✓ It’s a fun game, but…Now that I’ve played this a while it is the most cash grab ads down the throat app I’ve ever used. Watching ads in between load screens watch ads after you’re done your trip. Now I’ve noticed you have to watch ads to send drivers on trips. Chill out. Offer ads to the free player to help them progress as a reward, don’t force it every chance you get. Also some of the trips take 30 minutes to an hour which is way too long for a phone game experience..Version: 1.2.5

✓ Great gameplay but there are glitchesReally entertaining gameplay, especially for a mobile app. It’s far and above the best trucking simulator I’ve experienced from the App Store but there are a few things that are frustrating. First, I know free apps need ad’s but my complaint is that gameplay doesn’t pause when ads pop up. You’ll be mid-turn on a highway, an ad will pop up, and your truck just plows on if you don’t lock your phone immediately. Ads need to automatically pause gameplay. Second, if you exit the game or the app closes while you’re on a job you’re screwed. Upon reopening the app your truck and trailer will be glitched apart(I have screenshots) and with no way of fixing the glitch all your progress is lost. This has happened to me with less than 100km left on a job which was infuriating. Both issues have work arounds but further dev to fix them at the source would make this game darn near perfect..Version: 1.1.6

✓ Too many bugsThere are way too many bugs and glitches in the game. Sometimes a truck will randomly drop on top of you in your lane and cause damage (as in it will appear from no where). Sometimes other vehicles will merge into your lane as you’re passing them and cause damage. Sometimes when you go through inspection the barrier arm will close while I’m still passing through and get stuck underneath the the truck. It causes damage and most times you have to cancel the job because road side assistance or refreshing the app does not help. It’s really annoying when it happens right after you’ve completed a long trip and to park up you have to go through another barrier and it happens. The traffic lights should allow you more time pull off before changing and fining you. You get more time waiting at the lights than you do actually at a green one. Sometimes the refuelling sign will stay on the gps screen after you’ve left the station which means you can’t see what direction to go in especially since not all exits have the red signs. Also to refuel mid journey should allow the player to pull over to the hard shoulder first before taking over the screen and once again causing damage..Version: 1.2.5

✓ Truck gameI’m at first I loved this game, even with some adverts it was cool but two updates later the adverts have trebled, and now you have to watch more adverts to get jobs and vip levels even tho I’m at lvl 34 are too low so jobs are limited. Why spoil the game like this? Also the customization tab for trucks the Skins and Accessories tabs are locked how do you unlock them? I was tempted to buy the ad free before the updates but now I’m seriously thinking of deleting it as making impossible to play and using the stupid more adverts tactics has made me think you’ve done this to make sure people buy it now instead of enjoying it like at first. ✓ New Games but there are lots of bugs.Hello Zuuks. Congrats on your latest release Ultimate Truck Sim. I actually wanted a truck sim to be just like yours with all the features etc. Since this is a new release, there have been things that I though were very surprising. I have seen so many bugs while playing resulting in my job not being complete. For example, why did the map suddenly disappear and when we drove on it, it made my truck go nuts and flying everywhere and damaging itself? Secondly, some of the traffic lights never turn green. Thirdly, cars always bang onto us and made them horn at us. Finally, the turning radius on my truck, I can’t even use a roundabout without hitting something on the kerb. I hope you will take my feedback into consideration and implement these bug fixes..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Good but needs a decent updateInitially this game is great and is everything I expected it to be however I have found some issues while playing. Firstly please add more settings for things such as gyro sensitivity as it is wayyy too high (I can make my wheels dance like Michael flatley) graphic settings needed & the option to maybe have a floating right side mirror on screen from cab view would be a plus. also being able to change button positions would be beneficial. these are just improvements in my opinion but the real issues are as follows….. Certain traffic lights stay red no matter what, also certain adds crash the game, I’ve also had random crashes while eating at a stop & also online lobby crashes, visually the hi/lo beam logo is opposite to real world please fix it 🤣 could also use more information about playing and certain things like I randomly triggered my jake brake but had no idea what I did… I’ve figured it all now but some help would of been great, also info about other in game incomes and other aspects of the game but after my nitpicking it’s honestly a great game, I can’t wait for the future of it 👌🏻.Version: 1.0.1

