✓ Don’t download itYou get one pony.. and a handful of decor items. All you do is find hats for other ponies that are NPCs. In the 5 minutes i looked at the game I found the same 2 hats multiple times. Not even different ones… then they want $8.99 a month to unlock more ponies and items. Not worth the download! ✓ Good Game but…This game is really cute. I love playing with sunny and doing quests. However, to even PLAY THE FULL VERSION, it’s $10.99 a MONTH?!?! If it was a one-time purchase that would be different, but it’s a subscription that costs over $120 a year, which is ridiculous for an MLP game. Please either make this a one-time purchase or make it cheaper, because I really like the game and I want to play the full version but I can’t just spend $120 for A MOBILE GAME every SINGLE YEAR. ✓ New low for budgeI’ve played every my little pony budge game that’s been out in the past couple years. some (i.e. pocket ponies) are a lot of fun and worth continuing while others are ultimately unplayable after a certain point. but something paywalled to this extent isn’t even worth the free download. you can only play as one character without paying, the designs are unsettling to say the least, and even aside for the money you need to spend to play as any other character, there are multiple other central features of the game that face the same problem. it’s manipulative of both the kids this is targeted towards and their parents at a time where money is even tighter then usual for everybody. i may have been able to delete the app after giving it more of a fair shot but kids are gonna find this genuinely distressing. for what it’s worth though, the limited decorating i was able to do in the brighthouse was cute and fun, but certainly not enough for it to be worth keeping the app..Version: 2022.2.0

When I found out there was a my little pony game on Budge I was freaking out to try it out! When I bought it I totally regretted my decision. ✓ Fun for Five Minutes.When I first began to play this app, I was admittedly pretty excited to play. However, what welcomed me began to irritate me. The voice over became very annoying really quick (thank the Lord for muting options), the character models look diseased, and of course the typical micro-transaction lockouts. When you begin playing you only play as Sunny Starscout, and to unlock the other ponies you need to purchase with real money the other ponies. On top of that, two of the four areas are also locked behind said micro-transactions, so you better start spending! The only decent aspect of this app is the ability to customize Sunny’s Lighthouse (one of the two areas unlocked when you download the app), however this falls apart quickly as the system that enables further customization will also eventually be softlocked until you purchase a dreaded micro-transaction..Version: 2022.2.0
