BuggyApp keeps navigating to “Automation” Page, whatever I do..Version: 1.13.1

Not a FanGone back to old app as this one is rubbish. Try to create auto timers and the light come on/off not at the times we set, they go on/off when they want at random times. I try to change an auto time schedule and save, it don’t save what I just changed and puts random select time in ect.. the transfer was easy but that’s about it, honest I don’t like the newer layout as it seems longer to get to preferences to change colours ect.. But this is my personal preference. Old app works better this new one drove me crazy..Version: 1.12.3

Can't program lightingThe app always shows an error message whenever I try to create a program for my lights. Makes it hard to use.Version: 1.14.1

Continuing errorsAlways states that an error has occurred and to please try again. “Unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again”. Keep having to shut down app and restart. Even this doesn’t often fix the issue. It’s virtually unusable. Very annoyed. So much promise..Version: 1.8.1

Wiz, literally constantly: “Unknown Issue Occurred. Something Went wrong. Please Try Again.”I absolutely loathe this app, I get this error message nonstop and I wish I had literally bought any other light brand. I don’t know if your servers are terrible or there’s something wrong with your gateway, but I get the title message WITH EVERY BUTTON I PRESS. Want to turn a light on or change the colour? Error message. Want to move a light to another room? Won’t Save. Not possible. Want to switch a schedule? Can’t save the new updates, because guess what? unknown error occurred. I have reset my phone, used wifi, got off wifi, tried uninstall, reset, reinstall. You name it, I have tried it. I hate this app with a passion and I don’t know what to do but buy new lights..Version: 1.14.1

Complete waste of time, effort & moneyI would not even give this one star! I was so excited to try this light bulb that connects to an app and was really looking forward to using all the different features. That was until I tried pairing it with the app! I have been trying to pair it for hours on end and finally a few days later (with the help of my tech wiz brother) I have finally managed to connect it to my phone- all the features are amazing… Only for it to disconnect the next day and now I am back at square one with pairing!! 🤯 Please note I am pretty tech savvy but this is just awful to use (help assist was not much help either) I will never buy this brand again I might look for another brand for a new globe.Version: 1.15.5

Inconsistent automationSome of my configured automations don’t work when they’re supposed to. My garage lights don’t turn on at the scheduled time anymore. When I first upgraded to this new v2, all of my automations from v1 imported over and garage lights worked fine. Now they don’t turn on as scheduled. My living room lamp used to turn off at 11:30pm every night then Daylight Saving Time ended and my lamp now turns off at 10:30pm. I tried recreating the automation for my lamp but still turns off at 10:30pm. I removed the light bulb itself to see if it would reset or erase the setting but still no change. I’m gonna have to reinstall the v1/legacy app until the bugs are worked out of v2..Version: 1.14.1

App is over complicatedWhy take an app that works and version upgrade to something useless, over complicated and that doesn’t work. I won’t be buying Wiz’s products again. The company is clearly run by stupidity..Version: 1.14.1

Keep the old appI was excited to learn of an upgraded app. Sadly this version is so full of glitches that after many months of perseverance, I have reverted to the previous app. I can’t understand why the company would risk it’s reputation releasing this version…. UPDATE Gave the developers a few months and made the mistake of trying this new version again. Don’t do it!!! Especially if you have to undergo the extraordinarily painful task that setting up new Wifi is with Wiz. (Sonos and Swann Security make it easy.) *An hour on and still trying to connect lightbulbs *.Version: 1.9.1

JunkI filled my house with ceiling lights and attached them all to the original Wiz app. I saw there was an “upgrade” to this app. When installing and migrating, it deleted everything I had setup from the first app. Yes, I have an account and I was signed in. I tried to reinstall everything using this new app and there were so many issues, I’m not going waste my time trying to explain them here. I, therefore, had to re-install everything, on the original app. The developers did not test this app before launch and want the customer to solve their problems. I’m regretting buying these products for fear that in another couple years they’ll be abandoned and I’ll be left having to buy all new fixtures again. 👍 I can’t wait. Typical of today’s apps and businesses. The original app no longer works with the current IOS update 17.0.3 Genius 👍.Version: 1.13.1

Lightbulbs don’t really want to communicateEven with the original app just to get your lightbulbs to sync up with your phone was a miracle now that I’ve upgraded because it kind of wouldn’t let me continue with the original app. They won’t sync at all. Is this a common problem?..Version: 1.15.5

Worse than previous VersionI have been using WIZ for a couple of years now for our bedroom lights. Our bedroom doesn’t have any overhead lights so we have to use lamps, making this the most convenient options. I have them connected to my google hub for quick voice commands and I have this app. I used the previous version with virtually no issues. It rarely displayed that there wasn’t a connection or glitched out. I cannot say the same about this new app. Nearly every time I open it my lights aren’t displaying as registered and I get the error that my lights aren’t on when they clearly are. For example, I just opened and closed the app 5 times before it displayed my lights were on-before I could adjust. I don’t like the new setup either, it feels way more difficult to navigate than in the previous version. I was excited to try this new version and it’s been a big let down. There’s no point in having these lights if I can’t actually use them with the app, or even through my google hub. I just receive error after error that there was an issue and lack a connection (even sometimes when I am in the middle of adjusting brightness and color). Please fix these issues with the app so it’s actually functional..Version: 1.14.1

Cannot connect in app. App doesn’t appear to be properly developed/working. Please help!Cannot connect in app. App doesn’t appear to be properly developed/working. Please help! I have downloaded it multiple times and when it comes up saying “search for light” I click the button but nothing happens. Light is on and next to wifi router. Please help..Version: 1.5.0

Can’t set up lightsApp is not as user friendly as the last one - more complicated and light set up buttons take me no where? So I can’t even set my lights up now because the legacy app crashes every time I open it.Version: 1.15.5

You destroyed what was once the best smart lightbulbI don’t know what it takes to become a software engineer/app developer. But obviously not that much. The app these lights came with worked perfectly. I had gone through several different types of smart lightbulbs before landing on whiz. And everything worked great until some numbskull, needy, make myself more work because I can, to give an update to an app that doesn’t need one, and hasn’t fixed the bugs in over a month! App engineer, decides to make a new app to convince his bosses that he’s job is actually worthwhile. His job is not worthwhile the app designer that designed the new app should be replaced. It takes 15 minutes for it to register my lightbulbs each time I open it I’ll have it open. I will turn the light on and then it will not show up on my app almost immediately, so that I have to restart the app 10 times before I can turn the light off again. fix the app or I will be looking for new Wiz lightbulbs and I will be telling all my friends who I recommended them to to look for new whiz lightbulbs also. If you can’t tell, I’m very upset. I spent a bunch of money on your stupid lights and now they don’t work..Version: 1.15.5

App not workingThis new app keeps freezing up and not working. All I wanted to do was to link it with my new Alexa devices and perform an automation. Had to create an account and was redirected to this app from the old one. Now nothing is working… very disappointed as I love my wiz lights & want everything to work seamlessly..Version: 1.15.5

DownhillUsed to be great. Even after migration. Now? Unknown error over and over. Useless. We were going to buy more globes. Not happening now..Version: 1.14.1

Months in, I still am sticking to original app. it still works better lolMonths in, I still am sticking to original app. it still works better lol I was going to give the new one a try at some point if the app devs got their act together but I can see from the recent reviews they are still ignoring the elephant in the room and gaslighting their own customers pretending all is well. so, I can continue using the original version 1 app. why? because it STILL works better after a year observing the lack of improvement on this what appears to be train wreck new version. devs. take it personal. i mean it. you should. i cant tell you how many reviews ive read saying this simple request: DO BETTER! until you do, stop insulting our intelligence and at least admit this version needs drastic improvements before telling people to leave the original app which still works far better technically..Version: 1.8.1

WizOlder version worked great new version states offline, not a good option, need to improve the software.Version: 1.13.1

Too many issuesThe lights are great but the app doesn’t work well enough. It’s far too difficult to set up. I’ve been using Ring so my expectations were much higher. I also find that the app doesn’t allow me to switch on the lights at times. An unknown error appears. Thats the description I get not my interpretation. You need to work on improving the functionality and performance or you undermine your products..Version: 1.15.5

Need to restart app every time I want to control my lightsEvery time I use this app to control my lights, it shows my lights as off-line. I have to restart the app EVERY time I need to use it, so it can find my lights. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Restarting the app works, but I shouldn’t have to do that every time I try to turn on or off my lights. Very frustrating! My son used to use this app with these lights and he was so frustrated. He switched to Philips Hue. I have not made the switch yet but most likely will because this is ridiculous. If anyone has any ideas on why this is doing this, please let me know so I can fix settings or something? I want to like this app. I like the idea and the lights..Version: 1.8.1

APP NOT CONNECTING OR WORKING ON IPHONEThere seems to be a bug because every time I try to click pair bulb on my iPhone it just wouldn’t work. You click the button and nothing happens after. Tried on 3 iPhones and it isn’t working, shows there is an issue with the app which needs resolving as half the buttons within the app also don’t work on Apple either..Version: 1.14.1

Keeps losing my houseSTAY AWAY FROM THIS APP— updated July ‘23. There are not enough awful things I can say about this app. Suggesting every negative reviewer message with tech support to fix an app that is clearly beyond help at this point has lost me as a customer. I’m replacing the entire house. Never again. I will actively go out of my way to keep people away from this product since it’s clear you don’t care about rolling a defective app back. New version consistently forgets my house, prompts me to do a whole new setup and has no prompt to log in again—to find my existing house. I have gone back to the old version that actually works. If you ever stop supporting it, I will stop buying these bulbs. I have already stopped recommending to friends. This so called upgrade is an epic failure. Harder to use. Buggy. Just bad. Update in May 23–still awful..Version: 1.8.1

