✓ Poor customer serviceI have to say I really love this game but am forced to delete it because they never respond to issues never offer up compensation of any sort ( credit in the game when it doesn’t work and I lose credit ) they advertise porn games which I find offensive. The worst thing is the god damned adds, I spend more time watching adds than playing the game. It’s pathetic and wrong there should be a limit to the amount of advertising they’re allowed to show. They’re very slow in updating the game and I have yet to see the glitches fixed. It’s been months…. Poor choices mate poor choices. ✓ FrustratingI’ve played this game for months. Although, like everyone else, I find the ads annoying, they are essential to getting certain fish in the energy levels or getting extra gems or coins. Recently, my game stopped playing ads completely, which I loved. However, I also found they don’t play when I want to get the reward fish for advancing so many levels with the energy bolts. I realized I’d been playing so much with no reward at all & messaged the admin via the app. I received an email stating the problem was on my end & just needed to reboot. I did, nothing changed. I messaged again and again, nothing changed. I even uninstalled the app & reinstalled it w/ newest version, thus starting over, and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I used to enjoy this game as a way to unwind.. ✓ Please, please, please, enough with the ads!!!I like this game a lot but giving it two stars because the sheer frequency of ads is just appalling. Ads between almost every game, some of which are a minute or more, many that will not let you out of the ad without clicking a million times, and numerous ads freeze or shut down the game entirely. It is impossible to get into any kind of game rhythm let alone complete any of the challenges. Not to mention the coins and other rewards lost when the game shuts down. I usually play these types of games to relax, but this one just ends up infuriating me. ✓ Words aren’t enough to describeWords aren’t enough to describe how much I despise this app. The game is fun and it’s nice collecting fish and aquarium decorations. But I’m so sick of watching ads to not even get anything in return at all. I click the option to watch ads to get coins, and half the time, i get a stupid dumb message saying “loading ads” and I have to keep clicking many times until it loads an ad. When it finally loads the ad, I watch it, and don’t get the coins promised at all. I end up having to rewatch it to get the reward. But today it’s worse than ever. Now I’ve watched the ad 3 times and still got NOTHING after watching it. Basically I’m watching ads for nothing because I don’t get my promised reward. ✓ Jigsaw puzzle game.Tried to complete a jigsaw by completing games to get a piece for each game won. Must of played about 100 games to get 12 pieces as the rest were repeat pieces converted into coins. Feel like I could play all year and not complete that jigsaw..Version: 1.0.11
✓ Puzzle piecesMy frustrations took two stars away from this rating. I love this game. However, about couple of weeks ago those accumulated puzzle pieces was taken away if you stop playing this game for a couple of hours. What stressed me out is when I have stop playing and I have accumulated 7 to 8 puzzle pieces then when you resume the game and all pieces are gone. I have to start all over again. This happened so many times, I just deleted this game. It’s a shame. Update: it happened again. I had 3 pieces accumulated and I stop playing for awhile. I resume the game later, those pieces are gone. So I have solved this problem by open the puzzle every time I get a new piece to add to the puzzle. ✓ FrustratedI’m writing this review though I do like the game however the game keeps freezing up and you have to force close the game. But the other real issue is that in most apps you can contact support through the settings and someone usually gets back to you, but with this developer it’s not the case at all it takes an act of congress to get in touch with them you have so many steps to go through it’s ridiculous. You cannot contact them in settings in the app you have to go back into your game store and find the game and scroll down to the developers website just to try and write a review. Then you get all that done just to find out that this is a third party that developed the app for another party that you must enter their website just to get in touch with someone but how can you do that if you don’t know the WEBSITE🤔little confused. This is the only reason why I gave the rating I did because of the developers issue, I would have given a zero because of it but that’s not possible. ✓ Why a 1 star? One simple reason!Game is okay. Animation is okay. Fish are cute. Ads are ALL the time & several push through your silence settings, which is unacceptable. Finish a level, get an ad - annoying & obnoxious when it pushes through the silence button. Fix it or lose players. ALSO - only way to contact game is through App Store? Wrong! I should be able to send feedback without having to go through multiple apps, that’s just common customer service, don’t make your customers & players have to go through extra steps when they are already irritated! ✓ Fun Game but ads continually cause crashesThis is a very fun solitaire game--every game seems like a winning deal, the fish are so cute and I love that you win them as you earn coins from playing games and watching ads. HOWEVER, many of the ads have glitches that cause the game to get stuck, so you have