✓ Avoid this gameThese games are all scams and this is one of the worst. They give you bonus money making it look like you have already won, however you cannot withdraw it. They also charge a $1.50 withdrawal fee which is utterly ridiculous. Additionally, you only make out by winning (taking first). If you’re second it’s break even and third loses money versus your bet. Most interesting is the fact that when I played for gems, I would almost always end up in first or second. Playing for money, I couldn’t count the number of times I ended up 4th. I also believe there are fictitious players. Perhaps the game randomly assigns names with 3 numbers at the end, but almost every game I lost had those profile names ahead of me (took screen shots for proof). Hard to believe that this many people playing didn’t change their names. The odds are infinitesimal. Play this at your own risk..Version: 2.22.00
✓ What happened?I really used to love this game but now you can’t play head to head with people, now you have to play against six. It takes 30 minutes for a game to be completed… Or at least that is how long it’s taking for me to find out if I won or lost right now. ✓ Decent game but have to add bank accountThe game itself is nicely made and fun. Weekly leaderboards so you play new people is great but my biggest issue is adding a bank account. I can put money on with a card but they won’t let you withdraw your money back to that card. Sketchy to put a bank account in there instead of letting us use the same card. ✓ Edited review with truthThis game is a fraud and I’m reporting them to the authorities the points change to whatever it feels like it there are times I ended with 4:04 seconds remaining and I received a score of 4986 yet when I had 3:37 seconds remaining I scored 5433 shouldn’t it be the other way around not only that they have robots consistent players that win so much money THEN WHY ARENT THEY ON THE LEADERBOARD BECAUSE THEY ARE FAKE THE MORE YOU REPORT A PLAYER THE MORE THEY MATCH YOU THIS GAME IS NOT LEGIT AT ALL THE FIRST 20 times you play you think it is then they take off the mask and start stealing back everything you won so you can spend and think you can make it back because you did the first times you played ive tested my theory with 5 accounts so they can’t lie.Version: 1.01.03
✓ The worst of Solitaire gamesI play 6 Solitaire games, this one by far is the worst. The shuffle of the cards is terrible. If you draw 1, 2, or 3 bad hands that’s that’s just luck but when every hand for weeks is so bad you’re submitting for scores within a minute that’s a bad algorithm. The bonus coins are minimal & the levels are as bad. This game needs a lot of tweaking to make it completely user friendly. Not a fan!.Version: 1.05.00
✓ False advertisingI finally gave in after seeing the “fake game” commercial 197 times only to find out it’s the same as all others…asked for money in less than 5 min. ✓ Total ScamSo the first thing I noticed was that I started to play the game after reading the tips on playing…and noticed when I moved cards that it didn’t give me the points?? Hmmm…first red flag. Also, if you flip the deck more than 3x, they start deducting points, so keep that in mind!! Then I went to withdraw the money I had left in there, figuring cut my losses after spending the $20 I deposited, and realized I had only $3 in there, and being it was under $10, they hit me with a $1.50 processing fee and it amounted to $0 withdrawal. Now I’m no math wiz, but shouldn’t I have had $1.50 left?? Second red flag. So I play another game figuring what the heck, I have to spend the $20 bonus money anyway which I got making my $20 deposit. I played a $12 game, won $6 and now I have a $0 balance. Nothing…nada?? ✓ Ads say it is honest, but its not.I had a few games that paid less than they were supposed to pay. I contacted support with game ID and two days after my contact they said send a screenshot. The games had already fallen off my history, I asked support how to see older history, their response was send a screenshot. How can I screenshot something I can't see? They should be able to look based on game ID. They just did not want to pay. I went to withdrawl the little I had becuase I was closing my account. Their withdrawal page says there's a $1.50 fee to withdraw less than $10. Seriously, a fee to withdrawl??? Also, ads say immediate cash withdrawal. ✓ Won’t complete games!I have had over $150 in potential winning games (about 20) in a waiting status for almost 2 weeks. Some games show as “playing” against an opponent and some show as “no opponent”. I’ve reached out to support twice and received the same pre-written response telling me they are aware and technical is trying to fix the issue. It doesn’t seem like a priority to them. Based on my win ratio, I should have at least half of those games come back a win, totaling minimally as $70. Seems like a common issue with this game… unable to collect winnings. I created an account on my phone and ended up winning 40 dollars, which I wanted to withdraw before I lost them all - great idea right? Not only that they took away whatever little balance I had left, blocked everything out, even playing, depositing etc. I was mad about it but thought maybe it was my phone issue, so I let it go after registering a complaint with them (never heard from them at all, as if my mail doesn’t even exist). ✓ Lost non-cash playI’ve been playing for a few weeks, mostly the non-cash option, trying to determine if playing for cash would be too much loss. I do fairly well on non-cash (up to 3k chips available) and play cash when the daily reward builds up. I have what feels like a higher level of loss rate with the bonus cash. I noticed a couple of players that won consistently with very high scores, while the remainder of the players came in with less than half the winners scored. Obviously, there are some highly skilled players that always win. It would seem more fair to place players in categories to their skill level. They put you against players much better than you once you start to build up. Don’t waste your money. You’ll win 50% of the time then that drops to about 10% of the time. When they do match, seems semi fair (although you’ll lose more than you win and it counts as a win (which probably affects the algorithm) even when you actually lose money). ✓ No bonus cashIn this game there is no way for one to get ahead with bonus cash. In order to get cash, one must make a deposit. There is a free game on here that you can play. But that is just it, there is only ONE! If they were able to add just one game on there for X amount of chips to go into a bonus cash game that would be so much better.
