The graphics are nice, there is ALOT of variety in how you make your squad and gear them up, and the skills of each member actually has meaning with how you use it. The combat itself is definitely better than I thought it would be. I actually enjoy watching the animations and even the video clips of your ultimate abilities. A lot of games that try to hit this genre never put enough effort into the detail of combat as they should, you guys nailed it. Great game! ✓ Awesome gacha rpgIf you are looking for game similar to summoners war or raid, then give this a chance. It is just launching but it definitely has a lot of potential. The game is very f2p friendly and gives out the premium currency for just about everything you do. Don’t expect any game to be fast especially a gacha game. This is the type of game that takes time, so be patient and grind. There is a lot of team compositions to work with and as the game grows that will expand. ✓ Cool story and cool charactersI love this game so far, I’m at chapter 2 at the time of writing this and it’s rare I keep a tactical strategy game on my phone, theirs just enough stuff to micromanage to make it fun yet not to much to where I feel like I’m tapping gifts more than battling, RAID is good and all but I like the way this game looks and feels a lot more just because it isn’t so over the top that it feels like only cinematically good, everything fits well into each sequence, definitely recommend this game. My only complaint is that this game has way to much verbiage in its story line. I wanted to show it off to people but they lost interest by the time I could get to a fight. I also felt uncomfortable because the tutorial just never seemed to let go. I needed it for a little while as I am really just getting into playing phone games but there were times I wanted to start doing things on my own like level up and the auto tutorial was like no select HERE blink..blink. These things should be introduced at different points in the game inmyop. It was so controlling I started to wonder things like how random is my random character or is he just part of the story. ✓ FantasticGreat overall game. If I could make a suggestion though with the champion Godfrey, I love that character but he seems a little underwhelming for a legendary. You should change his A2 attack to an AOE with the chance of the debuffs effecting everyone. Then he will truely be a force to be reckoned with and worthy of legendary. Also you need to either rework some champs or add more with debuff status effects in AOE. For example there are not many champions that cast defense down or resist down on a AOE scale. Debuffs are very lacking in that terms. The tanks and defense up are overwhelmingly overpowered in many aspects of the game including arena. There are teams you just pass over because there defense is the strongest stat in the game and it’s very difficult to overcome teams like that. Otherwise I love the game and the drop rate of champions is a lot higher than other gacha games I have played and you frequently add more but I would like to see more with debuffs that can help compensate for the defense meta or maybe increase attack stats on some because right now there only enough power nukers I can count on one hand, Nathalia being the strongest, still can’t be made strong enough to overpower some players defense. Maybe seeing some more AOE nukers would be nice as well but thanks for all the hard work you guys do..Version: 1.2.150.129659

✓ Absolutely amazingIf you enjoy characters and RPG elements this is the game for you. You control 4 hero’s and quest thru and amazing story filled with good characters and villains. Progress the story to earn new armor and glyphs to upgrade your hero to take in dungeon and guild bosses. You can craft your team around hero’s you like or go for the more meta builds. This game rewards time put into it. Yes there is a small gear grind but the combat and ultimate of your hero’s makes it almost like a movie to watch. Daily rewards from quest are rewarding and the developers are generous with there shards used to summon hero’s as well as gems used to buy XP boosts and more summoning shards. I’ve recommended this game to 4 of my friends and y have all enjoyed it so far. Just give it a try I don’t think you’ll regret it..Version: 1.0.0.94415

✓ Extremely good gachaI’ve played quite a few gauchas that follow the standard formula, but this game is on a whole different level. Tons of summons and Legendary rates are ACTUALLY FAIR. Plus a pity system! Lots of F2P characters are extremely good — without being an A Tier character that you’re using until you get an S Tier Legendary. The only downsides are that your Rookie Legendary is a selection completely by chance (so that bummed me out because I already spent money) and that the Matrix system has way too high of requirements. Easily spent $500 on the game and have better results than more money on other gauchas, so I have no problem buying passes and packs for this game. Farming experience and scrolls is reinvented in a perfect way so that your not wasting time and energy on farming certain areas to get what you need. You just follow the story and as you progress you get stronger, simple. No gimmicks, no need to pay for anything all champs are viable in some way. Visually the game is stunning, the effort and time put into the art and animations is obvious and by far the games strongest attribute. ✓ Few things, after starting overThis is my second time playing through the game, my first time I got really bad summons. Few things that would help. 1, Speed farming. Click the auto battle 10 times button then the game just farms 10 times. Instead of making you sit through 10 battles over and over again. 