BRING THE OLD ONE BACKIt’s not connecting and pairing at all!!!.Version: 1.14.1

Errors preventing setupAn in app error is preventing me from even connecting my light. The old app was better. Update: tried again a week later, still the same network error at the same point in the process (listing the rooms in my house). The developer says to use the in-app support tool... but there is no option for it! Yes I see the developer response telling me to use it but at this stage in the process there is no means of accessing it. I even made an account (they require you to sync with either facebook, apple, or Google account, they don't even offer an email option) and I still had the same problem at the same stage! I even tried using their instructions to migrate my house from the old app. They instruct the user to download the old app again if they deleted it, but once you download it the main screen only shows for a couple seconds then shuts down. I really wish I could return my light as their ASININE app has made it useless. 🤬.Version: 1.13.1

New App renders the lights uselessThis new updated app is awful. I never had any issues controlling the lights from my phone with the old app. When i was finally forced to upgrade to the new one, half the lights that use this program no longer want to work or occasionally will show they are working in the all. It has turned into an expensive bulb I have to manually turn on and off. I haven’t changed my wifi, location, or set up in any way besides the app and always have issues now. Update: No response from developer help. They leave a comment on everyone saying to contact them for troubleshooting. The app has only gotten worse where it now says there is an unknown error and to try again later. If I use wifi or cellular I get the same message. The worst part it is always random. Sometimes it will work after a few tries and other times I just give up and manually control the light. I’m not sure how this app has a 3.9 rating….Version: 1.15.5

Stick with the original versionWIZ V2 is not an intuitive app. Don’t waste your time. Stick with the original app which is fun and easy to navigate. It’s almost like the designers of V2 didn’t test their own product with the end user. Big fail..Version: 1.14.1

Just poorUnable to use after inatallations. Not more than 2 family members able to join the same household. Lights now not working and I am locked out of the app and controls! Complete waste of time! Lights now stuck on bright white in my bedroom - just ridiculous !!.Version: 1.15.5

HorrificI have owned my LED light strip for over 1 year now. I downloaded the new version as suggested and it would not connect. I was put on hold for an hour with customer services and they did nothing! Absolutely horrific, will not be purchasing anything from Wiz again..Version: 1.14.1

Buggy app and such a messEvery time I use the app, I get an “Unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again” It was working fine before and now it’s just buggy and everything is just messy and does not work..Version: 1.14.1

UselessCan’t transfer from old app. Now old app won’t work so I can’t go back. Absolutely useless app, can’t transfer from old app, can’t connect new lights, nothing works. Has rendered my lights pointless. Might as well have bought normal cheap bulbs at this point. These developers need to be let go.Version: 1.14.1

Used to love wizThe old app worked great, never had any issues..but now in this new app everytime I open it to adjust the lighting or to turn it off/on it says “unable to control. This device is office” but it’s not. I’ve used wiz lighting for years in all my homes and now I’m debating on completely switching brands because it happens multiple times a day and defeats the purpose of the product..Version: 1.14.1

App Not FunctionalI can’t adjust the brightness, can’t update automations, can’t do anything. The app doesn’t function..Version: 1.14.1

Poor migration experience - lost my saved settingsI tried the migration option but all my quick settings (the one touch stuff under Simple in v1) are missing in V2. My remote seems to be missing as well. The rooms and scheduled changes seem to be there but unclear if they will continue to work as I have not really tested the app. Once I saw settings were missing I decided to remain with v1 as I do not want to recreate my settings and have zero interest in contacting support for something that still works in v1. Please improve your migration experience to move EVERYTHING. I also use Hue extensively and this same company does a FAR better job moving versions in Hue. (Hue bulbs in general are far superior but I have a mix as Hue does not support some sizes found on Wiz bulbs.).Version: 1.5.0

New wiz app does not work with alexiaI will now have to go out and spend more money on bulbs that do not have to be set up with the wiz app. The original wiz app was great I hooked up my lights and connected it to my Alexa so all I had to do was say alexia turn on lights we have a lamp in our living room you can not reach as it’s in a corner behind sectional couch and it was great being able to turn light on and off and now I can no longer do this as the app is not working with alexa. I would put the old wiz app back onto my phone but it no longer will work for me. Why did you change apps or why jot leave old app up for those of us who already were happy with how it worked. Now like I said I have to go spend more money on all new lights that use a different app..Version: 1.12.2

I need help with this…Ok, so I have had a light with this app for months, and it worked amazing until one day it stopped. Today I have actually try to fix it, tried both apps and figured out it isn’t working because of my location. It says that i need to turn on location in settings, but it isn’t an option in settings? Idk what to do?!.Version: 1.8.1

App doesn’t pairMy app sees the lightbulbs but when I tap on the rectangle that says start or tap here it doesn’t work and nothing happens, stays on the same screen..Version: 1.14.1

Difficult to workI set this up initially and it worked. Now I want to change the start time for a light and all I get when I press save for the new time is an error message saying “unknown error please try again” and it reverts to the original setting. Did this several months ag and doing it now however often I try. I can’t find any help anywhere on the app. Uninstalling has no impact..Version: 1.14.1

Broken app- v1 worked perfectly, v2 a messIt’s been over a year since this v2 of the Wiz app came out. Though it did have a nicer looking UI at first glance, the UX has struggled since installing v2. Example: I often have to tap a light multiple times, or close the app and reopen just to turn on a light, when this used to work without a hitch in the original app. Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse over time. This last two weeks, my automations have just fully stopped working. I tried to reinstall the original Wiz app out of desperation, but it crashes upon opening, so seems I’m stuck with this now. If you still are using the original app, DON’T upgrade to this one! It is 100% a downgrade from a original app and things will no longer be working the way they once were..Version: 1.14.1

Can’t add new bulbsApp detect new devices but when I click on start pairing nothing happens. Every time I need to pair new devices I have to download old app as it works fine. Please fix this issue thanks.Version: 1.9.1

Weird glitches in app makes it hard to useI have it set to be on “daylight” every time I turn it on for a reason, well all of a sudden it hs been changing to this light yellow/warm light. I haven’t changed the settings and I’m unable to fix this problem, it’s really irritating. I try to change it back to daylight but a few seconds later - back to dingy warm yellow. Whatsup with that :( and sometimes when I go on the app, I can’t go into any other tab, it always forces me to go back to “automation”. I literally don’t want to do anything in automation at the moment, why is it forcing me to stay on that tab?? All these problems are recent, maybe a week. I haven’t changed anything in the app so I’m not sure why I’m having these issues all of a sudden :(.Version: 1.9.1

Fine when it worksThe features and everything are great but the connectivity is rubbish. I only usually get to do one thing in the app before it gives me a “something’s gone wrong” error and it’s infuriating! It’s been like this for weeks and I’m so over it..Version: 1.15.5

The new update is horrible I can’t even connect my lightbulbI’ve been trying for the past ten minutes tk connevt my light and it won’t work I don’t understand why they needed to update the app when it was perfectly fine. The new update requested my IP adress details why does an app that turns my light in and off need my location for..Version: 1.14.1

App late respondVery late respond. Sometimes doesn't work..Version: 1.9.1

User experience is terribleI’ve had trouble with Wiz lights ever since first buying them. Sometimes they just stop pairing and then they no longer work. The app change from Legacy to v2 has been even harder. I think they legacy version was better.Version: 1.14.1

Worst appMakes all the wiz globes and adapter useless. The old app worked perfect but now has become useless. Don't wast your time.Version: 1.13.1

No sunrise sunset schedulingHave other brands that can schedule lights according to sunrise and sunset. Won’t be buying other products ….Version: 1.15.5

V2 needs helpTakes forever for the app to recognize that the bulbs are on/receiving power. & if I turn the light off via the app & wake up for work I find myself unable to turn the light on in a reasonable time to get ready for work in the morning. & it’s impossible to bypass the app if I turn the light off via the app no matter how many times I turn the switch on/ off. Getting dressed & brushing my teeth in the dark gets old. I’d prefer to use the original app it was more responsive & had the ability to recognize that the switch is on. It’s NOT a security system so I don’t see why there’s not a way to flip the switch in a way to just have a basic lighting function take effect without having to wait for the app to respond/establish a connection? Such as the functionality of (when the in the app the light is “on” & the app recognizes that, you flip the switch On/Off/On you can set it to change two different light settings) maybe throw in some kind of bypass for that in the next update as well as establish a better & quicker response time for the app to recognize that the bulb is receiving power..Version: 1.15.5

Super annoying app and bulb.I have been using this product for about a year now. Although it is nice to be able to control the colour temperature and dimming controls. I found the app very frustrating slow and have had endless connection problems. I recently changed the internet router in my house and have had to go threw the frustrating pairing issues all over again. After spending more then 45 min trying many options (including downloading the new app and agreeing to all its location and privacy setting requirments) and entering my wifi password about 15 times, I finally gave up and have gone back to simple old fashion so called dumb lights, to me this seems like the smartest solution. I have given smart builds and plugs a chance and think over all it has been a waist of time and money..Version: 1.15.5