✓ Bugs and Glitches.The assistant mirror for right hand drive mode covers the right side mirror and makes it quite blurry, when I park up at the end of the journey, sometimes it won’t finish even though I parked properly…. I stop at a truckstop to sleep or eat and when I start the engine, the gears are glitched and I can’t move. I am now forced to drive back into automatic to overcome this problem and I am still worried that it will be glitched. The journeys are quite long when you get a 4/500 KM Journey, but not long enough. The gear glitch happened to me right at the end and I couldn’t reverse into the space, it forces you to rest when you park in a truckstop and doesn’t give you a chance to park up properly, the is no button to turn the engine off, fix it please. I am tired of not being able to get and money due to these glitches and bugs. Beware to everyone who plays, this game uses up all of your battery VERY VERY quickly. But if they fixed all the problems apart from the battery thing then this game is brilliant..Version: 1.0.3
✓ DisappointedI was so excited when I saw this game. Finally I can do my real job on my phone and not be payed 😂 but seriously it’s got some cool trucks, so cool I spent money immediately to get the Renault. The issues are serious tho. Map is the same no matter what route or job. Turn out of yard sit on freeway maybe two turns then back in a yard for drop off. Choosing to park trailer yourself for extra cash never works. You can be parked 100% perfect then it just teleports you back onto the road. The game has also just crashed randomly more times than I’ve got to complete a job. But worst of all is I bought some gold for like the 5th time cause I’m inpatient. The game took my money, crashed then never gave me the gold. ✓ Too many addsThe game thematic andgraphics are realistic and the concept is great. When I star playing the game the amount of adds let’s say was normal and acceptable, but now after and upgrade the amount of adds is annoying. Before after winning a bet for a load you just send your drivers to do the job and when they done you collect the money done but now I bet for a load and after winning the bet I’m obligated to watch another add - propaganda that before wasn’t there, which is really annoying especially now that I have more than 20 drivers working for me. That mean that I have to watch like 30 to 40 add in order to put my drivers to work. I love the game but for that reason I will stop playing if this continues and doesn’t get fixed. With this many adds now you guys trying to force people to pay VIP subscription but is not fair. What about the many hours of time that I put on this game??? ✓ Needs workThe game is great but i have found some issues which makes the experience troublesome. In one particular high it seems to have humps in the road that causes the truck to get damage or doesn’t allow you to speed. There is a site that when you need to connect the truck the container is facing the wrong way so you can’t connect and to make that worst you used up your offer goal but don’t get it back when you can’t carry the load. It would be nice if the customisation of lights on the truck made a difference to the experience. You add lights but in the dark it’s the same effect. ✓ Good but glitchyThe game was good but there was a lot of glitching out whenever I went out of the game and came back in it did say do you want to resume this load or whatever but whenever I went back in to it, it took me back to the highway not were I finished of. Another little problem is when I try to go online the game says you have to log in to your account but there’s no button to press to login. some good things about the game we’re when you go to servos or repair sheds you can get petrol and food you can also get sleep. I like how when you haven’t had enough food or sleep it has fatigue details along the outside of your screen but that is all I wanted to point out about truck sim.Version: 1.2.4
✓ Issue since the new update,Since the last update, the game keeps on telling me that It has detected a change in the time settings, so it has cancelled all my routes to avoid cheating, but I haven’t altered anything in the settings as to what it was before the new update, I have downloaded the new skins from your website, but now every time I try to open the app it tells me the same thing and then redirects me to this app page, I don’t know if it is anything to do with the new updates, but I didn’t have this issue before, other then this new issue it is an amazing game and would be worth 5*’s..Version: 1.0.6
✓ Poor.So firstly. Amazing graphics, stunning detail to the environment, vehicles, light sounds the lot. However…. And I live in Britain. Have my whole life and I was playing for a few days before I noticed this. Your driving on the right side of the road in the game… this is completely wrong. In real life. England. We drive on the left. And it blows my mind. How you can create a game so stunning and successful as this. Yet be to lazy to quickly google what side of the road we drive on and it’s very difficult to be drive in England. London to Liverpool, Southampton to Manchester, Hoover to Milton keens. And that’s only a few routes. But it’s very difficult to play a simulation game driving trucks in my home county and not keep getting pulled out of the game when I see what side of the road we’re on.. that’s why I’ve given 2 stars. ✓ Fix road & traffic light bugsWhen driving, there’s multiple lines across the road that causes trucks to almost flip and also damages the truck. Very annoying when having to drive long distances and have to constantly run into them. Also when you save & exit while either pumping gas or at a police checkpoint, when you return everything is frozen. Stop lights also take way too long. Even at some roundabouts, if you go through it on green, if your truck isn’t all the way through, still gives you a fee which is crazy. Also can we get some black drivers?! All drivers are white & maybe one hispanic…. Prices for trucks are also sky high. Bring them down just a little. Great game though, would love to rate it 5 stars but would also like to see the bugs get fixed..Version: 1.1.5