2, Recommendations. For gear and heros. Telling you what gear they recommend you use, or what heroes they recommend you use. For each boss let’s say. 3, Legendary or Epic hero on every 10 times summon. Probably every 3 or 5. 10 times summons for a legendary or even a probability boost. Like 90% more likely. 4, Autoplay skipping dialog box sections. 5, Gear summon. Or crafting. Also change gear stats like say 50,000 gold to change the bass stat, from health 50% to speed +10. And 20,000 gold per sub-stat. 6, A indicator to see how much damage your Poison, Burn… Etc actually did after a boss fight. Like at the end it tells you. Burn 500 damage. Or Burn 50 damage. ✓ Great game but……Great game, just a good enjoyable generic hero collector game. Can’t fault the game but I have got one thing that’s annoying me is that the game isn’t optimised for the iPad. When you get the scenes with story the characters heads are cropped out. And when your fighting you can’t see your forth character and the same for the enemies. Because of that I haven’t been able to do a lot of the extra stories you get after completing a chapter. So with that a lot of chapters are at 80% (OCD going mad) and also missing out on stories and yellow gems to do the advanced summons. Hopefully the developers read these comments and will look in to it. ✓ What Raid SL Should BeLiterally just started and only got through a few fights/missions but story is actually interesting (amazing it even has one!), attack animations are good without being too long/flashy, and overall game is familiar while offering a novel overall feel (hard to describe as it is more experiential). Most Gatcha games will also barely give you any decent hero’s to go on but after beating the second chapter and getting a choice of a random 3 legendary hero was surprising. Not sure if that’s just the game trying to keep me or just being legit, but I was happy for it. After that the game started opening up into a lot more content, definitely a grind but one that feels decent. I can already tell building multiple hero’s is going to be a pain though. I’ve played lots of gotcha games and the scales always tip towards cash grab at some point. You can still be competitive without spending money everyday or even every week. ✓ A Lot of FunI had been playing some other games for a few years and got disgruntled at the new money-grabs they were making. I ran across ACE in an ad and decided to check it out. If I didn’t like it I would just uninstall. That was a few weeks ago. ACE managed to pull in some of the more positive features from several popular games. Graphics and animation are top-notch! The characters are individual and not just reskinned models. The more rare characters have their own cinematic when doing their ultimate move which is a nice touch. Background images are nice and add to the story/gameplay. Rewards are generous as well making this a very viable FTP game. Although you could spend money if you chose to, it isn’t necessary. I’ve been playing the game for almost a week and today I see the drop rate for a new legendary character was increased to 11% so I bought a $100 offer for 60 summon shards & 3000 diamonds which is another 20 summons. 80 summons later and not 1 legendary character. By my calculations I should have summoned at least 8 legendary’s but if I’m being honest I would have been happy with 1 legendary. I’m going to continue playing this game because it’s really good but they wil not get 1 more dollar from me. 2 month update: It is too hard to pull legendary characters. However, the mains things hurting this game for me is the crashes and not being able to play the game on your mobile data. This hurts the game in a big way due to getting drawn in then crashing every 5-20 mins or so and when this happens I end up leaving it for another time. This game must come with an update fast to fix this crashes and have something done about not being able to play on mobile data. ✓ 5 stars despite some annoying featuresThis game has everything you could ask for, including unreal artwork, animations and NPCs but, developers, please consider the following adjustments for a future release. 1. As mentioned many times in these reviews, nobody wants to see an animation of a bear throwing a stone in every single battle. I’m sure the animator is very proud of his work, but a least make it optional to please these repeated animations. 