Tired of the owner lockoutAfter switching from the original WiZ app to V2, we have had nothing but issues. Most annoyingly is that I am the primary Owner. I then go through the steps to create a profile for my wife, share it with her and then everything is good for 2-4 days. Then when I go into the app to turn on or off lights, all my rooms I have setup(which the setup process is impossible at time) then grey out and it tells me that the owner has changed my accessibility or whatever. Go to my wife’s phone to access the app(who is set to owner as well) and then it does the same thing to her. Have to delete both setups on the phones, start the process all over and sometimes when trying to setup the bulbs, it will fail on finding the bulbs for 4-6 hours. I have to wait a day or 2 before WiZ v2 will FINALLY find the bulbs and let me add them back into my rooms. And yes, rooms. I have multiple rooms setup with this app and I have to go through the whole process each time this happens. And why are you guys limiting what settings I am able to set to the 4 quick buttons? I like having Night Light, Day Light and TV Time as easy access and I can only choose 2 of those for the easy access buttons. There is just so much wrong with this app. Please bring back the old app. This one is horrid. Oh and to boot, if you download the old app, that’s still able to be downloaded from the App Store, it just crashes out so you can’t use it..Version: 1.6.0

UnimpressedI was actually surprised at the high review this got. Has to be the manufacture reviewing itself… thing is super under engineered.. bought one of the wifi A19 bulbs and paired it up with their motion sensor which is bluetooth, very disappointing. What will happen is that all the system is completely useless if you turn the lights off via a switch.. these seem to be only designed if there isnt any wall switch in the room… the general rule of thumb is that even with a light switch turned off there is still some kind of voltage leak. Had they make it where that can power the wifi module in the light consistently then that wouldve made for too much sense, but if you turn the switch off you turn the app off which in turn turns the motion sensor off… not very well thought out..Version: 1.9.1

Terrible - no support for GoogleI’ve spent a good couple hours trying to sort this app after previously having the V1. V1 worked fine and had it setup with Google home though last couple months the lights flickered and didn’t go to the desired dimness/warm setting which was annoying. Saw that the V2 app had been put on the App Store and annoyingly couldn’t import my existing home so had to reconnect the 3 lights in the apartment - all manually. So successfully setups new home in the V2 app and then I just wanted to sort it with Google home. Wow what a joke this is - you go to Google home and Wiz V2 isn’t supported. You click “Wiz” and it takes you to the V1 app which now crashes immediately and cannot link (if installed). If you only have V2 installed it doesn’t know what app to open and prompts you to download V2. The Google Home connectivity expects a 6 digit pin to connect to Wiz which isn’t apparent in the V2 app. So yeah I now have lights that dim and are controllable through this app but now they are no longer integrated to google. I will not be buying any more Wiz products and special shout out to the support “Meeraa” who was useless in assisting with the matter. Directing people to check a different app that crashes upon entry is not helpful. What an absolute joke - you don’t make a new app and force people’s hands to download it without having key functionality as sold on the product info pages. These products do not work with Google..Version: 1.12.3

Trash.I don’t even know where to begin with setting up the lightbulb. Just so we are on the same page, I am trying to change the color of a *lightbulb*. I purchased a lightbulb that shines different colors, because I wanted a lightbulb that would shine different colors. Why am I giving this boring app the layout of my house. When do we get to the part where I can make the lightbulb shine different colors. I didn’t even keep the receipt because I really didn’t see where there could be errors in understanding a lightbulb that shines different colors. I don’t have a Facebook profile so I had to sign into the *lightbulb* with my iCloud info. I just wanted to see a blue room I can’t give y’all any more of my personal information..Version: 1.15.5

Glitches. Glitches.I wish I could get this app to work. For months I have been getting “unknown error occurred”..Version: 1.13.1

Junk - nothing but issues - always!!Honestly, the lights are great - when they work. The app is horrible. My lights always magically aren’t connected, and the only way to control them is to completely reinstall the lights like I’ve never owned them. I don’t know what happened in the past few months - but it’s been a complete nightmare whatever was done behind the scenes. I would suggest any other brand where people have no issues controlling their smart lights from their app - the lights are a dime a dozen - nothing special from others. If you can’t get your lights to consistently work with the app, the app is probably more important to customer satisfaction. I’ve gotten to the point where I just let them only work with the schedule I have set up - cause magically that works just fine, but controlling them manually now is just a gigantic hassle. I will never buy this brand again due to the horrible app - it’s that simple..Version: 1.14.1

DisappointingThe old app was great, this new version that we have to use is not. All I get when trying to set up an automation is a grey screen. I cannot change my light to any of the colours and there is no where to dim it. I will never buy another wiz light. Nothing but trouble.Version: 1.12.3

Old version works betterThought this app was better than the other one. Tried it today and it’s a hit and miss. Scheduled lighting didn’t even work. Went back to using the older version of app..Version: 1.8.1

A few issuesMy main current issues is are. Light bulb drops out. The past few days mostly in the evening when I have an automation set up the same light bulb will randomly not respond to the command. It has been working fine all day changing colours and brightness. But then randomly cut out. Main issues two. Daylight savings has completely ruined every automation I’ve had. Basically it was a hour behind yesterday tried resetting the times didn’t work. Made a new automation didn’t work. Tried setting the automation back an hour dosent work. They have completely stopped working for me.I can’t see an easy fix apart from everything time the clocks change replace all your automations..Version: 1.14.1

RubbishFunction is not available, my house lights system total error , don’t spend money on this s.Version: 1.12.2

HorribleBulb was connected for a while and then it wouldn’t connect anymore. Tried deleting and pairing again but now it wouldn’t proceed with pairing and getting stuck after entering the password. App crashes too. Awful app. Just get a Globe branded bulb, their app is reliable and easy to use. Avoid this frustration. WiZ version 1 was more stable than this app..Version: 1.14.1

Constant errors - app does not functionEvery action I take gets a “unknown error” prompt. Only reason my lights work is because I pre set times for the lights to turn on with the old app. New app is beyond useless.Version: 1.14.1

Being unwillingly force-fed this terrible V2 appI've been using Wiz lights for three years with over 20+ bulbs in my home and never had a complaint - until this V2 app. The original app was straightforward and did everything I needed. V2 on the other hand has been a terrible experience, as is reflected by countless other reviewers. The new interface is needlessly frustrating. Everything is hidden behind extra menus and unnecessary steps, not to mention the reduced function set and also features that straight up don’ work. The connectivity issues are a nightmare. Half the time, I can’t even get the lights to respond. I tried keeping both the old and new apps, but it seems like having the V2 app on your phone makes it so that the V1 stops working properly. Once I deleted V2, the old app started working fine again. Annoying, but at least I still retained functionality of my lights and didn’t have to think about the terrible new app. However, recently, every time I open the V1 app, I get this nagging pop-up prompting the switch to V2. It’s really off-putting. The message is weirdly vague and almost menacing: “You can continue to use Wiz V1 for a while...” What does that even mean? I use my lights multiple times every single day, and having to dismiss the pop-up every time is just a pain. Honestly, it feels like they took a perfectly good app and made it worse for no reason. I wish they would just leave well enough alone and let us keep using the old app..Version: 1.14.1

Not compatible with AlexaThis is the worst app upgrade ever. After having some problems with the Wiz (Legacy) app I was prompted to upgrade. I spent several hours reconnecting my wiz plugs to the new app, only to discover there is no compatible Alexa skill - so I’d lost the voice commands. After a frustrating month controlling my lights manually I reinstalled the Wiz (Legacy) app and the Alexa functionality - now everything works perfectly!.Version: 1.14.1

This “new” app sucksThis new app sucks. after struggling to connect my old lights that would not sink over from the old app as instructed, it was stuck on a singular mode, which would fail shortly after. Re-downloading the old app now.Version: 1.14.1

Not so greatI worked hard to understand and set up my original version 1 app and was doing pretty well with it so when they said I had to use the new app and they would migrate everything for me I thought I would be ok. But no turns out they had 3 different accounts on my list and I chose the wrong one and could not pair some bulbs even manually Finally I deleted a bunch of lights in one account and chose another which I have gotten to work after 3 HOURS of concentrated effort. If the bulbs were not so $&@#% expensive I would have smashed them. The new app is horribly counterintuitive to use and it is maddening to be forced to update and mess up something that works. You need to do some naive user testing before releasing When theses bulbs go I will not be buying Phillips again. And for the record I have used multiple brands of computers, software and handheld devices successfully for 30 years..Version: 1.14.1

Absolute RubbishThis app is so bad that it’s even worse than the old one, errors connecting to cloud and Apple Shortcuts or lack of integration with Apple is horrendous. Your lights are most definitely on my to avoid list!.Version: 1.7.0

Constantly disconnects and changes settingsThese lights aren’t reliable. It doesn’t matter what I have configured and set. The lights will randomly change color and brightness, turn on/off, or completely disconnect. I have to log in every single day to make sure the settings are adhered. I am the only owner and no one else has access to make changes. The good side of this is that when I do log in, the app accurately shows me the incorrect settings so I can quickly see which light is wrong and update it. However, the very next day it’s the same thing all over again with a different light. Frustrating. I am looking into alternative products..Version: 1.14.1

If it ain’t broke……don’t fix it! I appreciate that the new version has new features, however I can now no longer add lights that were previously working without encountering network issues. Fortunately my partner has the original app so can add them through that without any problem. Please fix the network discovery back to the v1 settings to get your other 3 stars back!.Version: 1.15.5

WidgetWidget should not open app when a quick control is tapped. Currently when turning off and on lights from a widget, the wiz v2 app is opened afterwards, which defeats the purpose of a quick touch button..Version: 1.7.0

