✓ WOULD GIVE 0 STARS.Worst app ever. Won’t pick me up but will pick my buddy up who’s standing right next to me. SMH unbelievable if you not in the square in Gainesville forget about even downloading this it don’t work..Version: 4.6
✓ It’s brokenI’ve been trying to get a ride since late January. Coincidently after the last update. I’m asking Via to take a look and fix the WeGo app. My friend downloaded the app last week and tried to get a ride and ran into the same problem I have experienced. The default is “oops! We don’t have a seat for you.” But I actually got a ride home yesterday on WeGo. I was thrilled. I mentioned the problems I’ve had and she was unaware there was a problem. Please help!.Version: 4.6
✓ I can’t delete my payment method or accountI want to delete my card from this app but it won’t let me do that because it says I have to add at least one payment method. So I wanted to delete my account and I couldn’t do that too! Just let me go!.Version: 3.30