✓ Recent updateHi so this is a really good game to play it’s so realistic but since the latest update I’ve had noticed a few things within the game! ✓ 3 Out of 5 At BestI enjoy playing the game but I hate the amount of adverts they’ve allowed on it, soon as you open the game your met by an advert. The gold system you need to actually level up is an advert watching earn feature which is annoying because doing trips don’t progress you enough. A LOT of the traffic lights in the game don’t work, meaning your waiting for nothing or having to run a red and take a fine leaving you less profit and making for harder progression again. ✓ Could definitely use an updateI have had this game for a while and I do like it. It has many aspects that count for what could be a great game. I do feel but the creators aren’t putting more into the game. By this, I mean things like how all I’m seeing is the same roads. I even went and downloaded their game bus simulator. That game also has the same roads as this game. At that point I feel like there might be a hint of laziness to it. It’s cool that you can go long distances but at that point you would expect to be sing different roads and you don’t. This game doesn’t have as much glitching as you would think. Though, it does glitch sometimes. I think it does that mostly when you go very fast. Eventually it will start glitching. I do think the game should also allow you to have more drivers driving a truck without ads or something spent. It is limited to four drivers. It would be five including yourself. That could be seen as a lot but if I have 7 trucks, I should be able to have 7 drivers at the same time with no extra thing having to be done. I think there could definitely be more to customize for the trucks and you should be able to see the inside of the truck when buying. (Unless it’s there and I just don’t know how to do it.) The most annoying one is the traffic light problem. I have seen on some other reviews that other people are having the same problem so I know it isn’t just me. The problem with the traffic lights is that most of them, not all, but most do not change to green. You can be sat waiting at the traffic light for ages and they do not change. What is even more annoying is that when you cross over them on red, because they are not changing and there is no other option if you want to continue, you get charged 250 currency off your account. ✓ Dropped to 1 Star as the ads ruin any game play!😔Downgraded my stars after playing a couple of weeks. Biggest issue is the adverts. If you just want to drive a truck and not advance in the game then there is no problem. If you want to play the game as you’re supposed to the expect so far more adverts than you can imagine. Assigning 20+ drivers with jobs will take well over an hour and 95% of that time will be with adverts playing. The adverts are so bad that even tapping on something simple like settings will play an advert. If you value your time at all then don’t play this game. I’ve now removed it and maybe one day if I come back the adverts may be under some form of control. Below is my initial review after a few days of playing. Great game which is spoilt by a few things. First way too many ads, every time the screen changes you get an ad, this is worse than watching American TV which is plaster with ads. Second I think because of the ads the screen hangs and that sometimes causes the game to crash. Have to keep closing it to try and reduce the lag and crashes. Third gyro is far too sensitive and needs an adjustment option. Fourth just annoying you can’t see the traffic lights unless you keep at a distance and they change from green far too quick and take ages to go green again..Version: 1.2.2

✓ BrokenIt’s a great game and I love it the graphics are great but there are problems. I purchased the vip and didn’t get the money or truck but have access to vip server/missions? I cannot watch ANY ads. More settings are needed such as customisable button positioning, steering sensitivity and camera behaviour whilst driving/parking and also a vehicle rest option invade u get stuck on barriers etc. I think the tycoon is pointless as it doesn’t increase job money and all the workers and money you put into it you get nothing for it. There should be a free roam and when u go to a different county it should change to the correct side for driving and for some reason when u trim off motorway onto the slip roads your truck starts to bounce! ✓ Struggling at the very beginning.I was not even able to play this game. Because it never game me an option to sign in or login. I have tried deleting the app