✓ Can’t access and can’t cancel - WTHI just downloaded this app from a Facebook ad this morning and can’t get past the second page of questions as it goes to a blank screen and nowhere else. I now can’t even cancel the free trial and you have my credit card so I better not get charged the 139. I have reached out via email, but I am quite stressed and now anxious about this because I have seven days before you charge me. Please fix this ASAP and write back to my email so that I can assess this app and or decide if I want it. I currently cannot even access the Settings screen because of the questionnaire pop ups which I’m happy to answer and I have recorded a screen video but I have no way to share that with you on your Feedback screen..TheGapGirlVersion: 4.1

✓ Incredibly irritatingThe idea is good, but the voice of the woman who does the hypnotherapy sessions is in a very strange, excessively breathy, fake style of speaking. She sounds like a serial killer. It’s genuinely disturbing. Impossible to relax while listening to her which completely defeats the purpose and renders the entire app useless..NancyInSFVersion: 4.1

✓ Not worth the expenseI am not happy with this app sadly, or the lack of communication via the team, as I emailed them a week ago and am still waiting for a response from someone. The app continually refers to night sweats and hot flushes when I have already said that I don’t get them as I’m on HRT. There are so many more aspects to the menopause, other than hot flushes, and even the ‘hypnotist’ session in the app is all about hot flushes. Therefore, I am disappointed. I want my money back and I’ve requested this but no one responds! I can’t even cancel my subscription in the App Store! This app is super expensive and not worth the money 🥲 I will have to instruct my bank to cancel any future payments..ItsvictoriaVersion: 5.1

✓ Easy to follow, but didn’t work for meDay flushes may be slightly better, but night sweats have always been the worst for me, and I didn’t see any improvements in hot flushes after 10 weeks. ✓ AnnoyingThis is an annoying app. Who wants to answer 50 million questions before you can get to the audio, which is why i bought the app. Then, the app will not let you move ahead and listen to a different audio. AND THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS APP IS THE FACT THAT THE AUDIO IS A ROBOTIC COMPUTER VOICE AND NOT EVEN A REAL PERSON!
