✓ If I could give it a negative-0 I would. This app is HORRIBLE!!I would recommend NEVER EVEN TRYING THIS APP. I ordered my card 2 twice never got a card until I ordered a 3rd one and that didn’t even come in for 8-9 days. Now that I finally have the card in hand the activation button on the app is gone and my card is not activated!!! My check got deposited into this account on Feb 3rd and for some reason I can’t transfer my funds at all to any accounts added to this app & I still can’t access my money from Feb 3rd! I have called and emailed them for 3 to 4 weeks now and I keep getting transferred to other people and all of them don’t have a clue how to help me! I’ve asked for supervisors and got hung up on multiple times! I got fed up and had my job switch my direct deposit back to my original bank account. This app without my permission switched my direct deposit back to them 3 times!!!!!! EVEN AFTER I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT! I had to contact my work 4 times to get it switched back to my original bank! This app is extremely frustrating and likes to withhold your money from you! Again it’s now February 18th and I still have NO ACCESS to my check from February 3rd! disgusting. My last paycheck from yesterday had to be mailed to me instead of deposited into my accounts bc this app keeps screwing up everything!!! Absolutely not worth it!!!!!!!.Version: 1.26

✓ Do not use this appThe customer support for this app is nonexistent. The app will not verify your identity. When you call customer support, you get transferred 15 times or hung up on. This app is useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Version: 1.22

✓ Waste of space and time, not as good as it soundsBasically they just increased the price to transfer money out, they created this Friday app as a new version of daily pay, you agree to get your deposit there and it’s “free” but if you want to transfer your money out you still have to pay or wait 3 business days to get a transfer out. They basically just gave the app a new skin and hid away the fee so you wouldn’t see how terrible that 3.49 is.Version: 1.22

✓ Do not bank or use this card companyThere has been multiple issues with me using Friday by DailyPay my purchases has been taken from my transaction history and posting again on a different day as a new transaction which there taking money again from my account this has happened numerous of times. They say there going to do escalations and someone will contact you within 1-3 business days they never call or email you I spoke with multiple representatives and no one ever resolved anything they tell you different things and then hang up. I would not recommend this Friday by DailyPay to anyone if you want to keep your money secure please use something else not this for sure bad experience and I’m certainly not the only customer with issues with this Friday by DailyPay ..Version: 1.26

✓ TransferMy job always uses the regular daily pay i only got the card because I thought it would save me money and less hassle. Well that was a lie I shouldn’t have to wait 2-3 business days to get my own money that’s ridiculous. Your already charging A fee to transfer my money unless I get direct deposit but having to wait is just like paying the fee. This really needs to get fixed asap..Version: 1.22

But the haven’t set up my company to use the app even know they use DailyPay already. 2nd biggest retail company in the United states(Kroger) just be prepared to get a lot of complaints because so many people rely i this to get paid early..Version: 1.16

✓ Don’t recommendFriday by daily pay app is not working! I am not able to review any of my transactions in the app nor do I get any bank statements to see what I am being charged for! Anytime I click on transactions it freezes up and don’t allow me to click on anything else! This is a huge inconvenience for all I know you guys can be updating the transactions to an higher amount and I won’t know! ✓ Reported fraudI reported fraud on my card. I asked if I should call the police and have it investigated. I was assured that they would do an internal investigation and I didn’t need to do anything. After waiting a week I was told that I would not be getting my $200 back because everything was legitimate. This was very disappointing being that my card was used at an ATM in a city that I’ve never been to. I think the problem was I still had my card, and it was a skimming incident. I was asked if I wanted to reopen the investigation to which I said yes. They asked me what new information do I have. But I had none because they told me not to do anything and they would do all the investigation themselves. I will be canceling my service with them. ✓ Friday is trash! Throw the whole company away.I just got paid today and daily pay is saying that they have sent my check to the friday card but, when I go to check my Friday card my check is no where to be found. ✓ Just not a useful serviceOnly free to transfer to Friday card if you set direct deposit to also go to Friday card. Meaning all my money goes to this new card. There are fees for moving money from your Friday card to your external bank account, and Friday doesn’t seem to allow electronic transfers. Basically if I want to pay my bills, I have to put my money in my external bank account, which still has a fee, or use cash, which is a hassle. Maybe useful as a way to separate spending money from bill money? Even if you used it to do that though, you’d end up paying exorbitant fees, and you’d have little control over how much money went where. Feels like a scam for DailyPay to force you to sign up for their new inferior checking account. I’m just going to stick to the original DailyPay app. I’m only using that because they’re the only payment method offered through my job, the company has lost a lot of respect from me through the broken help-links on the actual daily pay app (ever tried to contact them? I need to get into the app to access my funds. I am not happy about this at all, i never had any issues with this app until now. ✓ Declined transactions too oftenLike the title says, my transactions get declined when I have money in my account. i’m obligated to carry cash and the “in network” fee free ATMs are very rare. Customer service is almost completely automated. There’s no real help. All responses are generic and read from a script..Version: 1.32
