✓ Great game, not as many ads as othersFor once, it’s great to finally find a fame that doesn’t have the same insane amount of ads as other games just to play the game. Instead, ads are used in this game to get hints or extra rewards. Previously the game didn’t even require anyone to view ads for more hotel items. There used to be no quantity attached to hotel items making it so easy to satisfy every guest. With the newest change it’s still very fair. The game also provides really interesting story lines for the cases and to each character. A lot of effort put into such a meticulously written game. Love the overarching story line, the mystery, and the puzzles/gameplay. Overall 5 stars..Version: 1.5.1

✓ LOVE but need MORE LEVELSI love this game sm. the regular detective levels and the case files. it’s so interactive and u gotta solve stuff. so fun and engaging. unfortunately i finished the entire game in like a week. I NEED MORE LEVELS. the hotel part is nice as well - keeps u busy (a little odd that a detective owns the terror hotel though…). the garden is cool but that needs updates too - i completed the whole thing and there are flowers that were never used and now i’m just stocking up on seeds and fertilizer. the business trip aspect is unnecessary..Version: 1.5.7

Super coolThis is a challenging detective game where the detective is trying to find his / her father, it’s really cool how the DEV team (who ever they are) were able to create these amazing characters! And do amazing animation! Plus the father leaves him/her 3 hotels to manage! It’s very difficult and challenging but if you don’t give up you find the answer easily! ✓ Very Fun Game!!I’ve had this game for a while now and I absolutely adore it. Everything from the art style to the gameplay in both the main plot lines and the case files. And there aren’t many adds at all unless you want extra rewards. If I had a few suggestions they’d be making diamonds less difficult to get/not as many are needed and more levels. I understand pumping out levels that feel accurate to the game takes time, so if a function that allowed players to send suggestions or help fund the updates would be highly appreciated. Either way, if you’re looking for a game that has fun puzzles and a cute art style, I highly recommend this game!.Version: 1.5.5

It'd a really fun game, I've loved it so far! In actuality this is the only mobile game I’ve ever completely beaten. Really looking forward to more, as of this update we still haven't found the father. One thing I did not like is that with the most recent update everything I purchased disappeared. ✓ Great GameAlthough there are many ads, the gameplay is still enjoyable. There is, however, a tiny complaint, in the hotel, when buying the wall paintings, there is a painting called “Duchamp’s Mustache”. Perfectly fine painting, even so, it is not an art piece by Duchamp. It is an art piece/photograph of Salvador Dali. Silly complaint, but I would like that to be changed. ✓ Great game!It’s a good game to kill time and the story is interesting. There are two different types of gameplay implemented; solving cases and running a hotel, which I think is a great way to stop the game from going stale and gives players something to do while waiting for their energy to replenish. Furthermore, it’s good that the cases can also be done differently as well, from the text message like cases, the find the clue ones and the case file ones; you can tell a lot of thought was definitely put into this game. The hotels having different guests that range from common to rare is a nice addition too; hopefully more guests will be added in the future as well as more levels for the hotel and different amenities. Lastly, I also like that the game can still be enjoyed without constantly feeling the need to buy diamonds or energy and the ads don’t hinder gameplay in anyway and it’s not the most expensive thing to get rid of them permanently. Can’t wait for the updates and to see what the developers do next!.Version: 1.0.4

I’ve done all there is with the hotel except earning the coins. The cases are fun, but when they run out, the game will too. Hopefully the developers will keep adding cases. I don’t write reviews often but I love the fact it’s not too hard but still challenging and the ability to still earn the things you need by watching videos. ✓ Happy with this game, wish updates were betterI’ve been playing this game for less than a month. within this entire time i’ve played this game, i’ve completed every case. The response i got when it said after i had completed the cases was “come back next month for more activities” or something along those lines. Although it’s only a few days into the new month i was really hoping they would’ve updated and released more to the game. i’ve spent so much time on this app, and i do love it which i will continue to play even if it’s just the hotel portion, but i have also watched over 150+ ads just to get the different kinds of furniture and staff members (there’s 5 staff members in each hotel and they’re all 10 ads each or 15 diamonds which you can save up diamonds in daily check in or you can buy them which i don’t want to put money into this game, either way it’s 50 ads alone to get each staff member in the hotels which i don’t mind at all just wish there wasn’t so many). this game really does have so much potential and it’s one of the best games i’ve played. ✓ Loved it until added transportationI have loved the other games these developers have put out and i read great reviews from others so i decided to get it. i love this game so much and i played through all the levels in a day or so. however, once i was finished i still came into the app and checked into my hotel but since the update with the new way of getting items for your guests, i haven’t been back to play it. i feel it takes way too long and doesn’t even get every item and all the guests complain and leave, leaving me with no coins. so i can’t upgrade things in the hotel because i can’t get the coins but i can’t get the items to get coins because it takes way too long?? i feel like they should have put a longer timer to like a minute or so on each item after its use but still give us unlimited..Version: 1.3.0

