✓ Cannot cancel subscriptionI paid for 1 monthly subscription to see if I liked the app and now am unable to cancel my subscription. Every time I got into settings in my appleID and see “active subscriptions” Perfect365 video shows up. Even after I select “cancel subscription” it continues to stay red and active. ✓ Can’t delete videosI think it’s a big deal that I have private videos in this app that I have paid for and I cannot delete them from my library. I feel extremely uncomfortable, knowing that this video is there and that this company can access my data and I don’t have the ability to remove things out of my library. If it was a free app, I could understand but I’ve already paid for it, and I do not have access the way I should ensure my privacy. That’s worth zero stars but unfortunately I have to put one. ✓ Who wants to look like thatIt doesn’t do basic things like conceal dark circles under eyes or brighten the whites. It really doesn’t do anything well and then it has this whole makeup feature that makes you look like an 80s street walker. Many times the preview will crash and you can’t see the changes until you export or restart the app and then do all the settings again. So the functionality as bad as that seems to crash or stop responding to the filter adjustments and the final look is horrendous and shouldn’t be anything anyone wants to look like..Version: 1.24.18
