✓ Addicting but could use some workI absolutely love the game, the developers did great making a game centered around bts. HOWEVER, I understand this is a new game… But man I feel like once you get into the higher levels you’re automatically set up for failure. Most levels you have to make HUGE combos in order to pass them so you end up getting stuck forever unless you’re “lucky”. The other day I got stuck on level 175, and everytime I finished the game it froze and restarted itself. At one point I lost all my coins bc of the game freezing!! It’s really frustrating with already how long it takes to shift between levels, all the bonuses feel wasted since it takes awhile. I am looking forward to this game developing but just be forewarned there are defs still a lot of “bugs” that need to be fixed.Version: 1.0.4
✓ After playing since release, it is too expensive to playI have been playing since the game was released and even pre ordered it. I love BTS and they promoted the game well. Now I am realizing that I spend money every time I play. Don’t get me wrong, this game is great for first time players if you don’t mind the BTS cliche stereotypes, but I just uninstalled the game after two “easy” rounds where there was literally no possible way to win without using multiple specials I didn’t have. I was already using specials for both when I started having to buy coins to continue the round so I would lose my bonus streak. Then I would have to wait an entire week to play again so I could get the timed special moves and actually pass a round. Unfortunately, even though I had collected so much content and spent so much real money, spending real money on this game is no longer worth it. I just want to play a pretty, entertaining, relaxing game and this is no longer any of those for me. I will continue to support BTS in other ways. I don’t think they value the players who have been playing a long time at all and just want us to spend more money. It’s a money trap and I don’t have to be loyal to the game to be loyal to the boys..Version: 1.5.0
✓ Adorable game but definitely pay to win.This game in unbelievably charming. I love the little references and Easter eggs related to the BTS members and their music. The story line is engaging and the interactions between the characters are too cute. However that being said it does seem that to succeed in the game you have to pay for it. I’m starting to hit levels that have a high number of missions to complete with very very few moves to do it. I was addicted (putting it lightly) to Candy Crush and Merge Mansion so I’m VERY familiar how to play these style puzzle games. It’s obviously suppose to get harder as levels go up, but when I have to specifically pay money to get extra power ups or more moves for 20 levels straight because I’m constantly one move away. I start getting frustrated which is not a good result for a “relaxing game”. It’s also one of the quickest ways for me to uninstall a game if each level becomes so unrealistically hard that you have to pay to finish it. It also seems that paying diamonds (which costs real cash) is the only way to get any of the cute extra features like the outfits, hair, or special happiness boosts from the environment elements. Game is undeniably cute without a doubt, but if you want all the extras and want to continually beat levels, be prepared to pay (a lot) for it. On a different note, I love how Jin’s character has “lips”!!!.Version: 1.0.6
✓ 💜💜Summer 2022: Good app but would like the option to keep playing after clearing a level. You don't always have enough stars so you want to keep playing rather than be forced back to the island. This wastes time if you have bonus infinity hearts, boosters, etc. Loading as you go back and forth from game, island and then game again takes time and battery usage. Also would be nice to show hearts on the game dashboard when you see your stars, gold and gems after clearing a level. Feb 2023 update, noticed its tendency to crash in the middle of playing lately. ✓ Wonderful and Challenging!Pros: I really enjoy the game. I’ve always loved puzzle games but most of the ones on the market weren’t as challenging. Usually I’ve seen that some are just blocks not matching up and the only way you can win is to get a good set up with the blocks spawned. The story, the fixing of the island and even references all ARMYs can recognize. I find myself laughing and has really brought me some joy. Cons: When you receive power ups they can’t be saved. As soon as you receive something you have to use it. I moved and I’m just now getting back into playing it. Before my drive home I played one game and i received power all the power ups across the board which was unfortunate because I would not play within the hour and a half as i had things to pick up. Even before today it always bugged me you can’t save to activate them later..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Addictive, fun but laggingWholesome, well researched, well curated, for real Army, very addictive game. Loading between levels lags a lot, it's a turn off. I've bought items from the shop, debited from my card, but did not receive in the game. Horrible. Should give the option to allow user to buy costume items more easily. Let the user acessorise the members. Game focus too much on leveling up. but should focus more on members. Story & dialogues are fun. Members animation is very nice, friendly, and warm. Overall nice game but room for big technical improvements. and focus should be on BTS members, instead of candy crush style game..Version: 1.0.4
✓ Please fix the bugsI’m obsessed with the game! But there are some bugs and issues that I think need to be addressed. The communication time in between each game level takes too long. Sometimes I have to close the app and open it again just to get back into the game. The connection time in between the levels is really my main complaint. To pay 1000 diamonds just to change your game ID name is ridiculous. Other game apps allow you to change your game ID name for free, unlimited times. The ‘Yet To Come Special Board’ is too expensive! It would cost about $60USD to purchase the entire board. This game is rated for 4 years old and up, but what toddler can afford to play this game? I would like to see a daily watch ad for opportunities to gain more diamonds. Or an option to pay for the specialty items with gold coins. Or even gain a Diamond with every level win. I love the character designs, the story line is so on point with BTS, the game soundtrack by SUGA is so cute, we get to communicate with ARMY, BUT the game features are just TOO EXPENSIVE!.Version: 1.0.4
✓ Fun and addictingAlthough some levels may take longer to achieve than others, I still find the game very addicting. The interactive animations of the member’s (dancing, talking, cooking, fishing, playing, etc) is just too cute for words. The excitement they show when you complete a game level is also so much like each member in real life too (from reactions they have shown on the likes of Run BTS and such). I can’t stop playing this game. Edit: I don’t know what happened in the recent update, but the game doesn’t work correctly anymore. Many little bugs started, as in some of the interactions don’t work anymore (small thing) but now connection issues and my internet is working fine with everything else. When you complete levels but the game can’t connect so you have to redo the levels (it has happened a few times), this is just annoying and makes interest in playing drop..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Creative and fun but need improvementGame is so cute and really fun to play. I used to play it for an hours… But now there is so many bugs in this game like it makes it hard to play. For example the blast… this was the first error that I experienced.. When you use you blast with any other colour sometimes it stops the game and only way to continue to play is quit the level… You have to quit if you want to play. And also the balloon thing… it really makes me want to delete the game seriously. When it touches with the any other booster except the blast which I’m surprised it gives you an error or something and everything looks like it’s frozen and you can’t match or do anything. Again you need to quit the level to continue and it’s really pisses me off. I would prove it with so many pictures but I don’t know have to attach them so I tried to explain them clearly. Anyways I hope you guys can see my comment and keep that in mind. (The star that I gave had no connection with BTS. It’s just a comment that I made for the game improvement not BTS).Version: 1.0.6
✓ Great so far, but…It would be a lot easier if you could continue straight to the next level, instead of having to go back to the island after each level. I also don’t understand why there are two loading screens on top of each other. The one with the bad connection logo confuses me. I would suggest just keeping one screen..Version: 1.0.4

