✓ Horrible, Horrible, HorribleThe only reason I gave this one star is because you have to in order to put your review out there. After you play for awhile on gems for practice it eliminates the option to do so. That is their way of getting you to purchase coins. That’s ok and I get it….but when you enter a game for real money you should get to play. Yesterday and today I entered a game for $8.00 and the screen shut down. Yesterday when this happened I contacted the Customer support with a snap shot as they requested and have heard nothing. When it happened again today(which I should have been smart enough not to play) it happened again. I tried to send a message to customer Support and I couldn’t because yesterday’s message was still there with no reply. I contacted PayPal which refunded me the one charge but with todays charge they are being contacted through PayPal. I have played several cash game and at the end when you click Bingo, the button would turn a darker color or just not let you click it… causing you to lose money and your game. I have a balance available for withdraw and when I try to withdraw it the game prompts me to make a deposit for the same amount. Turns out you can’t actually withdraw the money you win. I tried to contact customer service and it’s just a bot that doesn’t give you the option to talk to someone. This is a total scam and is misleading people to give the game money and then not letting you withdraw it. I’ve reported the game to Apple. ✓ Hard passThere are better and more fair bingo games like pocket seven games. I can only get around 30-38k and that’s with mostly 200 points max per grab and people are always winning with 45-47k and that’s like two per game. Games more rigged then others and does not show videos of the games of people you face so you can learn a different strategy. They say same cards but no video history of your opponents makes it hard to trust. I would recommend pocket seven and play until they offer you to unlock tier system for 1 dollar that you can win back easily. Otherwise this one is 90 likely to be a scam/ripoff. They can reply to this message but I won’t read bull…. Response. Until they add video to watch matches of your opponent cards and moves. ✓ Real shameI would have rated this app 5 stars but almost all of my games where I’ve got a high score I have been automatically forfeited from submitting final scores to the game. The error says due to my internet but my connection is fine and works with other games and also no problems if I get a low score. ✓ The game is riggedI don’t know why more people don’t see what I see: this game is totally rigged! I say it from personal experience of someone who is extremely good at Bingo and have been very successful on several other game apps, such as Bingo Cash and Bingo Tour. There are practically no rewards, a few gems the most you can ever get, and minuscule cash rewards once a week. Whenever you gather enough gems or pennies to play for money, you can never win regardless of how well you played and how high your score is, there will be others, with fake profiles/avatars ahead of you, even if you are playing in the middle of the night. I am sure you have heard of algorithms? Well, here they block you from winning any cash, which makes this app a total waste of your precious time. You can get every ball as fast as possible, and even get a full house and somehow you lose. Then, when you try to withdraw any cash, it tells you that you have to deposit that amount. When I started, I had $70 in winnings, but when I tried to withdraw $50, it said I have to deposit $50 first. Absolute scam. And I can’t even say it’s fun anymore because it just irritating. ✓ Super angryYourmomma321 My first one got taken down. It’s now been over 48 hours since I’ve received standard message from support asking about rewards from inviting friends. I only received three out of four yet it shows I have four friends and have battled all of them. I’m still new to the game myself so this doesn’t look good. Plus I didn’t even mention the fact that none of them received the$3 the invite says they will receive. They all only got $1 which makes me look bad. I totally enjoy the game but doesn’t make me want to deposit real money if I can’t get simple help from customer support.
