✓ Cops.Why do the cops only mess with me, and not the other riders? The game is so annoying at higher level because of the cops. They don't mess with other riders, only you. Then when they add TWO cops it's darn near impossible to win..BweekzzzzVersion: 2023.10.06

✓ Unplayable in high level career modePlayed this game in normal mode. Got near the end and no matter which vehicle you max out and how far ahead you are, the AI just shoots through your A$ŚHOLE and gets out miles in front. Switched it to Easy Mode…much better. The AI goes through your A$ŚHOLE, out your mouth, and goes even further out. It was five stars but deleting this game for good. Also, let’s not even get started on Freestyle. ✓ Same Old Apple ArcadeThis game is just ok. But as per almost every Apple Arcade game this is the same as the regular version with a plus and you don’t have to pay for it. Also, I don’t understand why they would release it for Apple Arcade and not update the aspect ratio. I have an iPhone 13 and I lose about 10% of the screen on this game. ✓ Recycled old gameThere’s really not much that’s new about this game, for those of us who played the original release many years ago. The tilt controls were de rigueur back in the day, primarily to create a use for the then-new accelerometers. Very few people actually wanted to use them in the first place, and they’re rare to find in games released today. Graphics are outdated, and the low-poly models haven’t been updated to take advantage of the much better hardware. There’s no noticeable texturing to add some more detail in the absence of more polys. I really didn’t get too far into the game this time around, because it’s pretty much the same game I’d already played, and because I despise the tilt controls. ✓ The exact same game from 2020 no betterWhy did they put this on Apple Arcade with zero improvements, the game is the same as the one they didn’t update since 2020 no improvements at all or graphic changes, still it doesn’t have Apple Arcade support for macOS, they just ported the old game and didn’t change anything, no 120hz or improved graphics I compared both and the only change is the pause icon is now lower so you can touch it on newer phones, shame they didn’t spend time making the game better with todays graphics.Dan9700Version: 2023.01.17

✓ Becomes impossible the more you playI really loved this game, there's not many racing games like it on the app store. It's really fun, and it's easy to progress until you get farther in the game. There are levels I have played over and over for days that are quite literally impossible to beat. Makes me want to delete the game, it's frustrating! Even with the latest maxed out hydrojet it's impossible. If you're in the lead someone uses a boost and passes you at the last minute and you're stuck in 2nd, when you need 3 stars to pass. ✓ The game was good until...Fun game. Very much loke Hydro Thunder. Was having a blast, until I beat Krex, and unlocked Scorpion. Once I moved on to upgrade before the next race, I suddenly only have Vyper, and none of the other characters I've unlocked for some reason. It also deleted all of the previous vehicles I had prior to Scorpion. I deleted the app and data, then reinstalled. This brought back the vehicles, but nothing else..Mykee27Version: 2023.01.17

✓ Arcade version flawed to cause purchase of paid version?I have played this in the past before it was on Arcade; and it’s a great game. However on this version I am stuck at maxed out hydrojets until winning a future match that I can not get to because it is impossible. Maxed out equipment, I own all the stunts/tricks; I take advantage of drag from jets ahead of me but in Grand Prix 5-3 Championship the other racers start ahead and stay ahead the whole time. Its not like the other gameplay and there is not attainable advancement past this for the semi-serious, casual player. After having such trouble, I went back and re-raced any event I didn’t completely sweep. I now have won all events up through 5-3. I have $469,880 in winnings but can’t get to the next hydro jet and have all the tricks owned so nothing to spend it on and it’s getting boring and frustrating running the same races with what has proven to be not a fair shot to even place. It isn’t cool to withhold advancements in equipment by making certain levels impossible. Don’t waste your time with this unless you don’t mind the game stopping you halfway through with a completely frustrating and impossible experience. ✓ Fun but almost impossible on later bossesI love this game but am giving up on it. I love the mechanics, physics and graphics but I cannot beat the Vyper quest to save my life, and he is the second to last boss! I have been stuck on him for a month. I have done everything I can think of using all the tricks in the given repertoire after maxing every upgrade up it’s still impossible, I always come up second best. I love when games hard, but dang!