Old app was much more reliable. This app gets worse with every release. Now when I turn on a room some lights may turn on if they feel like it. I have 30 of these lights all over the house. So when this app doesn’t work I go back to the old app and it seems to work always. But I shouldn’t have to do that. It should work. Very frustrating experience..Version: 1.14.1

Wish I knew before I updated to v2In the previous version I had it all set up how I liked its. I had it set up so I could use my Siri and Apple home to control my lights with a simple Apple shortcut and/or Siri command to change scenes of my lights and with the use of my HomePod I could even control the lights after I left the house incase I might have left a light on. I hope those features can be sort it out and incorporated back into the current version because it was wonderful. At the moment I have to open my phone and the app just to do anything, at this point I might as well start having to get up and use the light switch again or have to look into buying new smart bulbs that have the features I enjoyed o. The previous version of this app.Version: 1.15.5

Not greatEver since the new update my lights dont connect, when i finally do connect them, by the next morning i have to redo it again..Version: 1.15.5

I wish I can click 0 starDon’t even buy the product. You can really control anything from app. So no point of saying it’s smart light..Version: 1.4.3

Not possible to add lights. Go back to ‘legacy’ version.Functionality for existing lights is fine and slightly better options than the legacy app for switch on states. Unfortunately not able to pair new lamps even when only on a simple 2.4GHz wifi. Legacy app(currently still available on App Store) works perfectly to add the new lamps. Same for all four lamps to be added. Need to fix before getting rid of legacy app..Version: 1.9.1

Please Listen to UsThis app is awful, the slide bar the the brightness is glitchy and poorly responsive. I can’t seem to control a single light if it’s part of a group, and I can seem to create more than one group to include the same light, once it’s part of a group it’s off limits to all other groups. The very first original app is better. You came up with a really poor solution to a problem that didn’t exist..Version: 1.15.5

Still rubbishSince last review still do not work. I have 6 bulbs, only one will connect. Then that drops out. I have the Wi-Fi router in touching distance and the bulb right next to it. But they will still not connect. Feedback from app developer is useless, help desk do not help. I am now taking up with trading standards as they should not be allowed to sell these bulbs as under the consumer rights act they must perform the function they are advertised to do. They do not! If reading this before buying these bulbs, do not not waste your money. Wiz are you going to refund customers who have spent a fortune on these bulbs that are sold under false advertising, consumer credit act 2015!?.Version: 1.14.1

Over an hour online with support only for my bulb to stop workingI had huge problems trying to pair a bulb with this app. When it gave up it offered me the chance to contact support, which I took and was asked a bunch of questions about what I was doing, what the device was, and what I had done. Not a good start, I thought. “If you can’t write software to transfer that information from the app to support, how are you going to cope with writing networking software?” And I was right, they can’t. We eventually got the bulb working using a phone hot spot for the WiFi (top tip: try this before all their other ideas) but two hours later and the bulb can’t be controlled by the app again..Version: 1.14.1

What is wrong with your app?How does it not work with the lights every other week? Seriously….I think I’ve had enough is this app. Now guys, can you make sure this app works 100% instead of this rubbish?.Version: 1.14.1

Poor on every level.Firstly let me start by saying that I love the original WiZ app. It’s easy to use, I’ve never had any issues with it, and it ‘does the job’. V2 on the hand seems less user friendly. I find I’m having to deal with more steps than the first version just to complete the simplest of tasks. I keep returning to V2, in the hope that it has improved after updates, but it hasn’t. V1 has a simple enough UI, whereas V2 seems (to me anyway) to complicate every action. Avoid..Version: 1.15.5

UselessCannot connect devices. Rubbish products, rubbish app..Version: 1.4.1

Yeah disappointingThe original Wiz app was fine, and honestly this new app’s interface looks nice… but it’s very buggy and I am now unable to set up a singular light bulb on either app. Manual setup is confusing and auto setup simply doesn’t work, just says ‘connecting’ and no result.Version: 1.6.0

Really BadI had no issue setting up the app and connecting the light. The new app doesn’t seem to have the nightlight function and looked way more difficult to use. Went back to the old app. Works just fine..Version: 1.8.1

Wiz V2 is not goodWiz V2 is convoluted and annoying. If you just want to control your lights, use V1.Version: 1.14.1

New app doesn’t know itselfI had the legacy app, and it worked. But now I’ve been forced to upgrade. The app only recognizes one light. So I search help to “add a light” and it tells me to choose the room and the choose the “group”. Well, there is no group. I only have one light signed on for this room, and that’s not reading as a group. Can we only have one light per room? I’ve tried again and again to follow the instructions to add my bedside lamp, but the directions are clearly not up to date. They tell me to hit choices that aren’t there. This is my BEDROOM and I can’t turn this light on. Well, I can using the old-fashioned switch, but it only comes on big and bright. There’s no way to control it. My advice: don’t buy Wiz lights. It’s just a waste. Life is too short. Go buy a normal lightbulb off the light quality you plan to use the most and leave tech out of it..Version: 1.9.1

Poor response from HelpdeskHave requested help but the support is slow and poor- telling me to return my bulbs and go with another smart bulb company! Unstable and buggy - why can’t you set a bulb to lower than 10% for example? I bought 10 new bulbs in January only to find out that they won’t be Matter compliant..Version: 1.6.0

Absolutely TerribleIf you want an app where none of the buttons/services work this is the app for you. Original version worked perfectly and they migrated people to the new version. Migration failure meant globe was ‘offline’. 🤬 End result is I had remove all apps, recreate accounts, recreate all IFTTT integrations and still can’t use the new app..Version: 1.14.1

New App is harder to use.The Wiz system is great, when it works. The system is still worth buying. However the new app makes the system questionable. I think with a major overhaul(needed) this system would be a top recommendation again. Issues with the app/system: 1. Connecting lights. The process is clunky and frustrating. I have issues connecting to my router because it doesn’t separate the signal bands like the older routers would to 2.4 GHz and 5GHz. 2. The new app is constantly glitching and difficult to use off of wifi. The old app would allow me to control my lights from outside of my house. Let’s say you pull into the driveway at 11pm and you want mood lights on to set a vibe or for basic safety. It’s hit or miss. 3. Deleting/creating a new home/room. Need I say more. The front end and back end is messy. Not sure how much QA was done from the development side with this. 4. Allow me to create a home with multiple wifi networks / connections. It’s common for homes to have multiple WiFi access points. Routers or range extenders. Maybe this wouldn’t be a problem for mesh networks. I believe in this system. To circumvent many of these issues I’ve used the remotes but the preprogrammed lighting options are limited so for the most part I’m stuck with those 4. I recommend every user of this system to pick up a remote. It’s worth it!.Version: 1.6.0

BuggyWorked fine for a month and then it couldnt detect my lights anymore. Tried reconnecting a few times but keeps showing that the lights are offline even after successfully connecting them, very strange bug with broadcast udp error. Update: worked on the older wiz app, this app is a joke. I still get the udp error on this new app when i tried it again. No issues with the older app..Version: 1.7.0

Great bulbs, app is ok, widgets don’t workApp interface could be better and can sometimes be slow and unresponsive, Widgets just don’t work, no matter how many quick actions i set up they all do nothing except open the app, if widgets worked it’d be great to not have to open the app every-time I want to dim the lights, but the bulbs themselves are fantastic..Version: 1.15.5

Awful. New App Ruins User ExperienceI can’t believe this is “2.0”… the old app was so easy to use. This new version is significantly less user friendly— basically a downgrade of the whole product line (which is crazy considering that the bulbs have only gotten more expensive). Fewer customization options, fewer accessible colors, and most annoyingly, when I automate a room there’s no way to choose which lights will participate or to what degree. What’s the point of having scenes if I can’t schedule them (outside of Circadian Rhythm, which is a useless feature for anyone who doesn’t have the exact same schedule every day). I have had hue and wiz bulbs in every room in my home for years. I use them to assist with my adhd time blindness which has been an enormous help. This app is so clunky that I actually find it eating up my time rather than helping me best utilize it. I have now redownloaded the “legacy” app to find that all of my schedules and other information have been deleted, so I will now have to re-do all of my automation by hand. Worth it to be able to delete this terrible new version. Ex: In the past I was able to have just my bedside lamps participate in the wake up phase, but with the new version every light in the room has to do the same thing. Cue horrifying bright light jarring me awake from my overhead light… so now I can’t use these lights as an alarm clock/time cue. That was the whole point of buying them in the first place..Version: 1.13.1

Recent disappointmentUPDATE: my app started working again for maybe a week and then all of my lightbulbs say they are unreachable and any attempts to re pair them have been unsuccessful, when i tried to use the chatbot "help service" it told me to use self help and considered its job done if i could change my rating to a zero or a negative number at this point i would When i first started using the app and these bulbs i was super excited and they worked with almost no problems, but recently my app lags or doesnt work at all and tells me some "unknown problem ocurred". Its making the bulbs and app almost unusable and ive had to go through my alexa app just to keep using them in any capacity. Im super disappointed about this and hope they can fix it soon so i dont have to switch out the brand of bulbs for my whole home just to use them.Version: 1.8.1

Wiz 2 AwfulSorry but this is completely useless. Been using Wiz original not many issues - over a few months kept trying to change to upgrade - just get a blank black screen & cannot use the original until deleted Wiz 2 app. Can’t be bothered again - will probably end up losing the original. Out of every app I’ve ever had I’ve never had a single one that just crashes before it loads..Version: 1.14.1

