the sad commentary thing, I just find this game to not be good. If I need the developer’s commentary on why he made these jumping modes and how you are supposed to play, chances are your game is not teaching you how to play it. The lack of a map or clear path to follow is very confusing and the fact that the game author never clearly chooses between making this a zen and relaxing game or a platform is frustrating. You don’t need to add jumps and more controls to your game for it to be interesting. You need to tell a story..Sh/cat>ladyVersion: 1.3

✓ Beautiful “Meh”It’s a really beautiful style game I get what they are trying to tell in the story... it’s just not enough I keep getting lost and not in the fun way where I’m rewarded if I do it’s more frustrating and the mechanics are a bit buggy, Ik the guy love his work ethic n his personal story and glad he made it big, but this game really is missing some key story telling & game function If every time the fox found a story point and it when to an animated or animatic visual of what he’s trying to story tell.... now then maybe I could forgive everything else but just to listen to an audio book and get lost with a fox that glitches on rocks n I have to constantly hold down the run icon...(which only has 2 speeds crawl or walk...) gets boring at times cuz I’m just watching a fox run around....Ditto3DVersion: 1.3

✓ Fantastic music and fox. Divisive experienceYou will either love this game or utterly hate it. There will be no in-between. If you love to lose yourself and be left on your own, wandering some amazing lands, this title is for you. Meditative music, quiet environment, beautiful graphics, go for it. ✓ Under Normal ConditionsThis is the type of game I normally gravitate towards. Wonderful graphics, simple interface and a world to explore. This has those options but other more menacing and awful choices. Not all games are required to have a meta-narrative and once more one that prevents the user, you and I, the option to turn this off and enjoy exploring the world. This game and its developers think their voice over is as important as the game illustrators. That is mighty big head you have there. The voice over is not only a turn off - it is the reason I deleted this app after 10 minutes of play time. Sure, call mine impatient or not Zen minded enough or a person without enough wholeness free-range organic sprit to fill a Vermont creamery. I am non of those things. ✓ So boring!The controls and movements are not good or fun or realistic. I also compared the graphics to the video/trailer in the App Store and they apparently took the PS4 trailer. The graphics are not as good as promised in the video (especially the density of the vegetation). I play the game in my brand new iPad Air 4. I must admit I stopped playing after about 30 minutes so maybe there’s great part I will miss. I would personally never do a game 1% as good even if I learned how and tried really hard. ✓ Amazing for the team size, but frustrating gameplay and disappointing narrativeWhile this is a very creative game and highly impressive given the tiny design team, I did not enjoy it. Gameplay quickly became frustrating and unfulfilling - I just wanted to get to the end. Moreover, while the concept was clever, I felt it was poorly executed. It felt immature and a bit, well, cliche. Death and loss are complex subjects worthy of exploitation, but this was just one negative anecdote after another interspersed with frustrating gameplay. It felt like an exercise in angst. Having lost more than my share of loved ones throughout my life, this reminded me most of my thought process and emotions at loosing a parent when 13 - not something I would wish to subject anyone else to for hours! That said, I want to commend the team for their work, especially given the small team size. It is a brilliant idea, and executed quite well given the resources available..EAOKVersion: 1.3

✓ Are you kidding me!Who on earth made this game thinking we want to hear your sad commentary? I thought this would be a great relaxing game easy for my kids to access and play. Like the game flower. Yeah the person who is near ready almost continuously over this game keeps bringing up mature subject matter. And there is no way to turn off his commentary. ✓ Good then badI liked this game rlly but it, had some things that made it seem like it was just to boring. This game was lovely when the first part I played it then it got tense. This guy, who talks about the story makes it, seem like it is more then just running around the game, doesn’t even save your progress and you have to start all over again. And then after i went to that level where no one talking about how your in there house on the last mission and your like in there house and it made it rlly. Weird and that’s how I decided to delete this app it was nice at first but it didn’t end well but who ever made this, did they best. I dont dout them. However, the game is largely centered on the fox run around and finding stars and items which becomes tedious really fast.