then re-getting the app 3 time and this game will not let me tap on anything to even try to sign in. ✓ Warning!Zuuks has made it very clear that they value ad revenue over anything, even played revenue. Even if you buy the bonus pack that includes “Remove all ads”, you cannot play without being inundated with them. The only possible way to play without ads being forced on you is to not build a company, and only self-drive low-paying ads that you don’t bid to get. And even if you do drive your own loads, there’s about a 20% chance that you’ll not be able to hitch up to the trailer, and if you do you have a 50/50 chance that the game won’t recognize that you’ve parked correctly at the destination and you’ll get no credit for the time you just spent driving. The company build gameplay is decent except for the aforementioned ad pollution. Watch an ad to earn the right to bid for jobs(4 bids at a time), then watch another ad each time you want to assign a driver to a job. And the jobs listing sometimes shuffles so quickly that you’re unsure if you are actually bidding on the job you wanted, thus you can easily end up sending a driver on a 5 hour job by accident when you intended to send him on a 1 hour run. Guys, you have a game here with great potential. Respect your players by not being so openly greedy for ad revenue, and work on fixing the stupid glitchy things that make smooth gameplay difficult. They have been problems recently firstly the trips are way to long even a 2000km trip takes about an 45 min it use to take 15 to 20 minutes and whenever you have to leave the game and you come back and restart it the truck and the trailer magically goes flying and damages the lode what is the point of wasting 30 min on a lode and when you start again the next day or next hour the lode is flying this has happened to me 5 times please do fix this issue as soon as possible. ✓ Great graphics, too many adsThe graphics are really good, but too cramped/small print to play on an iphone. The sales pitches and ads are driving me away…unless you plan and spending real money on this you’ll likely get bored because of lack of advancement. A couple glitches…sometimes the gear select button won’t respond. If you miss an exit or turn while driving, you’re screwed if there’s heavy traffic and vehicle crowd in behind you. ✓ Was expecting more but still has a long way to comeI was expecting quite a dynamic game going off the same developers who brought coach simulator but was quite disappointed. The game has decent graphics but needs more scenery and even buildings wouldn't go too far amiss. The Uk game experience is laughable as the maps do not look nearly as close to even a basic drawing of real life nor do road correlate with a map. Even basic motorways such as the M1 or M6 could bring more realism but from a mobile game I was not thinking of 1:1 scale replication. ✓ Could have some logistical improvements.The game so far is great, the concept and the progress makes the game unique than other games. The improvements I state is the way the NPC drivers change lanes. For example, let’s say I’m driving on the right lane and a bus is on the left lane. As I’m driving an I see an exit on the right and I kept driving forward, then out of nowhere the bus decides to change lane from the left lane to my lane to drive into the exit which causes a vehicle collision into me. Then I crash into the side railings and I hold up all traffic which isn’t great and it’s difficult for me to adjust my self. ✓ Suggestion for some tweaksThe controls I find are quite difficult maybe look at having option to connect controller or automatic driving so you can watch your truck and you can make decisions along the route option to watch your hired drivers. ✓ Bugs that really needs to be fixed big time!Every time I exit and save the game, I’ll come back to the game. For example, if I exit at the truck stop area and I fill up my tank, but in the middle of the truck being refilled or done filling, I exit and come back, it freezes. To undo it, you have to exit it. Then when it gives the prompt "warning you have a saved game or something like that," instead of clicking on "yes" to go back, click on "no" to find a new job! Please fix the freezing refill system immediately! So many of those games that I have to exit completed and not go back to the saved area is a huge waste of money because this game truck doesn’t refuel savor. ✓ New UpdatesGame overall is awesome. Love the graphics and the very detailed trucks. Not many ads either, love that. The newest update has messed up some game play. Many times at the beginning I can’t connect to the trailer (the rectangle around it is missing, arrow is there). Sometimes I connect and it goes flying in the air and I have to restart. Also many times there are double trailers. Tell us there are double trailers on the job before wasting all of my offers trying to get a single trailer job. Double trailers are way too long and never make the sharp turns with guard rails. Fixing these issues that now results with the newest updates will make this game great again. ✓ Taking the proverbial…I enjoyed this game so much to the point where I actually decided to buy an in game purchase - the ‘starter pack’ of a vehicle, 150k cash and most importantly - remove ads for £4.49. I’d hoped that this would allow me to crack on and make