HarmLess: Self Harm Tracker for Negative User Reviews

HarmlessI know you probably have a computer or something checking these but if you see this please take time to read it ( I know you don’t have a lot of time so I’ll make it quick ). Your app has practically saved me. I want to thank you so much, I’m slowly getting there with h@rming myself and I can get my life back together more. I can vent on the app which makes me want to h@rm myself less and I can be proud of my achievements like you are to! I can do short meditations and it helps a lot. I feel safe when I’m on the app. Thank you so much for creating the app! And for sharing your time to read this..Version: 1.5.1

HorribleIt writes fake reviews and gives 5 stars it asks you for money right away and it’s like 40 dollars a year don’t get this.Version: 1.6.0

It’s okIt does what it’s supposed to do but i think it’s bs that they make a premium version for this type of thing. like you have to be willing to pay if u want to stop that’s really stupid and i think everyone who needs this app should have full access to all its features without premium to help as much as possible.Version: 1.5.4

It’s alrightI got this app a few weeks ago so that might be why but every time I open the app it tells me to buy premium, I’m pretty sure the only thing premium adds is breathing exercises and meditations so I could probably just find those online instead of paying for it. Other than that it’s pretty useful I guess I mean, it works like you can see how many days you haven’t sh. I do like how you can journal how your day has been. Overall I like it but opening the app and getting an ad to buy something I could get for free is really annoying..Version: 1.5.9

MehIt is kinda obvious what it is so you can’t really hide the app. Some of the things to stop the urges you have to pay for so that whole part is no use I would not want to spend money on an app directed to mental health. I HATE the fact that you have to pledge to not do it it just weirds me out so much. It does help on some occasions but other apps are far better.Version: 1.6.0

Helpful but could be better.I have had the app for a few days now, its been pretty good and fairly helpful. I wish I was able to track multiple things with it, such as an eating disorder and self harm and suicidal thoughts. Over all the app is helpful but could be better..Version: 1.5.9

Hm..3/5. It would have gotten a 5/5 except for the minor issue I am having. For the last week or so, every time I click the app the self harm tracker shows up before the Passcode does for about a second. This gives the amount of time to take a screenshot and allow somebody to see how long you’ve been clean for, defeating the point of having the password. This is a hug problem for me. Please get it fixed soon if able. Thank you for reading my review..Version: 1.6.0

The premium keeps popping up.I been using the app since August and for no reason the app keeps suggesting that I should use premium even though I don’t want it. It’s bugging me the most. What if I want to press the urge button because I want to sh but I accidentally pressed the button leading me to get the premium. If u have any suggestions to help me not see the premium popping up every single time I open the app, please tell me. I love the app but I’m giving it 3 stars because the premium keeps popping up whenever I open the app..Version: 1.5.9

PremiumI dislike how the app has things disabled unless you buy premium, as I believe that apps such as these should be free entirely because, with a mental state that is so horrid it leads to self harm, people should have access all features without having the pressure to buy premium products for the sake of their health. I feel this should be entirely free as people need help in their time of dire need. However, in other aspects, it’s a lovely way to set a goal for yourself. ‘I’m going to try and make it to a month’, sort of thing which I think is great. Being able to keep a journal and tracker of how hard days were is truly a great way for people to recognise the good things in life by being able to think back throughout the day and, instead of thinking ‘I was close to cut’, they could remember their day with the wonderful parts..Version: 1.5.9

Glitching and advertisementsWhile the app does exactly what it’s supposed to do and a bit more, the app sometimes automatically glitches. The ad for the premium version of this pops up every time you open it and it doesn’t exactly save you time if you’re stressed out or panicking..Version: 1.5.9

My thoughts on the appIt’s a great app it really does help but it’s not fair that I can’t have the full experience because I need premium. Am only 15 and this app helped a little but am sorry it’s just not for me I get more mad by the day just because it says sorry you need premium and am poor, I am hiding it from my parents, and am only 15, I have no job. What am saying is the creators should try a little harder to put themselves in our shoes or at least mine. I had a better app than this one a year ago, it helped me be clean for 2 years but I forgot the app name because my old phone had broke. Great app but it’s just not for me..Version: 1.6.0

SelfishKind of weird for an app that’s supposed to help people with self harm to have popups promoting buying premium every time you open the app. Weird to have a premium at all, since this is dealing with the safety of the people who download the app. Why aren’t all features available? Why is money always more important than safety? Imagine your having an episode and feeling an urge, so you decide to open the app and first your greeted with a premium pop up. After you close it and click urge you find out that several of the options are locked? Hmm...Version: 1.5.9

No way to restore passcode, please helpI must have changed my password at some point, now I don’t remember it and there is no way for me to get into the app as you have to input your password for Touch ID to be set up :/ I’ve been using this app for so long at it’s really helped me, now it’s all lost. What do I do?.Version: 1.6.0