Anyways, maybe this is only an issue with me, but the things you create in the winter garden all require the same exact flowers: cats paw, the music one, and one of the purple flowers. I also noticed the titles for the merry go round and the ice elk are swapped. I wouldn’t complain, but it’s gonna be a pain to get enough of only those 3 flowers to make everything. As a detective the situations that are presented that you have to figure out seem well thought out and designed professionally. There are a wide variety of “mysteries” you are given to be solved, yet none of these missions given seem to be thrown together. Not only is the story and options entertaining, the art is very enjoyable to look at! With the hotel also having structure, many objects, people, and things to design, there isn’t much to be left to desire. This game does not require you to spend money unlike many other games in modern day society, so you can play to your heart’s content without money being an issue. ✓ AwesomeI just went on a cruise and didn’t have wifi for socials, and this is literally all I did. It was so fun and was perfect while I was at the restaurants waiting for my food to come. I eventually ran out of levels and it was annoying because I didn’t have anything to do after that, and I couldn’t update the app. (no wifi) Now I’m updating it and I’m about to get on my airplane home, so hopefully it works and theres more levels. I think that the levels have been getting to challenging, and it makes it less fun, but it still is a way for me to spend my time. UPDATE!!!: Its been like 4 months, theres still no new levels. Its getting annoying, when I finished the last level it told me there would be new levels each month, but still no new levels. Which is false advertising.. ✓ GREATEST CASE GAME EVERThis game is more than a 5/5. The graphics are gorgeous and the characters are so cute. The case stories seem fairly easy but they’re very complex and it makes it worth the hard thinking when you get it correct !! The hotel is great and it feels fulfilling having 5 stars on it. There are many great aspects to this game but one of them I would say is how easy it is to make money. I have 1.62 MILLION coins and i’ve reached the greatest level of stars in the game. Now since this is an on going game the only annoying this is how there isn’t more levels yet. BUT They have case files you can solve based on the actual crimes you complete which is a great rebound for when you don’t want to wait too long for the rest of the game to finish. ✓ So fun!I enjoyed this game more than any other game I have on my phone! Like I can buy things with the gold/diamonds I get, OR watch videos to buy them. It doesn’t force a bunch of unwanted ads on you, which makes the option to watch ads for items/staff a much nicer offer. ✓ Great gameThis is a fun interactive game for kids. I enjoyed building the hotel and unlocking new characters, amenities and rooms. I also enjoyed the mystery quests. I love how simple it is to gain lots of coins and buy items by watching ads, not like other games where it takes months or it’s nearly impossible and no longer becomes fun unless you spend actual money. I love the amount of energy it gives because when I run out of energy, I already got through like 8 of them. I love the cases since they’re not repetitive and it changes for each level. And the case files were really interesting since it’s something completely different from the regular cases. I love the addition of the hotel because when you’ve ran out of energy you can just work on your hotel and nothing is too pricy so you could just watch ads to receive things. The storyline is absolutely fun and thrilling. My one complaint is that…I want more!! Where are those updates!? While waiting for any new updates, I’ve resolved to just trying to get every room and furniture item there is. ✓ Happy as can beI got this game thinking it’d be like all the other ad filled messes, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was actually a really good game. Yes, there were a LOT of ads, but they were spaced out to the point where it’s not absolutely miserable like the others. I’ve seen some reviews talking about how nothing has been added to it in a while, and that’s fair, but I think it’s ok for mobile games to come to a natural end, and that’s exactly what this one does. ✓ Good game to pass the time!I love puzzle games and I always have my phone in hand to fidget with. The cases were a bit easy but some of the puzzles I actually got pretty stumped with. I didn’t know there was a hotel aspect until leaving the case menu but I quickly learned how easy and addictive it was to take care of the hotel goers. There’s not many ads and I’m grateful for that. Making the game have unlimited short ads to unlock furniture was a plus for me, as I love to multitask when playing this game. ✓ You’ll love it til you hate it.I enjoyed this game, but the amount of ads you have to sit through is insane. You can pay $2 to remove them, but this only applies to the ads in between levels it doesn’t completely eliminate them from your gameplay. You want staff permanently at your hotels? (150 ads), you want furniture? (210 ads), you wanna garden? (too many ads to count). There’s NOTHING you can do in this game that doesn’t require you to give up 45+ seconds of your life watching an ad. I only sat through them to kill time, but now that I’ve done all there is to do I’m bored & from the looks of it they haven’t actually updated the game in a LONG time..Version: 1.5.4