some progress, only to find that now I’ve paid to remove ads from popping up every single cut scene - I now need to watch an advert every time I want to send my driver to work when previously this wasn’t the case. ✓ LaughableOK, so it looks pretty and has little things like defogging and radio and blinds and stuff, but misses the actual game part pretty wildly. All routes are random with no real signage, every country drives on the right including the UK, all police etc. are German and there’s zero advance warning on the GPS so all of a sudden you hit an invisible wall because a weight station (again, every country for some reason) pops up. And the lack of a future map makes it impossible to plan fuel and rest stops. Steering is twitchy as hell and you’re always fighting the camera. Oh, and there’s random stretches that move you into contraflow oncoming lanes with traffic cones more immovable than Jersey barriers. Two stars because it…runs? ✓ NeutralI’m kinda neutral with the game at this moment. The game is pretty decent but the bus game is better. It’s a 2021 game and I feel like I’m playing a 2010 game. I pay a price for everything to be decent with ultimate but it just bothers me that the objectives are too much. I shouldn’t be forced to purchase 2, 3 and 4 offices at a time, or hiring 2, 3 and 4 people at same time and it’s the same with the trucks. I damage my truck every time, especially when I have the double load. The red lights are really long and if you run a little past them the price for the ticket is almost $300. Also, I see a mechanic shop but k never have to stop there due to nothing really being wrong with my truck. I think it should be a few flat tires or the truck running hot or something more realistic. The trucks drive ok and the graphics look nice. However, the monetisation is very aggressive and in-your-face from the moment you open the app. Spin this wheel, open this chest, pay to open another chest, watch this ad… after every delivery there is an ad, a massive long one that you can’t skip that has three parts. You can remove the ads for £10 which I felt was a bit steep, as I couldn’t be bothered to play enough of the game to know if it was worth it. Even with the ads removed you’d still have all the chests and gambles and pushy monetisation. So a firm no from me. Go get Truckers of Europe 3 instead, much less in your face and only £3 to remove ads..Version: 1.2.5

You’ve made sure as a company this app got loads of 5 star reviews before throwing in a massive update which has tripled the price of trucks, made sure players are forced to pay a monthly subscription and added more Ads. Let’s put this into perspective. Your company has 40 drivers. To send a driver to a job you need to pay 2 gold or watch a 30 second ad. That means to send all 40 drivers on jobs, you would have to watch 20mins of adverts. You would even watch more ads if you had more than one office with another 40 drivers. What an absolute waste of time and effort from your company. The way things are going, you’ll end up alienating your followers all because you want to make a vast amount of money in such a small space of time. I was so close to buying IAP’s until your recent update. You have no chance in getting any money from me now until you revert back to how it was..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Why are my employees getting paid every few days?I’ve been playing this wonderful game for months, created multiple office’s with many employees but I’m starting to notice payments being deducted every few days for my employees, and previously this was on a weekly basis. ✓ Perfect but one problemThis game is so good, I know this as I used to play on iPhone 7. Now your probably wondering why I’m telling you the name of my device, this is because I’m having a problem. I recently switched to iPhone 11 and the game is literally not playable. The menu, clutch (to drive, park and reverse), pedal and other things that are supposed to be on the sides are now nonexistent. You need to fix your resolution on iPhone 11s. My guess it that this also happens on smaller devices like 12 Mini, 6 and 6s and probably 13 Mini. I’m not 100% sure of that but you might as well check just in case. I would have rated the game 5 out of five but this is quite a huge issue that could make your company lose a huge audience. ✓ The worst game I’ve ever playedThe moment I started to play this game, I’ve saved up some money and thought of hiring employees so that my work could be done fast with some help of other people too, until I realised that was the most worst step that the game has made. ✓ Way too many adsMy husband na do have been competing with each other for a week now. We really like the game, but there are WAY TOO MANY ADS. You can’t do anything without one or two popping up. The 5 second ones because you can continue on what you were doing, but these longer ones, then wait another 5 seconds to make it go away then to have another pop in after because of a glitch. It’s pretty awful. Husband and I both agreed we would gladly pay to get out of the ads. We both have jobs and like to play a little here and there when we have a moment during the day, but really? It takes 20 minutes just to send your drivers out. Add a way to opt out of ads and I’ll be HAPPY to change this to a 5 star, keep the game and update my review.
