✓ PanthiaSo am stuck in level 7 this is the second time I finish And I have to wait because there is nothing further, currently where am at which is chapter 7 am needing 2 stars but how can I get them if I can’t go any further??😳😳 if anyone can shed any light or is it that I just need to delete this game and find another one?? ✓ WHAT’S GOING ON????I really LOVE this game, HOWEVER, there are definitely PROBLEMS, such as (mentioned by other reviews), VERY FRUSTRATING on how you have to merge items separately FROM ALL OVER THE BOARD, there’s got to be a better way!! My 2 main problems, right now are 1) I had been collecting the “bonus lights” (gold & green/ keys for bazaar board) which would pass over the game board & when I went to the bazaar board 50% of the time the BUBBLE that holds the keys would FLOAT OFF THE BOARD & I would LOSE THEM, that SEEMS TO BE RESOLVED?? hopefully for good…… 2) NOW the BONUS LIGHTS USE TO float over the main board QUITE FREQUENTLY at first, it got to be less often, THEN it was like they would only float at certain times & NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED ALTOGETHER!!!! I’m hoping you RESPOND to these reviews, because it’s good to know when you are being acknowledged!! I sure hope these problems can be resolved because the game is a lot of fun to play..Version: 1.8.0

✓ ClunkyThere is nothing smooth about trying to move the pieces near each other for merging (which is most of the game - the designing portion is very minimal). If you’ve opened another section of the island, the pieces actually get stuck on the edge when you’re trying to move it to the area where the matching pieces are. Sometimes you can’t get them to merge - they’re like repelling magnets. Other times you’re just simply trying to move them closer together so you can save them to merge 5 - and they snap together! Sometimes I try to pick up the piece and kind of fling it in the general area where I want it to go, but then it crashes into another group and sends them scattering. The merging is so frustrating that I actually find myself not being able to tolerate playing it. The game is nice and I like the story, but please fix the smoothness of gameplay!.Version: 1.8.0

✓ Needs so much workThis game crashes constantly, the customer support is essentially nonexistent, and you lose very important items when the game crashes. I’m stuck on a level because one of my wonder items disappeared, and the game doesn’t let you make more than one wonder item of each type (I’m essentially done with the level, but am unable to move on). I’ve tried to contact support twice, the first time my support ticket was closed before I was able to reply, and the second one hasn’t even been replied to. I will most likely be deleting this game, and recommend for people to only download it if they enjoy being frustrated by bugs and crashes..Version: 1.11.0
✓ Do not waste time on thisThe game was fun for a while, then all sorts of bugs started, which I reported and were never fixed, then after purchasing a couple of packs and the weekly golden ticket, I find out the game isn’t even finished. You can’t progress. So I have submitted to try and get my wasted money back because I cannot use what was purchased. ✓ Constantly waiting for energyEnergy regeneration takes way too long to hold my attention. It reminds me of a primitive form of the Fairy Farm app. The graphics in Panthia just aren’t that good and the game itself isn’t all that clever. I use energy to merge items and unlock more land, but the wait is so long I just forget all about the game..Version: 1.8.0

✓ So frustratingThe game is ok but it launched before it was ready. You get a couple of days of playing and then you can’t progress because new levels are still being written. I’m waiting weeks between playing a few days and getting another update so that I can play a couple days more before waiting weeks for another update. Come on already. Write more levels and then upload instead of these way too small updates. FYI, there’s just four levels uploaded with each update. People are going to get bored waiting and then they are going to forget about this game. The worst part is that the levels are basically all the same. ✓ Worst Customer ServiceVery addictive game but they only get 1 star because they DON’T FIX THEIR BUGS. I’ve reported the same issue three times using the support in the app, and the first two times they said they would pass the issue on to their development team and then they close the ticket without fixing the issue. Third time I reported the issue they didn’t even respond. The issue is that every time I try to merge a certain piece it takes me back to the Home Screen, then I have to reload the game, move another piece, back to Home Screen, reload, move piece, back to Home Screen.. very frustrating..Version: 1.10.0
