✓ UghTo the developers. You are scum..Version: 1.38.0
✓ Fun game BUT…You incessant “rewards” chests, gold etc do NOTHING. A rookie level player should not be able to beat a pro level player easily. The stupid EGG game cheats None of the “extra” rewards for watching ads are worth watching the ads. Upgrades are useless and meaningless if a far superior player with way higher stats can be beat by a beginner player. Too bad you guys don’t focus on better game play instead of constant ads. Better games mean players would watch the ads more and get better rewards but then they are useless anyway..Version: 1.38.0
✓ Bought a Haley Offer today did not everything…no place to complain but hereI have been playing this game for a few weeks and like it, it’s fun to play. Had made previous offer purchases with no issues. Today when I purchased the Haley Offer I did not get the 500 gems promised, gems as in most games are the most coveted resource. So off I went to look for customer services / tech support and bring it to their attention. I looked around but could find no such link in the app. I thought I would post my review they have been prompting me for as a way to bring it to their attention. I did close the app and reopen to see if my gems had gone up by 500 but unfortunately not still at 137. I will be interested to see if I am contacted through the review bout the issue. They will get no more of my money until this is resolved. Requested refund. I may stop playing this game and their 8 ball pool game. Update 11/24/2022, got my money back on the above issue and did maintain some of the features but never got the gems. NEW ISSUE as you play you work to finish challenges. Some of these challenges are locked from the start and if completed you need to pay the $4.99 which I do not have an issue with. What I do have an issue with is those challenges that are not locked until you are almost finished completing them. Anymore I can predict which ones will be locked before I can finish them without paying the $4.99..Version: 1.31.0
✓ Absurd pop ups!The amount of popup in this game ruins the whole experience! I am taking 4-5 pop ups just opening the game and another 4-5 every time you play a match in the game. Not to mention the pops are predatory in nature and designed ti make you click on wrong buttons (same button with be free for one pop up and on the next one the same placement button will cost you!)..Version: 1.38.0

✓ I Used To Think.....I used to think this was a Fun game, but the speed accessing their server has gotten to be a real issue. I've changed to a 5g server getting almost 300mb down. ✓ Terrible customer supportA lot of missing documentation on how the game works and Support is nowhere to be found to answer. For example, there are many players (bots and actual players) who use characters that would require way more max trophies to unlock. But the worst is the season ranking - impossible to tell who’s supposed to rank higher in the case of a tie. Keep getting bumped by a player who reaches the same number of points as me, yet i can never bump them. Is it by current winning streak? Max winning streak? Trophies? Clearly it isn’t based on who got to the top first, making it pretty pointless to try to win. Again, Support can’t be bothered to respond.Version: 1.33.0

If you go to Twitter you can see how much people detest that Royal Match Game King. The developers of this game want you to pay the outrageous extortion fee of $7 ($6.99) to end the incessant ad bombardment. No way! Get bent!.Version: 1.42.0

✓ Fun game but riggedThe game is really fun but I’ve noticed it’s rigged to make you spend money and use gems. Playorcas makes things like the tennis wheel look random but it’s rigged to the point you won’t get the top prize until the last spin. Also, in accuracy challenge at the start you select a card to get a starting point value. You’ll select a glow point value far more often than you’ll get an orange or purple card (higher point values). I know your business model is to make money but do it in another way instead of fixing the things that look random..Version: 1.33.0
