✓ It's an okay gameI would have given this more stars but I have a few issues with it. It's too short when it comes to solving the cases (takes 1-2 days too after downloading). I would love it if there was more cases or even hidden things to get other endings. Currently, it's just an idle game with nothing to spend the coins on. It takes days for the stars to even gather up. In my personal opinion, it would be nice to be able to do more instead of just replaying the old cases and letting the found just sit there. ✓ Good Game but…The game is overall mediocre ? I started playing because I saw an ad about it & thought the premise was interesting! The ad was accurate but it seems there are a lot more texting levels than anticipated. I’m taking off two stars simply because of the sheer amount of ads! To earn Diamonds there is no other alternative method rather than watching ads, it’s either ads or cash. When you are done with a level an ad plays, whether you clicked double coins or not. To earn staff you have to watch ads (10 ads if you want to have them permanently), to earn furniture decorations an ad, in between screens an ad. There are far too many ads and it takes away from the enjoyability. In addition, the ads are also WAY too long! The ads range from being 1 minute long to 3 minutes. The only way to get stuff done is ads or diamonds (which can be earned but ADS or by paying for them). The premise is nice, but it doesn’t seem to have a main story line which really doesn’t help its cause because it has no reason for me to stick around and continue playing it..UnundreaVersion: 1.0.7

✓ Great game but..I love playing this game but it has way too many glitches and ads.. the worst part is that the glitches occur with the ads. Every time an ad plays it kicks me out of the game and that’s very often and then forget watching an ad to get a hint.. always kicks me out then I have to restart the whole level and it takes away my energy/ lives. ✓ Loved it until the recent updateI actually really enjoyed this game. I loved the case files especially, since they were more in depth than the regular cases (i wish there were more). and taking care of the hotel was really fun UNTIL they recently made a change that instead of purchasing the amenities for the guests, they have now have to be “transported” so i’m constantly running out of the amenities. the amenities for the guest are also now timed, so if i run out of something and can’t give it to them, they leave unsatisfied and their favor for the hotel decreases. the only way to get them quickly is to watch ads. well when you run out of all your amenities in a matter of seconds you end up having to watch ads every 5 minutes and im simply not doing that. sad to say that as long this “transportation” update lasts i probably won’t be playing the game as it’s a major inconvenience and really spoils the leisure appeal the game had..Pixelgamer3000Version: 1.2.0

This game has such a great premise, but I had a very difficult time understanding and playing it with all the grammar issues and difficult to read sentences. I understand the English language can be quite tricky to speak, and I say that as a native speaker. If the developers are open to working with a native English speaker to fix the glaring grammar issues, I’d be super happy to change my review because this really is an interesting game. I love this game so much, it has so much potential… but when I was working on my hotel I bought the starter pack but I didn’t receive anything and when I emailed them about it they told me to send pictures I sent pictures and received response the next day. We emailed back and forth until they said that I have to talk to the billing team. ✓ Ad placementHello, I really like the game and so did my son. It works great on my iPhone but when my son tries to play on his iPad the ad placement makes it impossible to click on the clues. No fun when you’re trying to click on something and there’s an ad banner blocking your view. I get you need to advertise, but the constant ad running banner isn’t necessary. I don’t get that on my iPhone, it shouldn’t be any different on the iPad. Play the ads between the cases or to get extra perks, but don’t obstruct the actual gameplay.