New appI love the light and while it does function, it takes a lot to make it work. The app always says “Unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again” after every single action I try to do. I end up having to enter and exit the app multiple times before it works. I don’t know if this is something just with my system but it works alright. Hoping for the system to be fixed soon :).Version: 1.13.1

Terrible! The lights don’t even stick to wall and they fall off after 30 seconds. I spent $55 on a pair of LED Lights and I had to throw them in the bin instantly..Version: 1.15.5

Needs an overhaulThe user interface is this app is horrible. Someone there needs to talk to people who use it every day. It’s cumbersome, slow, poorly designed, not intuitive at all. It should be much easier to do simple things. This is coming from a young tech lover, and I struggle with it. Also, why can’t you organize your automations or resort them beyond their two useless categories?.Version: 1.14.1

Terrible new app wont workNew app wont connect to any of the devices even those installed days ago. Smart function doesn't work, wont detect the devices even when right under the lights (x3). Manual pairing wont work either. Apple device. Google nest mesh network. Old app worked flawlessly every time, this new app = nothing. Needs work. Going back to the original..Version: 1.9.1

InconsistentLights sometimes won’t show up as being turned on in the app.Version: 1.14.1

AutomationNot only was the changeover from the old app unnecessary, the new app is worse in many ways. The UI is confusing, the automation causes lights to come on AROUND the time you set rather than all together at the same time and pairing a new light is near impossible. Glad to be switching to another, better company for my smart lights..Version: 1.12.3

Doesn’t integrate with GoogleDoesn’t integrate with google so I’ve lost my smart home voice set ups. Wish I never migrated from the original app.Version: 1.3.0

Awful, will no longer work with SiriThis is a terrible upgrade to the app. The old app was perfectly fine, and did not need any changes. The new app now will no longer let me control my lights through Siri, and now that feature on the original app doesn’t even work anymore. The new app is difficult to navigate and relatively useless..Version: 1.14.1

The lack of essential/basic modes astonishes me…I have faith in the new UI despite its current shortcomings, I don’t mind the direction the software team seems to be taking it. However, what I simply don’t understand is how the coloured lights lack a mode that transitions through colours like literally any multi colour LED device ever. Or party mode for an example only lets you use, in my case, two of the bulbs for one colour, and the third for another random colour instead of letting you sync all of them to the same colour and have them transition. The only options are to use some of the presets that also have different colours for each bulb. I do like some of the presets but that doesn’t mean that I only want to use the ones provided or use a static colour..Version: 1.14.1

Don’t update the appThe app update is terrible. Frustrating to use, over complicated settings, harder to pair. Keep the old one..Version: 1.15.5

Horrible AppConstantly getting “Unable To Control” message when trying to adjust a light. Randomly lights show Off but are in fact On. If you lose internet connection or restart your router you have to manually add each bulb again to be able to control them. Sometimes when adding a new bulb, it is instantly detected but you get stuck on pairing the bulb to wifi until the bulb is no longer in pairing mode and have to start over. Every update to this app never fixes a single issue. Read your reviews! So many customers have problems yet nothing gets fixed. The first app had almost zero issues. Updating to V2 was the worst choice I’ve made. There’s definitely a lot of great results but unfortunately this app rarely works when you need it to..Version: 1.5.0

Needs some workBeen using wiz lights for about 2 years now and just moved into a new place and saw that they have a new app version so decided to give it a go. Many bugs seem to be present, app is super glitchy, says my lights aren’t on when they most definitely are, simple turning off and on again seems to fix the issue. App is a big more confusing that v1, and also does not seem as user friendly, lights turning on in the middle of the night, just seems a bit messy. Hoping they fix a lot of the bugs soon. Lights are great and we’re great on the old app, just needs some fine tuning..Version: 1.8.1

USELESSWaste of time. It will not work. You can create a room, but you cannot add bulb to that room - pure nonsense. After creating a room there is no option to add bulbs. Alexa recognizes new room and aounds like it is working with Wiz v2, but nothing happens - once you manually turn on the light it will stay ON and will not dim, or turn OFF. Therefore, Wiz v2 is not working with any smart bulbs, so don’t waste your time..Version: 1.8.1

App is disappointing to say the leastThis app is so glitchy and horrible, can’t even use the app to edit my lights, always comes up with unknown error occurred.Version: 1.13.1

Glitchy broken messI got two WiZ lightbulbs at the clearance isle of my local store at $0.99. Now I think I know how they got there. The setup was tedious and took almost an hour as the lightbulbs refused to enter pairing mode. The app itself has some nice features, but they only work 10% of the time, with the bulbs randomly going offline way too often. Every time I try to do something with the light I see the “unknown issue occurred, try again later” message. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. No matter if I want to change light color, mode, turn light on/off, go into settings, anything - there’s always an error message. The app is EXTREMELY poorly built. A lot of the buttons, instructions, graphics, menu items, etc. do not fit onto the screen and are not clickable. I can see a button that I want to press, but I only see the top few pixels of it and can’t click it. Most of the instructions (especially in pairing mode) only showed the first few words, the rest was off-screen, making the already painful pairing process even worse. A lot of the elements that are meant to be centered are all over the place. There are a lot of typos in the app interface. For reference, I’m using an iPhone 13mini, my WiFi is provided by the latest Spectrum modem. A note to the dev team: if I don’t see significant improvement to the app within the next few months, I’ll be returning the lightbulbs to the clearance isle of my local store - where they belong - and advising everyone else on here to do the same..Version: 1.15.5

Timing on schedules is way outI tried to set a couple of different schedules with 2 lights in my room. Both times only 1 light turned on. One went off over an hour early that woke me up at 5am and I had to get up to turn it off manually. Another went off two minutes early and then another one of my lights turned on for no reason during the day. How hard can it be to sync a clock in an app? Otherwise the connectivity seems to be improving, very buggy with one light turning on and the other turns off. Was hoping the new app would fix it but seems like the same problems with a different UI.Version: 1.8.1

Stay with legacyUpgraded to V2 and there’s a significant delay between the app and my smart light. This doesn’t happen with the legacy version. I had to uninstall and reinstall legacy..Version: 1.15.5

Absolutely uselessThis app is absolutely useless - the old one worked this one is a glitch ridden like of rubbish. It’s so rubbish that the one thing you are supposed to do to fix it which is simply delete the light and reinstall it doesn’t work because the most basic part of this feature actually deleting the light from the app does not even work I will never waste money on another wiz light because the app that comes with it is useless.Version: 1.12.2

This app is so bad.I mean this when I say, I’m a very, very patient person. I’ve never left a bad review for anything ever. I truly believe everyone is trying their best at all times, and it isn’t up to me to judge if they’re best is or isn’t good enough. That said, this app is honestly dogsh*t. The lights constantly drop connection for days at a time. If you have lights grouped pretty frequently one or two of them won’t respond while one will, throwing off any attempt to have a unified color scheme or even working in sync. Thank God as soon as Matter integration was released I connected all the lights to Apple Home. It isn’t great but I can turn the lights on when I need to, and they actually link. On that note, the dev’s built a “reset devices” button into the app that’s said “Stay tuned for our coming update” for 6 months and multiple updates. All of which seemingly have broke this even worse..Version: 1.14.1

BuggyWorked fine then suddenly says “unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again”. Over and over and over again for a week now. No idea how I’m supposed to diagnose this issue with such descriptive explanation of what the problem is..Version: 1.14.1

Terrible Terrible! This app made me finally think about dumping all the bulbs I’ve bought in the past months and switch to a completely new system. The previous app was quite glitchy but somehow worked for my usage. The new app is a nightmare!! The bulbs are offline most of the times, I have to reopen the app multiple times and wait for a few seconds to bring them back online. Automation never works, switches on random bulbs and instead of turning them off decreases their brightness. After I deleted the automations, it still continues to do whatever the heck it feels like. I used to get woken up every morning because a random bulb will light up at 6am, I had to just dismantle it! How dare they even sell their bulbs to customers without doing a basic quality check? Terrible terrible! Need my money back..Version: 1.15.5

Way to ruin a perfectly appAdding a new lightbulb went from being a seamless process that my grandmother could do to a pile of nonsensical process. The new app does not even identify what wifi the cell is connected to so I need to type the name of my router by hand along with the password. I don’t know you guys but you had something that work well and was a easy as connecting AirPods to my iPhone to something that resembles trying to come out with a workaround inside a Linux distro from the 90’s. I’m a big time geek and seeing other fellow programmers ruining an app for the sake of giving a refresh just makes me really frustrating. Older people could not figure something like this out. I wouldn’t buy it for my parents and then have to deal with all the connectivity issues for them. A good product works seamlessly and effortlessly. The process of adding a new lightbulb is neither of them in this app..Version: 1.6.0

Not the Best For Controlling LightsThe Wiz app is pretty basic. It is possible to switch a light on and off at a particular time but that’s about it. It doesn’t use sunset or sunrise so you end up having to continuously adjust rules throughout the year. You can’t group lights together and control as a group. If you need Homekit compatibility then install Homebridge and the Wiz plugin. Then you can use the Eve app and it’s much better set of automation rules to control the Wiz devices as well as the HomeKit-compatible devices..Version: 1.14.1

V1 10x betterI have to keep re making homes every couple of days, it always comes up with errors so I can’t turn my light on and off. SORT IT OUT.Version: 1.3.0

