✓ App and camera are not goodThe app kept changing the field scan times and overlapping scan 1 & 2. I had to call customer service because i wasnt getting any pictures. He was able to change the scan times to what i wanted. I received 5 or 6 pics and then it stopped again. I have a cellucore 30 trail cam with unlimited data. The camera is set to take pictures every 1 minute (I’m doing a time lapse of our home construction) so far both the camera and the app are garbage..Spacecadet77Version: 1.2.6

✓ If it ain’t broke…Why make a new app when the original worked fine! The new app is less intuitive and the pictures are way too small to view on an iPad/tablet. Pleas scrap this app and go back to the original. And should have a real landscape view!.JvomgVersion: 1.0.4

✓ Even worse than huntsmart appThe huntsmart app at least lets you add cameras from other makers. The bushnell app insists on you entering a valid bushnell cam serial number. Then it looks like you have to sign up for a data plan. Unless you do this you can’t use the app at all. Plus they want a phone number, as if they really need that. Trail cams existed before all this internet connectivity. Big companies do not need to spy on you to stay in business. If you need an app and paid account to use a trail cam, then return the cam and try finding one from a maker who respects your privacy..Haus blendVersion: 1.2.4

✓ Stay CLEAR of Bushnell Game CamerasI've reached out to Bushnell MULTIPLE times and they've ignored me each time. CelluCore20 is TRASH. Despite being set to send pics immediately (cell signal shows good, fresh batteries) it sends pics whenever or feels like it - sometimes days later. I can't get Bushnell to stand behind their product Also - in my subscription (which I'll be cancelling) or clearly states I get video downloads. Once they updated the app in Nov 2021 - I get an error EVERY time I try to. Getting Hi Res images takes DAYS If you like things that don't work and don't want the manufacture to stand by their product - maybe it's the right product and app for you. ✓ Pretty Good, Except!!!!The Bushnell IOS App mostly works quite well. There's a couple of quirks in the "Settings" menu and its functions. Like your changes don't always upload to the camera. I keep trying to change the name assigned to one of my cameras and it doesn't change. Another aggravating issue is the "Download Video" button is too large and positioned such that I am always triggering it by accident and there's no second verification request or option to cancel the download..Letgo pitaVersion: 1.2.3

✓ Bushnell cellucore 20 reviewThe camera is horrible, it WILL NOT take pictures more then 21 feet. Sent the camera back 2 different times for a new one and got the same results although Bushnell states it should take pictures on motion out to 90 feet. Don’t waste your time or money, go with a different brand of camera. I’m sure I’m missing all kinds of pictures when they are walking through my area past the 21 foot marker. ✓ App needs updatingCamera works ok but app could really use more features to make it on par with other competitors. I would like to see an option for daily check in photos, a way to view videos with out going and getting sd card (kinda defeats purpose of a cell cam if I have to retrieve sd card), also set up mode to view what your camera sees while putting it out in the field, and much more user friendly way to tag/label pics..8i!!Version: 1.4.7

✓ New Convoluted App. Don’t do it!!First review I have ever written on anything in my life. I am 59 years old. I wish I could give zero stars, but there is no option for that. I downloaded the app as suggested and used it for three days trying to be open in an effort to get accustomed to it. In order to use it in the evening I had to wait and wait and wait for the pictures to load. I finally got out of it and tried later and again later, and again. In order to delete pictures there are several more button pushes than there was before with the last app and then to go back and look at pictures to zoom you have to go out of the window to delete and go back to looking at pictures and then go back into deleting. It’s crazy! I finally deleted the new revision! I went back to the old system from October 2021. I will deal with opening the app, clicking on the green window suggesting to download the new version, then closing the window and going back into the old app to use the system that way. ✓ Loads slowly, if at all!Tap the app to open and it takes forever. Have tried q 10-15 times today and it’s actually opened properly twice. Tried on WiFi and cellular, horrible on both. ✓ No photo share or save optionThere is no way to save a photo to your phone, short of taking a screenshot. There is no option to share a photo via text message etc. I have Spartan cameras and Stealth Cam and they both have this option. ✓ Above averageTrail cam app is pretty good. Mine is fairly far away - a few hundred miles, so communication sometimes comes through at a much larger delay than advertised. Also any settings updates you put through to the cameras can take up to 12 hours to take effect or change back. I’ve also ran into a few issues where photo communication came through every 12-24 hours in bunches as opposed to semi instant. And I do have good cell service in the area of the cameras High resolution requests take longer than you’d expect as well. 24-36 hours. Given the $$ I’m paying - that is really annoying. But other than that - the app is good for what it is. It allows me to scout out my areas that I can’t access at a moments notice. Interface can be slow at times - but it works. Photos are at to above average. Wish videos could be transmitted given what I’m paying per month per camera…..J.woostVersion: 1.2.1

✓ Never connects in the evening!Been a Bushnell customer for years! Prior to updating the app it seemed that my friends and I couldn’t connect to the app in the evening. I was hoping with the update that issue would be rectified.. not! Now at least we get a message that the attempt timed out whatever that means. ✓ Pretty uselessThe description says you can access cameras and perform several tasks…but you can’t access cameras at all. You can register your camera and sign up for a subscription plan but that’s it. To access cameras you have to go to the website and sign in with your email and password. ✓ Pretty decentPretty decent app. User experience is a bit clunky in a few situations but overall not bad. Clunky meaning it takes a few steps or drills to do certain things. I like that I can select multiple photos, and would LOVE if I could select multiple and tag them with the same set of tags.
