✓ Advertisement?I normally wouldn’t mind a false ad, if it was anything similar to the game. They legit showed an ad of evermerge. The actual evermerge game graphics and all. but then made a game like merge dragons? If you think a game like evermerge is more ad / click worthy… why not just make a game like evermerge instead? ✓ Unable to PlayI downloaded this game on my iPad. I loved it, spent some money, and got into a great groove winning all the special events. Then the game stopped working. It wouldn’t load. So I downloaded it on my iPhone. I had to start fresh because you can’t link accounts, I got to the same status(dragons owned, points earned, etc…) and the game stopped working on my cell phone. This is very upsetting because I really liked the game. I keep going back every so often to see if there have been any bug fixes, but the game still won’t load on either device..Version: 2.2.5

✓ Cannot Link to Save ProgressCute game, and it has potential however I cannot link my progress so it saves, nor can I watch ads which are required in the daily quests. ✓ Events are uncompleteableI was thoroughly enjoying the game before I realized that within the event, there are not enough items to fully merge the event item generator along with the mirror event item. These items are required to unlock two segments of land, failing to unlock them means you can not complete “heal all cursed land” making the event not winnable. ✓ I NEED HELP PLEASE/ I love the game but?I’ve written a few times asking for help. I saved my progress and when I got back my star number went from 478 to 380. All of the progress I had was gone, can someone please help me and fix this. If you save your progress shouldn’t it keep what you have not revert back to months earlier. This is the main game I play and I spend a good amount of money monthly on this game, however, if I cannot get help and loose a few hundred dollars simply by saving my progress then that means I have to repeat the same levels and tasks all over again. And if that is the case I’ll go elsewhere. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE fix this UPDATE. - as per your response at the bottom a few hours ago. Nothing was resolved and nothing was restored. My 30 day gem was not restored either. Which I was told would happen so I had to purchase the 30 days of gems again. I am not the only person who has had this problem. Basically I was told the information was not in the system but that they would restore my 30 day card. Which hasn’t happened. I lost all the money invested from purchasing elves and other items plus other things that were advanced to 4th and. 5 th level are all lost. I am still over 100 stars behind from where I was. My advice to all playing the game do not save your progress. When I did all of my gems vanished, all of my progress reverted back about 6 months.
