✗ Very DisappointedI was giving this service a trial run by sending some sats out of an account. Completed the entire sky-net like facial recognition scan & pictures of my ID etc. Received an email a couple days later stating that River did not approve my submission. I requested an explanation as to why they did not accept my submission & they did not produce any reason or answer. They only responded “River has a very robust security process in place because sending Bitcoin is an irreversible action”. Very poor excuse. The Client Service team was courteous, professional & tried to help me within their power. The ‘compliance’ team is useless. I’ve used countless services with a similar security protocol & have never experienced this. River needs to fix this..Let me send my satsVersion: 3.7.12
