✓ What is wrong with the 5 level rescue bonus game???Please address the current issue for this bonus game. It gets stuck at level 2 where it shows 2 remaining people as goals to be rescued but there is no available options where they are located?! No door to be opened nor another area to explore? What happened to your update?? I suggested higher money rewards as you progress through the game but you have removed the freebies as part of rewards! Yes, you added money rewards but they were so LOW… It cannot even afford one power up purchase like boots. Whats wrong with you guys???.Version: 2.13.1

✓ Ads cause crashingI have this game on my computer and my iPad. On the pc the game is great, on the iPad, every time I watch an ad, the whole app crashes. I can’t get any rewards for watching adds. I can’t delete and redownload because I will lose all my progress. That’s the other problem, there is no way to save your progress. Would be even better if I could save and play on both my pc and my iPad and my progress be synced. I would give the game more stars if it weren’t for these problems. Low payout for missions and some levels are so hard you need a boost and it takes so long to get to $200. I have spent maybe $10 already on this game already. I don’t plan on spending anymore money. ✓ Love the game butReally love this game and haven’t minded spending real money every once and a while but they are starting to get greedy. Used to be 200 coins to extend a level but in the recent update they have changes that to 350. Considering you only get 7 to 21 coins a level it’s almost impossible to save up enough coins. Some levels are virtually impossible to beat wo some help but almost doubling the cost to extend time is just greedy. ✓ It was a great game until a recent update…I really enjoyed the game but after a recent update the cost to buy boosters with coins went up so much it’s going to take forever to collect to buy one package… meanwhile the rewards for levels or ads didn’t go up. I also saw missing one bonus that was in a previous version. I updated the game and it lost all my progress and now will not let me log in with apple which is how I saved my progress. ✓ Fun game but expensiveThe game is super fun and easy to play. But if you want the power ups you need to pay for them and they are not worth the cost. It’s 450 coins per power up which adds up to a bit of money. I paid $30 for coins and only used them for power ups and the coins are running out. The coins have only lasted a few games. So once the rest of the purchased coins run out, I’ll probably delete the game so I’m not tempted to pay for more as I go. Good to know if the kids are playing. If the makers lowered the cost for power ups and coins lasted longer I’d rethink if I deleted the game..Version: 2.5.0

✓ Crashes after every levelEverytime an ad comes on, it freezes and goes back to my Home Screen,and I have to restart the game. I just downloaded on my phone and everything works fine, but that screen is not large like my iPad making it less appealing. ✓ Can be betterI downloaded the game the first time, ruined by the ads so deleted it. It popped up again so I gave it a second try. Ads were much better. I did not mind paying for a couple of powerups and lives. However, I discovered another issue. The powerups and lives cost way too much. Even I paid for coins or the bundles, I can only play for may be another round (5 lives that do not last) at the most. ✓ Bit of a conI really like so many things about this game. However, some levels can’t be completed AT ALL without using power ups, but these are rarely available. Also, the rewards generally are poor. Not enough money when you complete a level and very little of anything else. Probably will delete now. Shame. Edit: developers have said they test the game to see that it can be passed without power ups. The level I’m on I have tried 32 times (I’ve been counting). ✓ Amazing game, but…There is no denying this game is addictive and I had reached level 1300 but then I had a level that froze. I completed it and the timer stopped but it didn’t complete. This happened about 5 times and I gave up. I ended up uninstalling and downloading again hoping this would fix it. Unfortunately it didn’t save any of my progress and I’ve had to start again from scratch. The other annoyance is now I seem to be getting a lot of ads. Before I uninstalled there were zero ads. ✓ Has potentialI enjoy the game play with the exception of a few things. Some of the levels seem impossibly difficult. I like a challenge but I shouldn’t need to play the same level for days at a time and still not be able to pass it. The option to watch an ad for extra time or a free booster would help. Instead I have to spend a week collecting the daily bonus to get 3500 coins for some extra time. Playing the same level over and over for a week is no fun. ✓ DisappointingSince the latest update there has been changes which have affected the game play. It now costs 350 coins for extra time instead of 200 coins meaning that it can sometimes take me longer to complete a level due to having to wait for the daily gift. Free Boosters are few and far between than before the update and also the time you get per level doesn't give you enough time to complete unless you get extra time. ✓ 1 star for purchasing complaintI have seen more complaints about paying real money in the game more than any of the reviews here. That’s because what’s being said over and over by many said is true. You never accumulate enough bonuses and coins. It’s always extremely limited. Makes the levels more difficult and they are already MORE THAN challenging. Time on the level and in-level bonuses and tasks in the level are set up in a way that almost forces you to buy with real money. Everything takes so long..some tasks wasting more time than necessary. Characters that are already at a piece on the board, for some reason, don’t do the task and it waits for another “clone” character (who equally can do the same task) to run across the board, which wastes time..all the while there was a character already right there at the task you need to get done. Prices are quite expensive for so few coins. I have seen the complaint of pushing to purchase over and over again. This will seemingly, NEVER be changed. It was fun for a short time and now levels are getting nearly impossible. Resources needed to complete levels at the end suddenly all come up as resources you don’t need, all the while the time is running out. Expensive pricing and pushing to buy coins is a HUGE complaint being ignored and many feel exactly this way..Version: 2.15.0

✓ Don’t waste your timeThis is a game that can be fun however when you make it so difficult that it takes days to advance to another level it takes the fun out of it. They don’t offer any rewards and when they do the developers made it so difficult and to get them. There are some levels in the challenge mode that stop giving you the items you need to open doors or save rage victims. So what are you suppose to do when the newspapers or food isn’t being offered and the time is still ticking? ✓ Booster Cost jump from 1900 to 6500?Y’all asking for update, well it’s here and you’d better update your wallet too. Can’t believe such a steep jump for cost for boosters. Also it seems every other level requires a booster to pass. I know inflation is everywhere, but this is crazy! Once I deplete my coins, not plan on buy any more. About the game play: fun to play. A different kind of time management. You juggle people resources and the tasks to be done on time. One thing annoying: once person is freed, why don’t that count as rescued and stop clock? But rather, game tags on the distance for the oerson to finish run to the truck or exit… UI update: idk modern is the right word. A couple issues: 1). Now you require TWO taps to get to daily reward screen, why cant you just auto pop up that? 2) how do you USE hearts from friends, if that’s there at all, not intuitive to find..Version: 2.18.3

✓ Ads have ruined gameI understand ads to support the game. First of all, the rewards that you now get for the event where you finish 5 levels are pathetic. It used to be 24 hour of lives and a little bit of money which I was neutral on. Then it went to 12 hours of lives, 15 minutes of the help that generates supplies and coin. This one I loved. Now you only get 10 minutes of that help and coin. The problem is now there are ads after every level and you only actually get to use that help for about 5 minutes because of the ad interruption. The ads quite often malfunction and when they do, I have to play the previous level again. I usually only have challenge levels to play. I am assuming that they are randomly generated by the game but it seems that I only get the super hard levels which sometimes take days to be able to beat. Even with the difficulty, I get the same levels over and over about once a week which is boring. We also used to get a chest we could open every 2 hours and now we only get it sporadically. Sometimes I can get 5 for the whole day and other times it only appears once. This game used to be fun but with the rewards getting to be lame and the ads, you have lost me as a player. It is also obvious by reading the reviews with the same complaints and the lame excuses that you do not care about keeping the players you already have..Version: 2.12.1