✓ Had To Take A Star Away From My Previous ReviewI absolutely love the game but this is like the 4th update with no change. No new mystery quests, no new characters, no new items, no new area to add, just nothing new. I am constantly checking the AppStore to see if there is an update & when I see one I get super excited and then I am super disappointed when it downloads because the updates do literally nothing every time. I really don’t want to delete this app cause it’s amazing & I love it but I’ve been done with everything possible in the game for like 2 months now. Please add some new mystery quests or characters or items for the existing characters, anything would be better than updates that change nothing. Very upset about this honestly because I love the game. The last thing that was added was outfit changes for your character (which adds nothing to the gameplay) and even that was like 4 updates ago. But ever since I completed all the levels and cases I’m stuck with just the hotel portion, and yes I do like the hotel portion but whenever I get bored of the hotel I have nothing to cure that boredom for I have nothing else on the game to do. I would love to see more levels and cases because I would hate to stop playing the game, and in my opinion the cases were my favorite part of the game. But as soon as I finish the hotel portion of the game and this is no update I will no longer play the game, and my brain will tell myself that I need to delete it because it is taking up storage, and it is no longer necessary to have because I do not play it. I love this game and would hate to see it go, once I finished all the levels it told me “please look forward to it” and just referred me to different games. ✓ I need MORE levels. please :)I’ve never written a review before so that shows how much I liked this game. It was a very smoothly operating game. A lot of games like this tend to be choppy but this is one of the first game in awhile that I enjoyed playing. However, once I reached level 83, there were no more cases. I’ve read the reviews and I see a lot of people have the same problem where it promised more levels every month and we still haven’t gotten new levels. I’ve seen the developers response to these reviews and they’re very vague and don’t give a timeline. So Mr/Ms Developer, if you’re see this, can you give me an eta on when I can be expecting those new levels? And if they aren’t coming every month then you really shouldn’t state that it is cause that’s false advertisement. Also I saw a review saying that the levels got a lot harder as they went on and it stopped being fun. I understand that they should get increasingly more challenging, but some of the higher level challenges were difficult because the solution didn’t make sense. It was like putting 2+2 together and getting 67. I liked the game because it was a brain exercise but towards the end it felt like the hints were just randomly placed and I had to start using more hints to make them make sense. ✓ Genuinely goodI don’t normally write reviews, but this game is seriously underrated. I’ve never heard of it before but I wanted a fun game on my phone to pass the time and I love a good mystery plot and renovation game so I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. They have 11 levels out so far now and are promising another in the future which I am excited for. You can solve different cases from theft to murders and some of them are pretty difficult to figure out, but luckily you have the option to watch an ad instead of using your diamonds or money for clues, it’s bearable though because there’s no other ads within the game which has also been very nice. You also get “notes” from people who stay in your hotels and their stories are so interesting to collect and read, I got so invested in my two favorite characters story (they interact with each others stories), Ross and Jake are strangers at the beginning of the game but a series of letters reveals a meeting and love story that was dramatic but sweet and the murders are all unnecessary and funny but they follow a main theme of being connected to one organization that you get to learn more about in the mystery solving part of the game also the art for the game is so simple but cute and it’s makes it that much more enjoyable. 10/10.Version: 1.5.4