✓ Cause phone problemsIts a very cute enjoyable game. I had it since the day it came out but had to delete it because it was causing my phone to randomly restart since the update in December. Even with the app shut without any granted permission it had this problem. I kept it anyways hoping that the next update would resolve it but the issue persisted. Since deleting the restart issue has completely stopped. Im sad since I enjoyed the game..Version: 1.5.0

✓ Cute, but slow and too easyThe game is well made and very cute. But I have played 70 levels and haven’t had to use a life. The game doesn’t reward you for skill (finishing levels with moves remaining or bonuses). Long loading times make puzzles a chore to complete. Quick summary: ARMY will love this. As in even though I am connected to a server, each time I play a puzzle it takes quite a while to go back to the home page. ✓ Fun, great reference, but needs more.I’m on level 908, I’ve nearly completed the game. The visuals and story of the game are great - the sheer amount of references is amazing. There is definitely room for improvement, though. Outside of the puzzles there’s no way to earn stars or really anything to do - of course, the puzzle is the main focus of the game but if you’re stuck on a level you can’t really do anything to advance the story or island at all. It would be nice if there were additional mini games to earn coins or diamonds since the prices for them are so high. Some of the levels are basically impossible without the power blasts. I’m someone who’s pretty good at puzzles but it’s frustrating because as I mentioned earlier, if you get stuck, you can’t do anything. I get they want you to buy the packs, but it would be nice if you could earn them too..Version: 1.0.6
✓ Love the game butI really loving the game and the story line but like others mentioned there could be something’s that could be changed. One is that the levels all need at least 5 more moves to complete. Compared to other match games that I have played 15 moves to try to break 30 coconuts and make 6 chickens move to the bottom is not enough. Second the only way to really advance in levels is to use power ups which cost way more than it should. I have noticed that when I can’t move up , if I purchase a package I mysteriously end up beating the level with barely any moves made. Thirdly the time it takes to move on from level to level is to much. I am constantly seeing the loading sign. If there was an option to continue on with the game without going to back to the island would be nice. Lastly, I saw where some army have already finished the game. I hope in the future they continue to add levels so that it can go on longer. Fun game just needs some tweaks..Version: 1.0.4

I’m so sick of “pay to win” “pay to unlock cool collectibles” It isn’t like you aren’t making enough money already…Just charge for the game and cut out the rest. Make it challenging, don’t make it easy because it wouldn’t be any fun otherwise. ✓ What’s the point of having an island?I really don’t get the paywall from this game. I am so done with how the system works. What is the point of beating a level only to get gold stacking up and doing NOTHING with it. How come I can’t buy items for my island with gold? 100 levels in and my island is still empty. You need to pay for diamonds to even roll for items. And costumes are generated by hearts which takes so freaking long. You literally are pricing the skins so high why can’t I just have more freedom with my island? I am uninstalling I wish I could support BTS but I am so unsatisfied..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Timing is off. Hard work gift are wastedThis game is adorable the reviews are not lying it also has a very cute story line. To fully experience a game you do need to pay, even though the game is marketed free. My biggest issue is the timing for prizes. In the past week I have given up almost 2 hours worth of unlimited hearts and boost simply because I’m awarded it for completing a the league when I am unable to use it bc The issue I am running into is I don’t have time to use the unlimited boost right then. I also run into the issue of being awarded unlimited boost when I don’t have any hearts so it runs out that way too. I’d rather the all awards go to my inbox where I can select it when I have the time and what they are for. Sometimes the rewards do go to the inbox but it is for seasons rewards not task rewards I think. I feel robbed from my hard work since I had to let my 15min or 1hr unlimited powers run out because on my lunch break I wanted to check & complete a task or just relax by playing a few rounds..Version: 1.0.7
✓ Too glitchy and expensive to be funI tried really hard to love this game, playing daily since its release. The character details and graphics are great, giving ARMY lots of winks and nods. The puzzles are good and get harder and harder, as they should. But the Aug 8-9 updates make the game too frustrating to continue. The game lags as badly as it did upon release and it quits mid level regularly. If you’ve spent any money (and I have, an embarrassing $40 or so) then you’re losing money on top of having spent it, making the game far too frustrating and anger-inducing for something that should be enjoyable. I’m disappointed I spent money, and I’m disappointed the game can’t even manage to be glitch-free. HYBE and the game devs obviously know the fan base will put up with a lot for very little in return, but it’s getting insulting..Version: 1.1.0