2. The storyline. I love a good story, as it brings colour to a game, but I find myself mindlessly clicking away hundreds of banter frames as I want to play the game, not read a novel. Suggestion: cut-down the amount of banter to about 10% of what it is, and increase the chance of player actually reading them. 3. I absolutely get that developers of free games need to make their money from in-game purchases, but putting up 10 ads in a row doesn’t work, as players will assume after the first 2-3 ads that the rest will be the same and again, your players find themselves clicking through content they don’t want. From a commercial aspect, I think that sprinkling these ads through the game or promising a reward after clicking on them, may be more rewarding for you. ✓ P2w spenders thoughtsI’ve played Raid and Marvel Strike force. About 3 weeks in now and have spent $200. Pros: Great game, very nice monthly hero pass, a lot of things to do in game and I can see this developing further. I like how none of the heroes are completely overpowered. Cons: As many others have stated, the game is VERY grindy and the drop rates to boost your character are horrific. I’ve experienced a number of 0 for 10 runs on purple/legendary glyphs and it is extremely frustrating. I “get” the reason why it is this way and it’s because they want you to turn on the exp boost to farm jelly but I feel that the drop rates could be tweaked or at least have 2x events. More access to food/energy. These games are designed to milk the “whales” and p2w customers but they should also focus on maintaining the f2p community as without the largest possible player base…whales will run out of folks to target. If this company could adopt and use the following, this game would permanently out perform Raid : Shadow Legends 1- monthly allow players to select one hero free of charge. This would push sales as players would want to ascend their hero 2- monthly allow players to select 1 set of legendary gear. Either the 4 armor pieces or tge 2 accessories. The more invested the players are in the game, the more likely to spend money. Make the gold monthly card a hard requirement for the first option and the silver card for the second. ✓ Amazing game but one requestI wanted for over a month for this game to play it. I’ve now been playing it ever since it came out and I’ve been having fun. The only request I have is to increase the diamond and/or the advance summoning crystal. The game is dominated by p2w players and this disgusts most f2p players. ✓ As far as Gacha goes, this ain’t badI was able to get a 6* within the first week, something that took a month in Raid Shadow Legends. It could just be they are allowing this to lure people in though so beware in time. I’m working on a second one which I might be able to get at the end of the week. Other nice things to note are graphics, unique characters, a variety of different game modes, and above all how easy it is to get around the UI. You can access any part of the game in about two clicks. Very nice. The best thing above all is the lack of equipment removal costs. I’m a game where you want to try different characters this is the most important thing. You can play everyone you get. The downside is the beginning. It will take some time to get to a point where you actually get to do something. It’s so easy you don’t have to think for the first 30-60 minutes of game. Other than that, there is the fundamentally flawed pvp of gacha. Nothing matters except how much money you give. I’m not sure yet if there are any missions that require you to get to a certain unattainable rank. There are also about 10 pop ups to close each login. However, I’d love to be able to give it a 5 star but the connection to server is dropping out frequently, normally this wouldn’t be an issue but it causes the game to crash and I’m having to reboot it every time. ✓ AMAZING APPI rate Awaken Chaos Era a 5/5 for a variety of reasons. First, the graphics are console grade. Next, all the heroes have there unique aspects of what they are for, this really gives a depth into this game. Also, there is so much to do! There are events, dungeons, arena fights, a storyline, etc. It's still one of those free games with in app purchases but this doesn’t seem forced and you can play very well without needing to pay! It is also a game where you use strategy, you don’t need any skill of gaming to play this, just strategy. Although it’s a gacha game, it doesn’t make you feel like you HAVE to spend tons of money to be able to play and enjoy it. The characters and their abilities are great, the graphics, the dungeons, the gear, everything is great imo. It’s one of the only gacha games I’ve been able to enjoy without being pressured into spending tons of money to get a little farther ahead. The rare heros are also very usable, and in some instances better than some legendaries, so there’s a wide variety of teams and builds you could do for everyone. Many other games keep only the epics and legendaries as usable, but here, even some rares have a spot on many amazing teams. First off, I haven’t spent any money on this game since it came out and I’m still progressing in the game. That’s a big win. The characters are varied and look great, and not just a lot of B.S. re-skins. The storyline is good. My only complaint about the game is just that: the dialogue text is longer than it should be. Even skipping it takes time. But overall, that’s a minor complaint for a solid, well-made game without money-hungry devs tricking you into spending money. I get it, a company needs to make money. That’s ok with me. Just don’t be a bunch flashy, thieving little $h*+bags. Some of the voice lines get really repetitive and makes me tend to play with no volume after I hear someone’s ultimate for the 100th time grinding out the campaign and arena. Also having an issue on my iPad where I can’t see the back line characters if there are more than 3 and certain quests like the special quest in 6 I have no way of scrolling the camera over too the npc I need to talk to in order to continue the quest. Highly recommend the ability to be able to move camera around in fights and in special missions..
