✓ Special eventSpecial event items aren’t working. I can’t open pet chests or small sacks, and I can’t harvest from huge toy box or tall ball bags. This makes it impossible to complete the tasks or unlock the land. This is the only issue I have with the game. The graphics are nice, the gameplay is smooth and more than comparable to similar games such as Merge Dragons/Magic/Mermaids. Game developers refuse refund. And now also won’t credit me with the purchased items. ✓ Lost m progress and part of my purchasesI’m very disappointed in this game is to be one of my favorites, and when the game was logged in on my new phone I logged into my account and it saved over as a new account instead of loading process. I lost more then half of my in game purchases and all game progress aside from the elves I had. I’m very disappointed with the way that Support handled it, because nobody ever got back to me when I explain the situation. Do not download unless you don’t mind starting over.