Useless Change, whosoever buy this, don’t buy at allGet the old app back, this app is useless, I think of removing all you products and switch to other brand.Version: 1.14.1

Worked well, now getting an error messageI bought a Philips light bulb because with this app, I could set a time along with a brightness. This means, I can bring up the light slowly in the morning. It worked well until recently. Now, I get: Unknown issue occurred Something went wrong please try again later. The bulb still works according to the schedule I set up. I restarted the app and my iPhone. Same problem. I tried the help through the app. After getting past the chat bot, I waited more than 10 minutes without a reply. When I got a response, I was asked to provide info, that gave me the unknown issue error. After waiting again, I gave up. I thought about deleting the app and starting all over, but decided not to. I have something that works somewhat (I cannot turn the light on or off from my phone or change the schedule , but the schedule still works). I don’t want to reinstall only to find out it it is totally useless. I have the latest version. I will look for another product. Based on my experience, don’t use this app..Version: 1.14.1

Not enjoying this appBought 3 Wiz lights from Walmart a few years ago. Using the previous version app had no issues setting up, adjusting or controlling lights. This new “update” app is confusing as hell to use. All my lights and account were transferred to the new app, but can’t get my lights to do anything, if I do manage to get a setting, it rarely works. Lights don’t follow schedule. My garage lights(2) and my entrance light are on the same switch. Old app, no issues setting up. New version, can’t separate the lights, can’t delete to start over. Wish I never updated to this version..Version: 1.14.1

Just take the lights backBefore you download just take the product you bought back and get anything that don’t require wiz app. The app isn’t user friendly it forces you to use 2.4 gigahertz so you have to go into your router and set up guest network just for this app. After that if you get the wifi to connect you’ve only gotten over the first obstacle. Second if you have to add more than one device you have to reconnect to the wifi again which throws you right back to the first obstacle. The second obstacle is Connecting the product you want you will try a minimum of three to four times. Then after that struggle you have to hook up with Alexa which after three hours of trying never happened. In short I just took the lights out and will take them back.Version: 1.15.5

Waste of time if you don’t have a wifi routerIf you aren’t connected to a wifi router the app will not connect to any globes, even via bluetooth ! It must have wifi router access , so no good if you don’t have one as is my case..Version: 1.12.3

It’s fine but annoyingI never write reviews, so I really hope feedback is taken seriously. The app is fine, though not user friendly - you have to go through a bunch of unnecessary steps just to set one light setting. It’s not as easy to use as the original version. Also too, it would be nice to go back to the settings/lighting options without having to go “back” through a ton of pages. However, it does turn my lights on and off, so I guess it does the job. The reason for my review is due to a bug of the app that no matter what section of the app I navigate to (home, library, etc) it automatically brings me back to the automation “tab”. Sometimes I can’t even set the light mode I want because of this. It’s annoying and counters the whole purpose of the app..Version: 1.13.1

Borderline awful in comparisonI have used the original app for a long time with no problems (although some clunky UI) when this V2 version came out, I downloaded it and almost instantly switched back. The app doesn’t start when trying to open it from a widget, unless you click a quick control which doesn’t actually do anything but open the app and require you to use the regular control. They then had the audacity to put an automatic pop-up in their v1 app prompting you to download this “updated and improved” version, that appears ever time you open the app. The app itself isn’t improved other than some nice looking UI that doesn’t work half the time. Not to mention the frequent crashing, and confusing process to add new quick functions(that dont work) and even more confusing process to remove them (still can’t figure out how to) If you are going to force me into using a new app at least make it equal to the old one. Would avoid buying any products that require this app if at all possible..Version: 1.14.1

Unknown issue occurredI can never change settings on my light or turn on/off as the app comes up with “Unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again”. I can’t even turn the light on or off. It’s ridiculous. The old application worked perfectly and it was a lot more user friendly..Version: 1.7.0

Stick with the original app… This is a downgrade!!After half an hour of transferring my data from the legacy app, troubleshooting, restarting lights, reloading the app, etc., I still had the following issues: some lights went unresponsive (stopped communicating with the app), and when I tried to turn off the whole living room at once, the app, unable to turn off all of the lights due to those that were unresponsive, toggled the room back to ON by itself a few moments after I toggled it OFF. So, it doesn’t work, and who has time to try and make it work, when there’s a perfectly good legacy app that’s been doing the job for years, and frankly the old one is a better organized and better-looking product. I can’t understand the thinking behind developing a new version, with a less intuitive design, a much less classy looking UI, and more bugs than even a patient person can handle… Needless to say, I deleted the app and went straight back to the legacy app. That’s working great..Version: 1.14.1

Terrible and unreliableIn the wise words of Regurgitator “ I like your old stuff better than your new stuff” As I had been using the previous app with ZERO issues. Simple and issue free and the widget was awesome! The update? Automations ensure specific switches go on and off at specific times to ensure my working day begins without a hitch, but a need to make a single day change has left me perplexed as to how to set it and keep it set as an error continually pops up. If the app has been opened and set to the background for a moment it has a fit refuses to make the change when it’s brought back to the foreground. But even shutting down the app and restarting it does not always mend the problem. I’m not fond of the grouping of the rooms to narrow selections down when there are so many to sort through to make a change to one light. Daylight savings is here and I can’t change my light and switch sequence..Version: 1.13.1

Expected betterLights won’t turn on automatically when set to do so. Very annoying.Version: 1.15.5

Good hardware but terrible softwareHardware is good but software is terrible. I have 3 of their products only because that’s what’s only available is South America. Pairing is next to impossible. From the 3 products that I have. It has taken me up to a week for it connect. Once they are up. They work good but they get disconnected once in a while and it’s such a hassle to get them to work again. Really frustrating for them to connect. I have 2 other Philips light form the USA and the work perfect. All the time..Version: 1.14.1

TERRIBLE - don’t do it Wiz Downlight and Wiz appI’ve used a few wireless lights over the past few years but these are by far the worst. Terrible connection issues, they won’t setup, have trouble shot everything but cannot get a Wiz Downlight to even connect, let alone turn on - the app is woeful. Straight back to Bunnings for a refund and a little complaint/ feedback for them on the product. It’s 2023, it shouldn’t be this hard..Version: 1.15.5

New app forgets lightsI’ve now had to set up my lights three times in the two weeks or so - not including the original migration from the old app - because the app keeps kicking me out or forgetting my lights. Yes the old app was slightly buggy but no where near as bad as this one..Version: 1.3.0

Why change? The older app (Legacy) was far superior in almost every way. I’ve had a much better experience with the older version of the app, changing colours was simple, descriptions on the shades adjuster were helpful but also absent on this newest app which is quite tedious to implement and navigate. Please update this new app to reflect the issues above….Version: 1.14.1

Laggier than the original app^^.Version: 1.3.0

Looks terrible on ipadI've got over 50 wiz devices, been using them for several years now and I love the hardware and the v1 app was a little basic, but simple to use. This version is terrible. It's far less intuitive and more difficult to navigate. Making all that worse - it's designed for a phone size screen and doesn't scale correctly on the ipad. I get what the devs were going for, but this is a big fail. The GUI is not fun to use in any way. Urge you to keep the v1 app alive until you work things out. Take a suggestion from the devices you're running on. It'd be really nice to be able too set up my room layout like icons on my phone or tablet. Give me a 10x15 grid that I can move my lights and devices around in and setup my own custom layout. The tabs in v1 weren't perfect, but they're leaps better than the list menus in v2. I seriously don't know how you could use v1, then believe v2 is an upgraded experience in comparison. I mean come on... List menus? Really!?!!? I do like that you added some new features, looks like there's native support for motion sense now. I've not checked it out yet because I just can't bring myself to spend more that 5 min in v2. If this were a hardware alone review, it'd be 10 stars. Really really great lights and smart plugs. Wiz (Phillips) keeps adding new bulb sizes, which I really hope they keep up..Version: 1.14.1

Reduced Functionality Vacation mode removed.Ok, we rewrite the previous wiz app to reduce functionality so that the new owners don’t compete with their own high end Philips Hue products. Vacation mode has been removed. Why remove something that that was included with the original Wiz lighting products. This treatment of customers is unacceptable. Back to the legacy version for me..Version: 1.14.1

UselessThe original app is way better. It won’t even migrate your setting from original app to the new app. As other rating states, you cannot add devices. Complete waste of time downloading this..Version: 1.4.3

Wanted it to be good … but it just isn’tI’ve uninstalled this, as it’s just a bad app. The UX is horrible and loud and cluttered. The functionality was, well, not functional. Error messages didn’t provide any useful information for problem-solving. It’s such a shame because the lights and bulbs are nice (and the lamps/luminaires are made from plastic, which anyone with an inquisitive toddler in the house will much prefer to glass!), but the app is just awful. I’m genuinely curious - at what stage of the process did the developers think about the users for the first time? Because it’s really clear that it wasn’t in the early stages, when user needs should be considered for ideal design. Please go back to the drawing board, get some preliminary user input about what we want and need, and then design a brand new but GOOD app to accompany the products. Or please at least let us know it’s just not happening, so we can plan to move over to a different brand of smart lighting!.Version: 1.8.1

Vacation Mode gone after updatingBring this feature back! Randomizing my lights when I’m away was a great feature - sad to see this is gone..Version: 1.14.1

