✓ Tutorial too longStop handholding players and let them play how they want. We’re not stupid. I wasn’t going to wait through that entire tutorial where you forced me to do one thing over and over. I get how games work. Stop treating your consumers like they’re a baby..Version: 1.3.8
✓ Not f2p friendly, boring, and inactiveIn this game, you can get practically no where if you dont plan on spending hundreds of dollars. Theres gacha, yes, but there is never any guarantee of getting a good character or any useful pity system. The gameplay is boring overall, not to mention repetitive and without purpose. There isn’t any story to it, even if you reach the very last stage of gameplay. Finally, hardly anyone plays it. Theres no one in chat and never anyone online..Version: 1.2.6
✓ Really Low Quality and StingyCharacter design is pretty nice but the game overall just feels really cheap: UI is a mess, load times every time you click something, no free 10 pull the moment you start, hero codex is glitchy, don't even get me started about the english dubbing because my goodness is it bad. ✓ Feels so… cheapThere doesn’t seem to be any plot line, there is no interesting battle graphics. The voice actors are terrible and it makes me so irritated. The entire system is kinda awkward and I can’t appreciate it at all. The only good thing is like the home page it is kinda pretty but that is just about it. Maybe the summoning graphics as well. ✓ Can't get into accountI love this game, but I was in the hospital for a long time due to an accident and my phone data was . Despite this, my Facebook account was linked to the game because my apple ID didn't allow it. I tried to log in again today and it isn't letting me, saying my there is an issue with Facebook. My Facebook is still linked and active to the account and I still have a player ID, which means all hope isn't lost, but the devs/discord admins haven't responded to my ticket yet so I'm getting nervous about restoring my account. I'm very upset since I put so much time an money into it before my accident. I really wished they used other login methods like discord, Twitter, or gmail to prevent issues like this from happening..Version: 1.3.10

✓ Quality of Life LoweredThis app takes more away from your life, than anything else. This game isn’t working properly and the developers refuse to fix the problems. Since half of the things in this app don’t work, you’ll have to pay for anything and everything. As a disabled person, it actually hurts to play this game and I’m often in pain because of it. Why? Because no matter how much you select something, it does nothing/it never works. For example: watching ads and closing them - the close button does nothing and it takes 2 hands/arms to close off the App Store, the app advertised within the game and then the app itself (because it becomes unplayable), including reopening the app. I’ve lost most of the energy in my arms from doing so and it actually stops me from doing anything in life, (lowering the quality of life for a disabled person - which is very different from the disability laws in Australia, stating that NO ONE has a right to do that to a disabled person). I’m not even going to mention the other problems with this game/app, that caused more medical harm than good - I’m not getting paid for it, nor have I received an apology for the injuries caused. The fact that this app causes physical harm and possibly more (since I am diagnosed with PTSD and began wondering if the developers were playing with my head), should have been displayed in the App Store description and within the app itself but wasn’t - either way, I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION TO BE HARMED!! With the amount that a lot of players have paid (including myself), the developers can afford to hire someone who can actually do something about the problems with the app..Version: 1.1.24
✓ Extreme Pay to WinUnless you actually plan on spending your own money in this game, id recommend avoiding it. You will absolutely not get anywhere in this game since just about everything is based off pvp. If you don’t whale, you wont even be a fly on the wall to some of these people. All their ranking systems are based off pvp and that is where all the rewards come from (besides the gacha that isn’t really a gacha? You kind of straight up buy the UR characters by completing a certain amount of gacha rolls). However, the artwork is amazing, but they’re turned into chibis for battles. Again, save your time for another game if you don’t plan to pay to win. It’s not free to play friendly at all since you won’t be able to compete with anyone else who pays and buys out the whole shop every week….Version: 1.2.3

✓ Could be better, Eng Va is awfulHonestly it’s fun in the beginning but later in the stages it gets really repetitive and boring to play. There isn’t much you can do since gaining materials is rather easy. The English voices for some characters sounds terrible and the quality is bad. Some voices sound reused and could be better in general. But has good art and animations which I can appreciate..Version: 1.1.17
✓ 1 star, but was 5I really loved and enjoyed this game, put some money into in too, but today during Battlefield it just crashed. I didn’t think twice about it, things like this happen once in a while, right? So I went to my games, to open it again, and it didn’t. It crashes all the time! 1 in over 20 attempts will be successful, but within a minute or two game will crash for me again. And again. And again. Now, I wouldn’t be too worried about it, if I didn’t put money into it and wasn’t a leader of second best Sect. And Top 3rd player. Not being able to at least transfer leadership to someone else hurts. I tried restarting my iPhone (11 Pro), uninstalling and reinstalling game, but nothing helps. ✓ Horrible voice actingIdk why they went with creepy and annoying English voice overs the game would be great without them. In response to the developer: Thank you for asking. The first character that comes in the tutorial looks nothing like the voice. The voice is too deep, harsh and sounds overly macho/American. Even a VO with a more natural ENG/Chinsese, Korean, Japanese or other Asian accent would sound better. If you want a deep voice aim for for Felix from Stray Kids. The other was the dog demon guy, I couldn’t bare to play through the tutorial it was so awful. Softer tones and more diversity in accents would do wonders for this game. The VO all sound extra stereotypical non-BIPOC American. These characters aren’t white so they don’t need to sound that way..Version: 1.1.26
