✓ Fun, but needs player customization, and high score listTitle says it all. Very fun little strategy game, but solo play gets old fast. Would be great if you could completely customize a character with the full selection of classes, backgrounds, and alignments. I understand that this is based on a board game and the rules state you choose between two classes and are automatically assigned a background and alignment, but in the board game you could easily ignore this rule and create your own completely custom character from all available choices, so I see no reason not to add this feature here. Would add replayability to solo play. Also could very much use a high score table to track your recent plays, letting you chase your own high score..Version: 1.1.1
✓ Great game.I had been interested in getting the physical game but when I saw this on iPad, I bought it and wasn’t disappointed. It is excellent and seems to be very faithful to the board game. There are expansions for the board game, though. I hope that they will come out for iPad, too. Rolling up a character is very fun but it leaves me wanting to do more. :).Version: 1.1.1

✓ Way too complicated for meFrom reading the other reviews, I’m sure most people will disagree. But I found this game to be way too complicated. And the tutorial didn’t help a whole lot. I went through it twice, and I’m still confused. I had an easier time learning how to play chess. On edit: I received a very gracious response from the developer. So I added two more stars out of respect for that. But I think I’ll keep the title, just to warn others who might be looking for a simple, basic game..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Great solo - needs multiplayer and expansionsThis is a fun and relatively easy to understand game. The board game with expansions is always fun. Both expansions add quite a bit so adding them will make this game fantastic even if solo. The app delivers a very smooth experience and the ability to undo a phase before final confirm is excellent. ✓ I had my doubts at firstI took a huge gamble in investing ten bucks in a D&D style dice game. Dice games tend to get boring. D&D Games has never been my thing. But this game is amazing. Through my first play through I was like “Geez, I wasted lunch money on this?” But as I kept playing I got a better understanding and I love it! It’s a puzzle game first with character story to keep the dice mechanics more engaging. And the formula works! KUDOS! If your skeptical, play the tutorial and just play through a complete game even if you don’t understand and are just going through the motions. One or two play throughs you’ll catch on and you’ll love it!.Version: 1.1.1
✓ I love this gameI was a little on edge about the price without trying it first, but I am so glad I took a chance. This easy to learn game has got the fun of dice, and almost a card collecting battle game sense to it. ✓ Love the game but….I own this and actually game it’s self but my complaint is at 3 stars as seems online play me and wife game with each other but lots of times online function aren’t even online can’t see are games just randomly starts to work and local play fun but sometimes want a real player and be able to finish a game not have to wait for online services coming back otherwise epic board game brought into digital world of online issues go away I’ll 100% change to 5 stars.Version: 1.1.1

✓ Phenomenal ImplementationI hesitated for years to play the board game, erroneously thinking it wasn’t up my alley, and the investment was too much. Then I saw the digital implementation was coming to iOS. “This is my chance,” I thought. At $10 it’s more than I’d like to pay, but if you are in that same boat…worry not. This is easily worth it. Not only do I love the game enough to go seek out the board game, but I also can’t put the app down. It’s so easy to hop in and play a game. The mechanics are engaging, the tutorial is perfect. Absolutely phenomenal work on this app. I am already excited to see the expansions make their way to digital!.Version: 1.0.1

✓ The best disappearing game everLol. Yes your games will disappear on occasion but don't panic. They will soon reappear. It is unclear to me if your time to play continues to count down or not. I'm sure the company is working on fixing this problem as i and several of my friends have reported the problem. They make it very easy to contact them. I found the tutorial and playing vs the AI to be lacking in fun. So I thought I was not going to enjoy this game. That coupled with the odd premise for the game and i went into it with a very negative attitude. I was very happily surprised. When playing vs actual humans the game is a bunch of fun, and in order to win you can't use a set formula. You must take advantage of what is offered you and use it well. Normally a bug like games disappearing and reappearing would cause me to lower my rating by one star until it got fixed, but i'm having so much fun playing this game that i think it deserves 5 stars even with that bug! ✓ Thinky Quick TurnsEnjoying this game for some quick turns throughout the day. Some of the UI is pretty poor. Clicking through unnecessary screens that describe what’s happening in front of me over and over is fatiguing. Sometime special abilities that are active are actually hidden (Bard). Never hide info. Good UX isn’t rocket science folks! Hand your game to users that haven't played and see what goes wrong..Version: 1.0

✓ My go to game!I purchased this app recently as I have had the physical version of the game for a couple of years now. I didn’t really play the board game a lot but since buying the app, I can’t stop playing it! I’ve been having so much fun developing my different characters by drafting dice, purchasing traits, weapons, and skills. The dice mitigation in this game brings me back again and again as I try to make the best character possible. After playing this app for a week now, I purchased the first expansion of the physical game so that I can bring it out with my local game group. I can only hope they the expansion gets released for this app as well. Great fun!.Version: 1.0.2
