✓ Needs a lot of workEvery update to this app has made it worse and worse. Why can’t I view or edit future reservations? Why can’t I adjust availability? It’s truly confusing to me how poorly designed this app is.ThisgirlseatingVersion: 1.28.1

✓ Our Customers HATE Toast.The only way to see a menu is to give your phone number, and Toast will text you a link to the menu. Our customers see this as an invasion of privacy, and HATE it. We have had to print new menus because most of our customers ask for them instead of giving their phone number for the digital version. We’re totally going backwards with this system. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the software isn’t bad. But that doesn’t really matter when your customers hate it, right??.Nickname FiascoVersion: 1.14.3

✓ Does not work!The app opens and then freezes on their Home Screen. You can’t do anything but close it. I tried redownloading the app but that was pointless. It simply does nothing! What a waste. Better off going to the restaurant’s website to make a reservation..CespizzaVersion: 1.35.0

✓ Less than half baked !!Toast is well known for trying to do everything ,but almost all its programs are half baked . Seriously get it to get her Toast !! If you are bringing a product to the market and we are paying for it , make sure it is 80-90% on par with other programs , not like 30-40 % . This app lacks many basic functionalities .