to get out of the app and go back in sometimes multiple times, so you can play again after one of the glitchy, sticky ads. AND I can’t find an option to play without ads. It also seems to be getting more and more glitchy, so I’ll probably have to end up deleting it before long. ✓ Ok gameIt actually loses two stars because of obvious greed and the fact that you can’t sell duplicate fish. Give us all the new fish first and then if we want to go in and use coins to get repeats then that’s up to us. Also it takes many hands to get enough money to buy the fish. So then to wind up with a duplicate and not a new one is a lot irritating. I will not spend money on this game because the amount I would be willing to spend wouldn’t get me enough coins to even be worth it. I like that at least I can store the fish I don’t like, but I do wish that I could take fish to a different aquarium or sell them if I have multiple of them. The gameplay itself is fine I just have a problem with how few coins are given versus what you need. Update: game has been deleted. For some of the above reasons and a few more. When they give you the puzzle pieces to collect for a new fish there are a lot of duplicate pieces which is garbage to me. It has been over a month since I started playing the game and they have not added a new aquarium. Completing an aquarium doesn’t get you any rewards. The game is just not worth playing anymore. August 2022 decided to give the game another try. All the same problems exist. I hate not being able to choose my fish. Still stingy with the coins. The ad frequency is super annoying. ✓ Cute graphicsThis game would be great however not only does it continuously freeze up, it drains the iPad of power and causes the device to get very very warm. Like you can’t do anything after a game, then you can watch another ad to increase your earnings. So two ads back to back. Which usually is ok. It’s free so who am I to complain if there’s a couple ads? This leads me to my second complaint. The game causes devices to overheat to a point that your device burns your hand. But 30 mins or less of this game and my phone feels as though I left it on the sun to cook?? Something in the game is pulling entirely WAY too much from the GPU. So that leads me to my first point of long ads. If you’re already experiencing issues with over heating, the ads just increase the use of the game therefore causing your phone to get hotter. Every time I would be playing the game I would get bombarded with stupid ads and my time playing levels while watching ridiculousness would go up and had no control over it. I realize that in order for these games to be free the developers have to put ads in with their apps here…that is understandable but there is a time where it wasn’t so bad. Maybe every half hour to hr (on a lot of games and other apps) which was fine and it could be lived with no problem. There are very few apps of games where they are free but there is NO ADS but those are very few and far between. The lack of updates to the gem store doesn’t motivate me to want to save up. The fact that I can’t move fish I have won/unlocked/bought with gems around to the tank I want them in. Something about a fantasy styled tank with a caveman fish or a pool floaty fish just doesn’t do it for me. And please for the love of god release a $2 add free version. Ads are available for boosts and extra coins. That would be fine if they would play without crashing the app. They rarely do. 2. Ads are pushed every time an action is completed. Spin the wheel? Ad. Finish a hand? Ad. But wait, you can get more coins if you watch another ad after the one we just pushed to you. 3. Forget about listening to music or an audiobook while you play this game. ✓ What happened?!!I have been playing this game for about 2 weeks. It was really fun at first because of the different fish/fish bowls and accessories. I really liked the puzzles until I stopped getting the puzzle pieces. 1st puzzle took a while to complete but atleast getting the puzzle pieces was predictable. The second puzzle has become impossible to complete. I have been playing for 2 days and have not been rewarded a puzzle piece. The long ads alone are annoying but they were tolerable because I knew a puzzle piece was coming. ✓ Nearly impossible to get special fishThe game itself is alright. Every few days an opportunity to earn a special fish arrives, complete the jig-saw puzzle by earning pieces through winning hands. This holiday weekend I determined to get a special fish and the time frame fit perfectly. In order to earn a puzzle piece you must play only those games marked for that but only a small number of winning hands actually receive a piece and only a mush smaller number get a piece for the puzzle you are actually working on. I spent most of the holiday working towards getting the fish, I won hundreds of hands at 3-5 mins a hand for at least 6 hrs a day, usually closer to 9+ hours/day, and this morning I deleted the app because I still had not gotten the fish…I was hoping for an enjoyable game to help me relax, this was not it..Version: 1.0.5