Both non intuitive and unstableWant to create a group and add lights to it? Good luck finding it - you have to be in a room - and then you can only select lights in that room for the group. Do you need to remove a light from a group or room? Good luck. Extremely non-intuitive. Add to this the entire system when paired with Philip’s lights is unstable. Lights go off line and it’s near impossible to reset them, many times lights are unresponsive and cannot be controlled and frequently a light shows up as ready to pair that I’ve already paired and errors out during the process creating a zombie. I’d say if you have two or three lights at most this app and lights are probably ok. But if you need to do a whole house lighting system, invest in a better quality system that uses a hub..Version: 1.14.1

So bad I had to reinstall the old app.I’ve tried getting used to the new controls and set up, but my area often experiences power outages which basically resets my lights and loses connection. The set up is infuriating and inconsistent. And it hurts my eyes when the process takes over 5 minutes to set up, while the lights are blinking repeatedly. So I decide to reinstall the old version, which fortunately still exists. Within a MINUTE, my lights are set up perfectly. No issues, no long wait times, just a simple click and done. Don’t bother with this new app. It’s not worth the trouble and becomes a waste of time. I don’t know what it is these days about companies ruining perfectly fine features for the sake of “customer experience” when they just make it worse! If it isn’t broken, it doesn’t need fixing or improvement..Version: 1.7.0

Worse than v1 (somehow)This is somehow even less reliable than v1, and that's saying something as the v1 app is extremely bad. So many issues that it would take too much of my time to write them out here, but it's basically unusable.Version: 1.5.0

Don’t waste your timeWouldn’t have bought a 20 dollar light bulb if i knew it would be completely useless and impossible to use with this stupid app.Version: 1.15.5

Worst than the first!!!You get locked into a set up screen that will drain your battery on your phone for hours because it can’t think quickly. Does it come up with a problem at the bottom of the screen and you can’t swipe to get the solution? Absolutely it will just sit there and mock you and tell you that it knows your problem but it has your money so you can go get bent. I have never in my life dealt with a more incompetent company than this one. And I was warned not to go for the cheap version. I’ve lost so much time and effort and money just tried to solve the problems that these people have created and then they don’t even know how to build the app so you can get proper technical support. Seriously these are the worst. Run from these people they have no idea what they’re doing..Version: 1.14.1

ComplexThis new app is a terrible change from the original wiz app. It is a significant move backwards. Weird features have been prioritised over the basic functions and user interface like simply turning lights on and off. It would be great if you can make available the original app again. It worked. You really need to get this fixed. I will never buy wiz again and will replace my existing lights with a new platform with a friendly user interface..Version: 1.9.1

V2 not an improvementI still prefer the legacy Wiz app over Wiz v2 - interface is not user friendly and the simple “vacation” mode can’t be found anywhere. Bring the old app features please.Version: 1.15.5

Really needs toggle on/off option for quick actions and shortcutsThe quick actions and shortcuts don’t allow you to toggle a light on if it is off or off if it is on. This means tediously having to creative on and off versions and running out of space for quick actions on the widgets, or shortcuts on home screens. In short time using v2 app have hit some stability issues, e.g. Widget is failing to launch app when I select to add a quick action from the widget (although it can be done if you launch app yourself and can find quick actions). Update: shortcuts/quick actions are not controlling all the selected bulbs (maybe only newer generation ones?) and cause them to gray out until app restart? On off from room control? Since only the few newer bulbs have the SpaceSense (which wasn’t mentioned in the constant nagging to upgrade to app v2) this new app doesn’t seem to have been appropriately tested and appears to be a downgrade from the v1 app..Version: 1.14.1

TerribleI have been trying for 2 weeks to get this app to function properly. Some of the buttons on the app do not work..Version: 1.7.0

UselessWhere do you want the review to begin-first of all your going to force people onto an app that is nothing but problems. It’s a pain to link multiple phones to the app to control a house. Let’s now move on to the biggest issues-the app is telling me lights are on that are off and has us constantly checking those rooms. Or it won’t connect to lights that are on to turn off. I should have to worry if the light in my toddler’s bedroom is on yet I do because the app is faulty. Other issues is it won’t turn off our lights or connect to the lights in my bedroom. I have to keep resetting the app to get it to connect. As I read reviews I see I am not the only one with these issues yet you act like it’s user error when it’s clearly not. Why release an app and give people to use it when it isn’t even working half the time. FIX IT then have people use it. It’s obvious it NEVER got tested before it was rolled out onto users. And the biggest questions-why fix something that’s NOT broken and working great?.Version: 1.14.1

Not workingCan’t even connect my lights it won’t open when I click setup lights.Version: 1.14.1

Can’t add new lightsTrying to add new Wiz bulbs and it pops up ‘device found’ when tapping this popup in the app nothing happens. It shows the button as tapped but doesn’t do anything. The add device button on the top right of the screen also does nothing. Lights let down by an app full of bugs..Version: 1.14.1

Terrible appThe UX / UI is shocking, buttons in app do not work. I need to keep uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. It’s a total waste of time, the app developers need to seriously rethink its navigability and user experience. Wish I never bought these lights in the first place if I knew what the app was like!.Version: 1.9.1

ProblemThe app is not functioning properly on my phone. I have a problem with clicking the button to add a light bulb. And it’s not that my phone is broken because I got a brand new phone and on every other app the screen works completely fine.Version: 1.14.1

Bad software. Schedules and Rhythms fight one another.I installed this app about five days ago and so far, I haven’t been able to figure it out. Well, the idea of the Circardian cycle seems appealing. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have the option to turn off the lights completely at night one possible solution to this I thought it would be to create a schedule on top of it. However, the way schedules are set up. It’s not intuitive. One would think that there would be an easier way to turn lights off. However, the way scheduling is set up toggles lights off at the end of the schedule. So you need to overlay the schedule with the cicardian rhythm. Anyway. Same exact setup for 3 different rooms and I get different results in each one of them. This app turns something as easy as turning ON and OFF a light into something impossible..Version: 1.9.1

+ add light is not workingI can add any light into the app without going to the old one and add it from there you guys need to fix this.Version: 1.9.1

Should be called DUMBLIGHTSBecause they’re the opposite of smart. Idk what Philips was doing when they created the Wiz but they clearly can’t CARE less. Don’t dare think for a second “oh look another Wiz app, V2, must mean improvement!” WRONG the original app kept closing out. The v2 app won’t even let me set up a light to the room. It won’t let me click on “start set up” the prompt literally follows 0 command. Its not frozen, because when I press the “start set up” I can see the color get highlighted but when I release the button / remove my finger from clicking or pressing it does absolutely NOTHING. Terrible. I’m so very disappointed in WIZ a year ago I thought I would just update to HUE if Wiz didn’t improve but TODAY, I wouldn’t DARE touch the hue system simply because it’s made by Philips and they’ve managed to royally mess the Wiz V2 app up. Such a small issue should not snowball but with Wiz it SOMEHOW always does. Looking into other brands especially those that allow multiple rooms to be connected to one remote control without the constant use of an app!.Version: 1.15.5

Horrible appI’ve been using these bulbs for well over a year now. We had some issues with the old app and they just created the V2 app but I decided to go with the original app based on all the reviews. It wasn’t smooth on the old app like everyone else says. I was having so many issue that I decided at the beginning of this year to switch. It was pretty spotty to start but then after complaining a couple times, it worked all the time with no issues for a few months. I was enjoying it and was surprised. Well, over the last month or two, this app has been complete garbage. It just randomly stops working and will only connect to one room and only one or two of the three bulbs all linked together. And it stays like that for a day or two. I have to start using the lights the way I used to with the light switch. Which defeats the reason for having these bulbs. I even spent four or five hours with customer support in the app and they never got it working. I’m with everyone else and done with these things. They would have to pay me to use these bulbs from here on out and even then I wouldn’t use this app, I would just treat them like a regular light bulb..Version: 1.13.1

Don’t waste your $$$UPDATE: Not only does the app not work, but support is nonexistent. You can’t just tell every individual person who is having issues with the app - which appears to be everyone who has used it - to contact support individually. It is completely apparent that the app is total crappola and these problems are not cases of user error or faulty home WiFi setups. When I asked who whom I could contact about reimbursement for my now unusable bulbs, I was completely ignored. Someone should start a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer for this. The original wiz app had its problems, but it worked well enough that I was satisfied with my purchase of the accompanying smart bulb. Satisfied enough that I replaced numerous bulbs throughout my home with them. Slowly but surely the apps glitches got worse. Then they come out with a new app that not only didn’t fix the glitches, but was even less user-friendly than the original. 90 percent of the time the lights are marked as “offline” in the app. 10 percent of the time I’m randomly able to control a random assortment (but never all) of the lights. I feel completely swindled, but Philips clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction, so I’ll just toss these now useless bulbs and take the L..Version: 1.14.1

All good except….Sometimes a couple of my lifts don’t work, some turn on when I press the button some don’t. Please fix that.Version: 1.15.5

V1 vs v2I find the new app less intuitive with more clicks required to achieve the same outcome. Looks great but sacrifices ease of use.Version: 1.13.1

Easiest way is to sign in to new Wiz App through Apple sign-inIf coming from Wiz V1 App, Just sign in to new Wiz V2 App through Apple sign-in (if you have an Apple device) & all will be transferred. Just click on the Apple sign, do not click on manual migration. Don’t need any codes, the available instructions are very bad & confusing. Actually don’t need to manually transfer anything, it does it all for you. If Wiz V1 app is crashing on opening & you want it back, just turn off device & turn back on & it will work..Version: 1.14.1

