You can totally do this even if you are qn able person and just need to sit down. ✓ 100% Recommend!I have been following Jesi on instagram and YouTube for a while and she has totally inspired me to get stronger and fitter. This app has great free content….. HOWEVER, the paid subscription is TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY AND I RECOMMEND! Living life from a wheelchair means we need to stay strong and do some extra work to maintain our independence and get around…….. the app is phenomenal, and the wheel with me team are AMAZING if you need to reach out - or even if you just want to!
