✓ A great remake of a classicI don’t know what all of these low reviews are all about. This game is obviously a remake of the classic “alchemy” app, but with many improvements. I agree that some of the combinations are a little odd and there were a lot of missed opportunities on some other combinations, but the graphics and the overall ease of combining elements is fantastic. I think people just get frustrated with this game when they hit a wall, but the hints provide great support there if needed. Overall, a well crafted game and well worth the download..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Solid Doodle God experience.Overall pretty good. I did notice a few of the original elements such as those pertaining to Alcohol and Tobacco appear to have been cut, probably to keep this game more family-friendly compared to the original. The voiceover almost sounds like a Morgan Freeman impression (unless, against all odds, it is Morgan Freeman himself, but I’m strongly leaning toward impression here), which is fitting as he played God in Bruce/Evan Almighty. It’s also really cool that said voiceover has redubbed all the original success / failure lines from the original game when you achieve / flub a new combination, respectively. Rated 4 out of 5 stars for some of the elements from the original game being missing and not every element appears on the planet when you make it, but if I could give 4.5 out of 5, I would, because this game is worth it..Version: 1.1.1
✓ Not too specialSo I liked the original doodle god games, but I don’t think there’s as much new to do here than they make it out to be. The events “Halloween” and “Christmas” etc, are fun but short. I don’t really think there’s much more this game can be and they should stop making these games bc there’s no where else for the franchise to go. Also they removed a few funny elements like s*x which wasn’t bad in of itself but I can see why. Worth maybe a couple of days, but just the afternoon if you played the last ones..Version: 1.17.0

✓ Wanted feature.In the original game, there was an option to dim the elements that had no reactions left available. I’m tired of clicking through all the elements trying to find that one reaction I somehow missed when fast clicking through each element in a group. I don’t know how I missed the mushroom element, even though the reaction was available since nearly the beginning of my play through. Missed it several times and the two groups had been complete for a while. Please as this feature back into this version. It’s the only thing keeping me from rating 5. I am now MUCH older (in my 20s) and this game is still just as fun and now even more sleek on Apple Arcade. Would recommend to anyone who loves a good time passer as well as the grind of collecting things, this game does a great job of making you fulfilled. For people who enjoy simulation games, collection games, hobby games. No pressure, just discovering new elements and trial and error. Keep it up! ✓ Good when’s the updates??I have played the updated version and although good so I have upped the rating I still stand by what I said. This game is really good I used to play this in school on the computer reminds me of that the graphics are amazing but as many people have said it was very quickly completed I think it took me 1 day and a half between work and I’ve just been waiting for the update since??? Otherwise it’s just taking up storage space. ✓ Reset part of my progressThis is a really good game except for one fact, I was on evolution + and had gotten past 306 elements when all of a sudden it said I had completed episode 2: the breakthrough and could now go to evolution + I got confused because I could have swore I was on evolution + so I backed out of it and went back it and it reset my progress back to the amount of elements I had when I had first unlocked it. I’m sure it’s just a bug and this is a really good game so please fix it for me! The one thing that was rather frustrating was the incorrect progression, I had skyscrapers and cars before I even had humans. I would like to see an extra combination for more complexity/thousand more combinations - for example; Metal + Glass + Wood = House I’ve reviewed at 4 stars because in its current iteration the game is incomplete - challenges are locked and further chapters are “Coming soon”. The gameplay of discovering which elements conbine together is less of a puzzle game and more of a pick random elements. Some of the combos are clever, but as you go on many really do not make sense as things you would guess. They only make (partial) sense in hindsight. That said, good game. It kept my attention. ✓ Decent Remake of a classic genre of GamesThis game is a wonderful, beautiful remake of a game in which I used to play years ago. For all those who have played Doodle God, Doodle Devil, or Little Alchemy, this is a great game as it adds wonderful graphics and designs with many of the important elements being added to the world once you’ve discovered them. This type of game is not for everyone as depending on your experience with the game, the game can go very slow or very fast (the game definitely speeds up once you’ve discovered Humans as they are able to interact with almost every group of elements, but that can be expected) Due to it being an Apple Arcade game, it does seem more child friendly than it’s past versions so I won’t keep my hopes up for a Doodle Devil remake..Version: 1.1.2

✓ Quality mixed with frustrationThe Doodle God series has always been this way. On the one hand, getting a new combination is satisfying and seeing it reflected in the globe is a magical experience. On the other, after you’ve made all the reasonable guesses, you’re left with either using a hint, or going through every possible permutation of every new element you have unlocked. Worse, the game will periodically unlock recipes from old ingredient combinations, meaning that just because you tried a combo half an hour ago doesn’t mean you don’t have to try it again. All in all, the game is unique and entertaining enough to justify playing, but it’s far less a puzzle than it is an exercise in mashing things together. Finally, the apple arcade version is graphically incredible as you fill out the globe… but it’s also incomplete. Though if you’re already a subscriber, you might as well give it a shot..Version: 1.1.4
✓ Cool new features BUTAs a player who finished the old Doodle God games, this game feels like a downgrade. I really appreciate the stylish visuals and animations, they’re really adding up to the immersion of the game. However, there are much less elements now. The game lets me discover a vampire and a futuristic city at the same time. I’ll be waiting for the future updates..Version: 1.1.4

Even know I’m like a 10 year old kid I like it and it is fun for at least all ages and that’s just my opinion but you should probable get it like nothing coasts and it’s free so yea and if you like adds I seriously have no clue because I have a add blocker so yea you should definitely get this I like I only imagine you would like it to..Version: 1.15.0
