✓ My satisfaction is immeasurableWhen I downloaded the Mr Beast Burger app, I was merely a lost, hungry soul, looking for any means of edibles to fulfill my hunger. I did not know what I had signed up for when I hit order. The driver did not have to call me to tell me he was outside my door. No. The sweet aroma of the grilled cheese had already seeped into the comfort of my home, alarming me immediately of its arrival. I dashed for the door, and when I opened it, I was mesmerized. The delivery guy stood there, with the largest smile spread across his lips, my food in his hands. “Xen?” He uttered my name out, his eyes scintillating in excitement. He knew what was in that bag, and he knew what was to become of me after I have had it. I nodded, taking the bag, thanking him, and of course leaving a tip for delivering what would soon to be the best meal I have ever had. My hands found their way onto the bag, almost ripping into it. I could not wait. There it was. Burger. MrBeast Burger. I bit into it, my heart beating erratically, and my nerves swelling at the taste that slowly settled onto my tastebuds. In seconds, tears began cascading down my cheeks. I did not realize they had until no trace of the burger was left. That was when I realized: this was happiness. And everything I have experienced until this day has been nothing but a mere distorted reality of what I thought brought me serotonin. This was it. ✓ Order incorrectBurger and fries are delicious. Love the fact that most places are delivery only and it helps the food delivery apps out, but please make sure the order is correct. I paid extra for bacon and did not receive it. So as delicious as this burger was, I would rather go to a place I can physically check while I’m there to make sure my order is correct. ✓ Best burger I have ever hadI had a great experience trying the beast style, the meat was good and looked like the same thing I ordered on the app, no wrong orders, the burger was great but kinda expensive but it was worth it, I wanted to try this for a while and let’s say my experience went better than I thought. I recommend this place because I actually got the thing that I was paying for, the app showed the meat chunky, I got chunky beef. ✓ Great experience!My 11 year old cousin is a huge Mr. Beast fan and the #1 activity he wanted to do while visiting California was eat a Mr. Beast burger. I had no clue what this was all about and I’m here to say that this concept is so cool! Ordering the food on the app was user friendly and finding my nearest location was simple. The key to truly enjoying the best burger possible is to eliminate the food delivery service and order for pick up. Not all locations offer pickup, however, when reading other comments it seems that long wait times for food delivery decreased the satisfaction of the food. If any of Mr. Beast’s people are reading this, thank you! My cousin (who lives in Denmark) even took home the burger boxes to show his friends, his life’s mission is complete now..Version: 5.0.33

I hope you keep doing smart business moves like this because you have crazy potential if you play your cards right. Just ate a burger and it was good but it would have been BETTER if it came in insulated packaging so that it wouldn't get cold. Also. The app is buggy and very poorly designed. I recommend new devs. I know you probably wouldn't do that but compared to the design and ease of use of other delivery apps this feels like it was made in a few days. I’m a college student and I’m confident I could make a better app than this. (you could start by making the delivery instructions option be able to hold more characters.) some people do not live in an open area and we choose to not use delivery apps because they always deliver to the wrong address. One note for the app that I noticed was when I received my order I was missing my drink for my order. I wanted to go and see if I would get a refund or just simply state that I was missing something but there was no option to do so. So something for MrBeast and his team to think about when coming out with a new update, I would just add that because it would be very helpful if there was ever a larger portion of an order missing for others.
