✓ Need help meI tried to call you need person to person as you were unconnected twice times. I was mistakes to paid $41 a bill twice time a bill and I found that my banking. Please you deposit my banking back $41 twice ok thank you.Version: 1.9

Why offer the ease of an app if they won’t make sure it works? It’s funny, every other monthly bill I have works great, but not NIPSCO. ✓ NIPSCO sad attempt to help me as customer.I had always used the same user name and password for years, same bank account, password. Last year my bank account numbers We’re not accepted at NIPSCO, I kept getting sorry we can’t process your payment, I even called NIPSCO representative, I’m not sure what if any they said. I find out NIPSCO can’t accept my bank account number, with out using new two digit added to my checking account number. To late! I have lost my privileges to make my payments with out occurring extra charge. I received this from NIPSCO stating ,you have been “ dishonorable, or dishonored” you can’t use your regular payment method, for one year. And this also shows up on any back ground checks. So NIPSCO are you guys going to fix this problem, or will I still be on your Dishonered list..Version: 1.14
✓ Pointless Face ID featureIt makes no sense to have Face ID as an option when it prompts you every single time to enter a password! It’s so annoying. Otherwise, the app is great and convenient..Version: 1.8
✓ Needs some tweakingOverall the app works for what it’s intended purpose is. How you can make it better: 1. Allow me to set up a payment ahead of the due date. I would like to go in and set up the payment early. The app only allows me to pay on the current date. Not on a future actual due date. Before the app was developed I used another app to pay this bill and it allowed me to do that. You made it impossible for me to still use the old process and more inconvenient with the new one. 2. Be able to report outages through the app. This may be there, but I couldn’t find it. 3. Why do I have to pay extra service charges when I pay through the app?.Version: 1.9
