✓ Good app but non existent customer serviceI like Aness’s content and the app is a great way to learn about stocks. However customer service is non existent, possibly due to being teething issues. I paid for a month but wasn’t able to see any signals. Emailed twice to CS and direct message on the app. Wanted refund. NEVER heard back. Hope App Store will get me money back… (Apparently that glitch is sorted now but still I never received any reply to my emails) I also paid for year’s subscription as it said ‘cancel anytime’. But it’s not! You pay for a year in advance and there is no option to get refund for remaining months if you want to cancel. Overall it’s a great app but if you pay £150 you want customer service to exist!.AldjhdjakaVersion: 14.2
