✓ Kinda saltyNot sure why there is not a way to email or contact customer support for this game. I just made 2 purchases and the game kicked me off the game..Version: 1.0.6
✓ Change the camera settings holy crapThis game is borderline unplayable for me because of the camera No game should zoom in and out that friggin much/fast with tons of flashing. It physically makes me sick There are small jerky camera movements and dramatic zooming in and out 🤢 For real, please create a setting where that can be turned off so it’s the entire arena shown with the characters moving and a larger puzzle on the bottom.Version: 2.3.0
✓ Interesting gameplay but little elseThe gameplay with the matching blocks within timed section is different, fun at first but eventually auto becomes the normal way to play because it’s simply more efficient. The progression is gated behind player rank, so you take forever to level your units, which in turns explain the minimum amount of resources that you earn. It’s fun at first, but the slow progression and lack of UI polish (buttons placed everywhere and you have to press exactly on them to progress menus makes repetition a chore) on top of a poor roster of characters makes this a hard one to recommend..Version: 1.1.3
✓ Great game but…I’m not receiving my anima from the duplicate gacha pulls, including the 3 stars. I need to receive these, I didn’t realize it until after doing about 10 pulls total? This results in a lot of setbacks for me. Please fix this as it’s an important part of the game..Version: 1.0.6
✓ Summons worse than tencentExtremely bad summons pitty pull has been doubled and summon rate’s lowered also won’t stop crashing every 5 minutes devs clearly want this game to die badly..Version: 2.0.6
✓ Back to back limited unit bannersThe game itself is pretty decent. So far the daily premium currency income has been pretty low, making it hard to gain currency to save for banner pulls. With that in mind, the new event banner dropped with a single limited unit. The rate up for said unit is lower than other gacha games and the pity is also pretty low. Meaning pulling the limited unit takes a lot of premium currency on average. Today the banner changed and theres another single limited unit. If you want both limited units, you’re going to either have to get really lucky or spend a decent amount of money (this is what they want of course). This is month one of the game being out, pretty greedy start imo. Other than this, the game is pretty decent. Tldr: -Limited event units are spread out -Low daily premium currency income -Low pity rate -Low rate up rate -Gameplay mechanics are decent.Version: 1.0.13
✓ This game is worthy of trying!I would rate it four stars but I am salty… I only downloaded this game because of a crossover it was running turns out the crossover ended only 2 or so hours before I downloaded it… The gameplay loop is very different from the typical gacha games I see and for that alone I would say give it a shot! It’s just not for me… especially now that the crossover is gone. 💀.Version: 2.4.4

✓ Gacha rate is badI did 70 pulls on a banner and got not a single 3 star on it make the 3* rate atleast 3% bc the amount of pulls I did on a banner with 1.5 3* rate without getting a single 3* is insane fix your game.Version: 2.4.6
✓ ObnoxiousAnnoyed at excessive handholding at the beginning in general for games but this game, anyway it’s extremely annoying to do one stage to be forced to look at some other feature. Besides that the game is flashy to the point it’s exhausting to look at, on top of that there’s so many redundant pop ups it makes the game feel like a chore..Version: 1.0.5

✓ Constant disconnectingI am truly in love with this game, but ever since I passed world 6, I’ve been dealing with the game constantly disconnecting me for no reason. It’ll say “Unexpected error has occurred” and send me back to the main menu. I’ve been having to repeatedly restore my data for it to work. Please fix this, and my rating will go up..Version: 2.1.0
✓ Another pay to winIf you don’t plan to pay big buck for this game then don’t bother. Free in game currency can only get you max 3 stars characters. If you want 5 stars you must pay. And this game in game currency is more expansive than similar games too..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Draw Rates Are NOT AccurateI have performed re-rolls and have rolled through an account - the draw rates don’t match up to what is stated. I feel as though the rng is not random enough, but that’s a guess based on anecdotal evidence. Decent game, but I’d avoid based on the gacha aspect..Version: 1.0.7

✓ No character voice credits??I’ve searched every page in the game and can’t find cv credits anywhere, even the english website has removed them from character pages even though they're credited on the japanese site. please add them to character profiles in game.. i downloaded this because one of my favorite seiyuu voices a character and i’d like to be able to see who else i might recognize without having to dig through the twitter account for the handful of profiles posted there. it also seems disrespectful to not have them credited anywhere when they’ve put so much work into playing these roles..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Bad storylineThe story does not make sense. Why would anyone log on to a VR that the central AI is longer under control and there is the danger of going into coma… the story even say that there are other VR that you can join, but there is only 1 central AI? ✓ GachaI don’t like how the pity doesn’t carry over! Especially for exclusive characters that requires 400 pulls isn’t really fit for free to play players. The rate to obtain the new character on the exclusive banner also isn’t high, most the time you have to pull till pity. It would be a huge improvement if pity Carrie’s over and free to play players will be more willing to play on!.Version: 2.0.9
✓ Error -9999Can’t even play the game anymore, and I only started 2 days ago.. Every time the game loads to 70% the error pops up. I tried to redownload the game, even though that means I’m probably gonna lose my paid gems. It’s like crash fever errors all over again..Version: 1.0.10
✓ Wish I can enjoy this game..Don’t get me wrong, I was throughly enjoying this game and it was so cool of the dev team to give so many rewards for new players. But with the infinite loading screen always stuck at 10%, I cannot even login into the game. I have tried everything- restoring data, restarting my iPad, disconnecting and reconnecting my wifi, nothing works. I even deleted and redownloaded the game, didn’t work at first but it was working until I reached chapter 2 then the exact same problem occurs. I honestly don’t know what else I can do. ✓ Thrash game don’t botherThis game makes You wanna like it but it’s doing everything to make you hate it. Every thing you do there’s a loading screen. ✓ Horrible AppDo NOT get it . This APP did not work at all. Im on wifi with excellent connection but the app keeps saying error get on wifi connection for getting files… Not once did it exceed over 16% just stay stilled and gave me the dumbest message. Get on a better connection . ****** please my wifi is making everything else work great and speedy but this app just gets stuck and sending me back to the opening screen.