Confusing and hard to navigatePlease just let us use the V1 wiz and stop forcing us to change to V2. Its so confusing and i end up deleted it. My V1 work perfectly doesnt need any upgrade..Version: 1.15.5

Bring Back the Old App!I love my wiz lights, but the new app isn’t so unnecessary and has actively made the user experience worse. I never had any problems quickly switching between the different color options and intensities on the old app, which was perfectly streamlined and easy to use. The new app seems to have tons of new functionality, but this functionality is useless behind a rather difficult and counter-intuitive UI. The response time between choosing a light option and it activating the lights is worse as well. I have never written a review before, but I am compelled to now because this is one of if not the worse declines in UI functionality I have ever seen. The old app worked perfectly fine, was intuitive, and fulfilled all the wants I had for the service. Maybe the new UI will just take more getting used to, but the old UI was seamless and easy to use immediately. More bells and whistles is not necessarily a good thing..Version: 1.8.1

👎There was nothing wrong with old app. New app is not an improvement at all.Version: 1.14.1

Dreadful!App is buggy. It doesn’t find all of the lights so that the missing ones can’t be controlled. There is no support — phone line doesn’t connect and the chat function is never answered by a person. All you can get is an endless loop of the same unhelpful information. I suggest returning the devices you bought and getting something else. This is just too frustrating!.Version: 1.14.1

Don’t waste your time.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE “NEW” APP. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Here are just a few things I noticed in the time I was using this app that made me frustrated and ultimately made me re-download the older app. 1. No Siri control (one of the main reasons I purchased the lights). 2. Always says one of my lights is offline after the app closes, have to disconnect and plug light back in each time. 3. No wake up lighting/schedule like on the original app which was what I use every morning. 4. Original apps UI is way more user friendly, intuitive and looks a million times better. The new one is confusing and half the features don’t even work. Like the option to turn the light on once for one setting or twice for a different one. Does not work. 5. Half the time I went to turn all the lights off it would only turn one off. Don’t waste your time “upgrading” to the new app. It’s so pointless and actually makes the lights harder to use. And no, I don’t want to start a “live chat”. Just make the app better, leave people on the original app in the meantime. Why even try migrate people to the new app when it’s clearly not finished?.Version: 1.3.0

EDIT 2023•12•11 New Version = STILL CrapTHIS UPDATE IS STILL CRAP. DEC 11, 2023 I have to completing close the app in order for it to pick up the 1/5 lights in my house that still work after this bogus release. The original app prior to this worked better. This one adds several steps in order to make the light do the same thing as it did with up to half of the taps as on the previous version. Still thumbs down. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT: Crap release. Disconnects from my set "home" by itself. I have to uninstall this app and then reinstall, re-sign in, and re-set some settings that would've otherwise stayed set if I didn't have to uninstall the app in the first place. Frustrating. Very. VERY frustrating. Will happily revise my review after wiz fixes this crap..Version: 1.14.1

StinksThis is by far the worst app I have ever used. The older version was much better. Whoever programmed this new version is a lousy programmer. I have tried 16 times and on numerous bulbs, and still cannot get it working and I am very tech savvy. It just will not start pulsing. My fingers are getting sore from trying. Don’t waste your money. Try something else..Version: 1.14.1

How many settings options does it take to change a light bulbCouldn’t work out how to connect it to the bulb. Tried for 20 minutes and gave up..Version: 1.15.5

It’s just not goodIt’s not worked since i downloaded it, the old app was great but this one just seems to update with a new glitch each time and recently I seem to have lost the ability to control anything, it just comes up with “unknown issue occurred” shame though the first one was great..Version: 1.14.1

HorribleWould be great if the functionality to actually paid the bulbs through the app worked. All I get is “Device found” and when pressing the button, just get a grey action with nothing else happening..Version: 1.9.1

AbysmalTo be avoided. New app won’t allow me to adjust my lights as I’m not regarded by it as the owner! It is my house and I’m the only person ever to use Wiz. Contacted tech support who are slow to respond and unhelpful. Made the money I’ve invested in many connected lights a waste and won’t be buying any more..Version: 1.8.1

Just plain awful!A v2 should be an improvement over the previous version. This isn’t even a step backwards, it’s an utter complete and total failure of an app. The migration process should have ported over full functionality from the V1, but it doesn’t. It just transfers some sort of glimpse of what was set up before. So, now I have rooms that contain lights or plugs that I can’t use. Wiz should be ashamed they put out a replacement this bad..Version: 1.14.1

Automation doesn’t recognize Daylight Saving ChangeThe app seems to not recognize that daylight saving is over, and still runs automation in the old time. Also the lack of individual fixture automation function is a bit of a shame..Version: 1.14.1

Can’t add devicesClicking the add device button does nothing, app is essentially useless..Version: 1.15.5

Used to workLatest version constantly displays “Unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again” Latest light to be paired went through a lot of issues and took a long time with manual pairing whereas previously purchased lights connected quicker.Version: 1.14.1

Genuinely bad after they moved to version 2Almost every time I will go into the app and the room/main screen is greyed out. Not even able to interact with my light. I’ll try to change the light and the buttons don’t even work. Every time I try to turn it on or change the light I get an “error” message. Sometimes I get no message, just fully greyed out and non-functional. I’ll close my app and open it multiple times and sometimes that works but most times it’s pure chance that I’m able to change my light. Very frustrating and just pointless to switch to a different app only for it to not work. I will probably just be switching back to a regular light bulb. I thought the colors were super cool and awesome for when you don’t want it super bright or pitch black but having to deal with this everyday multiple times a day just makes it not worth it..Version: 1.14.1

App no longer connects to my lightApp no longer connects to my light even though I’ve paired it properly. I’ve unpaired and paired again, it shows in the app that it’s paired and my Alexa even recognizes it’s paired but in the app it’s constantly saying it’s offline and unavailable so my light is now a regular lame light. Update and fix this please..Version: 1.15.5

Very disappointed….I can’t believe that with all the smart products products out there WIZ thinks it can compete with them without having a sunrise and sunset feature. You think the term “Smart Bulb” would actually mean “Smart”. Who wants to have to creat a timer and keep adjusting the turn on time as sunset changes throughout the year. What a shame...Version: 1.14.1

New App is garbage, I gave them a chanceI gave it a chance, I gave the development team a couple months to screw this thing together properly, but it hasn’t happened. The timer system doesn’t seem to work, or rather it follows some hidden clock rather than the times I enter for my time zone. The app doesn’t connect to my network constantly. It’s basically random as to whether the app will let me operate the lights. It’s infuriating. My idea of how this app should work is that EVERY TIME I open it while standing in the room I want to control, I should be able to open the app and control the lights. This is true about 50% of the time. The switches are on because well, the lights are on. I can’t turn them off because, the app won’t connect. If it works sometimes, it should work all the time. To be very clear, this is not a problem with how it’s set up. It is not a problem with my modem or home network. I will be contacting support about this. The old app worked, every time, I never had issues like this. How about copying the programming and making it look a little cleaner. Instead you built a new app with a crappy networking process. It might look “newer” but I’d rather something work than look good..Version: 1.15.5

Since moving can not pair the lights. The app fails to pair the linght. Over and over. Tried removing all. Reinstalling still the same loop. They were perfect until the last update. Really not happy..Version: 1.15.5

Won’t transferCan’t transfer from the old app and now my Alexa won’t recognize the lights. Old app was way better. So so frustrating.Version: 1.14.1

Crap don’t use or buyThese developers couldn’t develop a functional produce to save their lives. Avoid !!.Version: 1.14.1

Go Back to V1Ever since the release of V2 I cant change the color or even have control of my lights now.. always comes up with an unexpected error. The older version/app was perfectly fine.. idk y u changed things when they worked so well..Version: 1.7.0

Horrible UXHad to delete app as the buttons weren’t linked properly. Also couldn’t find how to to add additional lights to rooms. There should be an easier, accessible way to find this..Version: 1.14.1

Automation/ scheduled timing not workingAutomation/ scheduled timing no longer working after software update.Version: 1.7.0

This is a low budget design app ever on a big companyI have been using the old one Wiz without any problem. The on and off switch is working prefect not until I switched to WIZ v2. I did try repairing it and reset the WiFi. I have 2 different WiFi 2.4g signals at home with 2 different routers. The results are still the same. I then switched it back to the old one and repaired it to the 2.4g network work like a champion! I won't do an upgrade to v2 ever again!.Version: 1.14.1

Standard Time is not correctThe UK has moved to Standard time (winter time)on Sunday. But the app doesn't seem to have changed the setting. I originally set the lights to turn on and off every morning from 7 to 8 am. But starting Sunday, the lights are turned on and off an hour earlier. It became 6-7 turning the lights on and off. I don't know how to solve this problem.Version: 1.14.1

Total garbageI have had nothing but problems with the bulbs and app. In order to get the lights working on the app for the I don’t know how many dozens of times I have had to uninstall the app and start over. This time it got sooooo much better!!! I now love the App!! Why you may ask??? Because it doesn’t work at all!! The + button is not a button. It doesn’t do eff all. Same thing for the add lights option when opening the newly installed app. I hope people read this before buying any of the crap this company is selling. Run away and and pay the extra few dollars to buy a quality product. Or if you just want a regular everyday functioning light bulb that costs more than a standard bulb just buy one from these guys. You will surely be disappointed. Have fun ripping your hair out, I know I did :).Version: 1.15.5

Don’t waste your moneyThis app is rubbish. The lights don’t connect and the buttons in the app do nothing!.Version: 1.13.1