What’s the point of having a hint button if the app is literally showing me where to move every few seconds?? Example of the puzzle pieces when at the end of the game it shows that you have won 2 pieces but then somehow they turn into coins and no actual puzzle pieces get allocated to to puzzle. You push the responsibility of your app’s bad ads on a third party that you hired to do your advertising. The ultimate responsibility is yours and no one else’s. ✓ I mostly love it but am wearing down.I’m in the middle with this game. When I started out, I loooved it!! But I’ve been playing it almost daily for 2 months now and I’m starting to get worn down with SO. MANY. ADS. There is not a “no ads” option for iOS, super huge bummer! A few other things…each aquarium is a new level but you have to earn/“pay” more for your aquarium components (fish, decorations) each level you move up. You earn diamonds to spend in a store, but there are only odd fish in the store, which is all well & good, but having other options for the use of the diamonds would be great. There is no incentive for the Daily Challenge (calendar icon in the game), let alone if you’ve completed the entire month. And after checking in for the Daily Bonus 7 days in a row you earn a rare fish, however, after you’ve earned the 4 or 5 they have it just starts all over with the same 4-5 fish. What I like about the game is, well, the game - solitaire. I think the fish are cute. The graphics are great & very colorful. I like the puzzle piece bonus but wish that was part of the multiplier for watching the ads b/c it takes so long to earn the puzzle pieces. And I looooved the Christmas aquarium. ✓ Meh 😒Ok so hear me out, this game is fun cute graphics, the fish are cute and it’s a solitaire game so I mean it’s pretty straightforward. Now, the rewards, man this game is stingy with coins, you only get 10 coins per round and each bowl gets more expensive the fish cost more with every new fishbowl you un lock but guess what? Your rewards don’t grow. There is a daily bonus you collect but you are only getting about 10-20 coins, then there is this wheel you spin three times but guess what in order to get your reward you must watch an ad. This game is ad heavy, after every play and ad pops up. As far as I know there is no option to pay so we can get rid of ads. So we are forced to watch them. I love this game but I’m uninstalling it until they fix this. Please if we are leveling up have it so our reward grows as well..Version: 1.0.5
✓ Cool, but way to many adsI love solitaire, and I love that in this game when you double tap to send a card to the top it will automatically pull up others that can go up. I have more than a few solitaire games and this would be my favorite, but… way too many ads. You play a hand and then watch an ad. You spin the free wheel, and watch an ad. You choose not to watch an ad for extra coins, and watch an ad anyways. Literally everything you do there’s an ad afterwards. It’s way excessive. I play solitaire to unwind, but this app doesn’t let me do that because I have to watch an ad every minute or so. And they aren’t the short ads you can close as soon as they pop up. There’s also an ad banner at the bottom of the screen, but I don’t find that near as annoying. For someone interested in collecting all the fish, it makes it extremely difficult. ✓ Honest reviewI have played this game since it started. The game was fun and the game ran well. Then it started getting slower and slower, finishing, but when it came time to close, the game would shutdown. I liked the game so much, I would literally micro inch myself thru to win, then the gaming owner or whatever, would pay out the shutdowns. So I’ve played on, but started noticing the game seems to be configured to take much longer to finish, ads became longer to close, and freeze. I finally got so frustrated I dumped the game. ✓ My phone is on fireHonestly I can deal with the adds, that’s understandable, I just like solitaire. But my rating isn’t just for the game, it’s also for what it does to my phone while playing. I can only play 3-4 games before my phone feels like it’s about to burst into flames. ✓ Parents Beware!!!This game has several highly inappropriate ads for children!!! The game is rated 4+ but the developers need to invest in some new advertisers and seriously clean up their act. I’ve been playing for several weeks & have no issue with the game itself, but the ads pop up very frequently and several have been excessively and increasingly raunchy. From audio book advertisements with real life actors to other matching games with smutty story lines & cartoon sexual content depicted that is very in your face from the start of the ad, the content is deplorable at best and pornographic at the worst. And the ads can’t be stopped or avoided. One would think a cartoon fish card game rated for children could do better. As a woman, a mother, & a teacher, I am highly offended. ✓ Lack of supportIt says it’s compatible with iPad yet it does not feature the ability to rotate the screen. So if you can’t stand up your iPad the way the game mandatorily wants you to play the game then you have to play it sideways and create a stiff neck for yourself. ✓ Extra fishI love having lots of fish tanks and having a variety of fish… but there is a limit to how many fish you can have in one tank… in the process of collecting all the required fish of one specific tank you end up getting multiples of the same fish you already have and need to put some in storage in order to make room for a new fish you have yet to acquire… I would like to suggest that maybe you offer a way for us to sell off the extra fish in our storage of maybe give us a special fish tank that we can use to put out extra fish in… a storage fish tank that can house any extra fish from any other tank that we may have put into storage… because as of now the only fish that can transfer tanks are the special ones.. but I would love this addition to my fish tank series.. thank you for your consideration.Version: 1.0.28
